[Korrespondent] Defense forces contain the enemy on six front lines
During the day, Russian troops attacked six directions of the front, most hotly in Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Novopavlovsky.
During the day, 93 military clashes were recorded at the front. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this in an evening report on Thursday, April 25.
In total, Russian troops carried out four missile and 50 air strikes, and carried out 45 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
In the Kupyansk direction, soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled nine attacks in the areas of the settlements of Berestovo, Kharkov region, and Stelmakhovka, Lugansk region.
In the Liman direction, 16 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Druzhelyubovka, Kharkov region; Makeevka, Serebryanskoye forestry, Lugansk region; Terny, Zarechnoye, Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, 16 attacks were repelled in the areas of Belogorovka settlements in the Lugansk region; Verkhnekamennoye, Novoe, Spornoe, Ivanovskoye, Kleshchievka in the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation.
In the Avdeevsky direction, 23 attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Ocheretino, Umanskoye, Nevelskoye, Keramik, Berdichi and Netaylovo in the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to oust our units from their occupied lines.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the Defense Forces continue to restrain the Russians in the areas of the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Pobeda, Novomikhailovka, Vodyanoye in the Donetsk region, where the invaders tried to break through the defense 14 times.
In the Orekhovsky direction, the enemy, with the support of aviation, once attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders in the Rabotinoye area of ​​the Zaporozhye region.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy does not abandon his intention to oust Ukrainian Armed Forces units from their bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. Thus, within 24 hours he made three unsuccessful attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of ​​​​the village of Krynki, Kherson region.
During the day, Defense Forces aircraft carried out strikes on two control points, eight personnel concentration areas and three enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.
Units of the missile forces inflicted defeat on the area where the occupiers' personnel were concentrated.
Let us remind you that over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liquidated 1,040 occupiers. Since the start of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 462,980 soldiers.
