LJO condemns Benghazi murders
2014-09-23
[Libya Herald] The Libyan Judges Organisation (LJO) has officially condemned the recent sharp increase in murders in Benghazi.
They're judges. What're they gonna say? "Good job?"
In a statement issued on Monday, the organization said that the liquidations were a "flagrant violation" of the human right to life and that they constituted a crime punishable by death.

The murders are inconsistent with the provisions of Islamic law, the statement also said.

They are targeting public figures, community activists, bloggers, journalists, military and coppers, politician, and even women, which is unacceptable, the statement said.
