[NPASyria] Ottoman Turkish border guards arrested 13 Syrians, including women, after they tried to cross the border from Khirbat al-Jouz village, western Idlib, northwestern Syria.
A local source reported that the Ottoman Turkish border guards opened fire close to the Syrians while they were climbing up the border wall and arrested 13 individuals, including two women, one of them is a 16-year-old girl.
