Medics: Israeli Fire Wounds Gaza Teenager
2014-09-30
[AnNahar] Israeli troops shot and maimed a 14-year-old boy in the northern Gazoo Strip on Monday in the second such incident in 24 hours, medics said.

The boy suffered injuries to his foot after coming under fire in his village close to the border, emergency services front man Ashraf al-Qudra said in a statement.

On Sunday, Israeli fire maimed a farmer near the border fence, Qudra added.

Under Israel's blockade of the coastal territory, residents of Gazoo are not allowed to come within 100 meters (yards) of the border fence on foot, or 300 meters in a vehicle.

Israeli soldiers often fire at Paleostinians who stray closer.
The answer, of course, is not to poke the tiger with a sharp stick when the cage door is not locked, but boys will be boys. And then boys will complain because they got shot in the feet, just like the Koran requires.
The Israeli army said that it was looking into the latest reported shooting which comes just over a month after a fragile ceasefire went into force between Israel and Gazoo's Islamist de facto rulers Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason,.

The 50-day war killed more than 2,140 Paleostinians, most of them civilians, and 73 on the Israeli side, mostly soldiers before the ceasefire went into effect on August 26.
