| #11 Are there different blends of electric fuel? Depends on your electric source. On I-70 it is differing grades of coal. With a down grid, could be diesel or gasoline generator. |

| #9 CITGO is still owned by the Venezuela state owned oil company. It's said that Venezuela "does not profit" from CITGO operations in the US due to "sanctions." I'd imagine all that money goes somewhere, and it isn't the widows and orphans of communism fund. |
