| #7 @#5 - That has not been my experience. Unless the Feds "adopt" a State case, the USMS does not routinely look for/escort State fugitives. The most common route is through an Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) warrant. The Feds (normally FBI) must swear out a federal warrant in a court. Hunter's case is civil so there's no underlying criminal charge to prosecute hence no unlawful flight. |

| #5 US Marshall's pick up people on state warrants all the time. When the local police ask the Marshall Service to to aprehend, no federal warrant is issued, because generally no federal crime is commited. |
