| [GEO.TV] In a significant development, the Qatari Foreign Ministry has announced that it would dispatch a delegation to Cairo on Tuesday morning. The purpose of this mission is to resume indirect negotiations between Hamas and Israel. In a statement, Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed al-Ansari said that his country hopes “that the talks will culminate in reaching an agreement for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of prisoners and detainees, and the sustainable flow of humanitarian aid into all areas of the Strip”. |
