As rallies surge, protesters warn leaders ‘will learn what happens when we’re angry’
2023-07-09
In the 2022 election, 6.7 million Israelis were eligible to vote and 4.8 million (71%) actually did. If 200,000 were protesting the judicial overhaul, that is about 4% of all voters, about as much as all the shrinking Socialist parties combined. Much like the equally “spontaneous” pussy marches after Hillary Clinton lost in 2016, in fact.

Demonstrations were being held throughout Israel Saturday night for a 27th straight weekend against the government’s judicial shakeup plans and with temperatures rising in the national conflict over the effort to curb the powers of the justice system.

Crowd assessment company Crowd Solutions told Channel 13 it estimated that over 140,000 people were demonstrating in Tel Aviv, and tens of thousands more in other locations, based on aerial footage. Organizers claimed the total Tel Aviv numbers were closer to 180,000.

#2  That’s always a good question, Tarzan Grolump8219. I imagine that a deep search of the people named will find them connected to Movement for Quality Government in Israel — the renamed V15 (Victory in 2015) group that had aimed at unseating Bibi Netanyahu in the 2015, guided and financed to the tune of millions of dollars by the US State Department that is once again getting getting State monies and support — Antifa/Black Bloc, and the Israeli branch of the Washington, DC-based OneVoice Movement founded by pro-Israel Progressive multi-billionaire Daniel Lubetzky (the Kind company) in 2002 as an international “grassroots” front of his PeaceWorks Foundation to drive Israel to fulfill his vision for the region without him bothering to become a citizen.

#1  Search and search and nothing is found on who is running Brothers in Arms and who is financing it. The Israeli media, which is almost totally Left seems incurious. Is it possible that it is the reemergence of an earlier Marxist movement? Who knows?
