| #7 Given the periodicy of the orbit, it will still be positioned for EMP effect repeatedly at certain times each overflight of CONUS. Not ideal for EMP threat but possible none the less as a sneak attack option. |

| #6 425 km is not a geosynch orbit, so 'positioning' does not apply. If it's a typical recon satellite it's likely in sun synchronous orbit, so it'll get the same sun angle each time its orbit passes over the same strip of land. |
