Resource allocation problem. Can't chase Conservatives and Prisoner Fraud concurrently. Choices must be made!

#5  Unfortunately, this isn't 'news' in the sense that it's recent; this crap's been going on for at least twenty years. Remember the 60 Minutes thing on prisoners sending out bogus 1099 forms way, way back? Different side of the same coin.

#4  "And can you tell us Warden Smith, what was your first clue or hint that the prisoners were engaged in the bogus IRS refund claims scheme ?"

"Well, it was the small things at first, you know up grading the furniture, lighting and assorted knickknacks in the cells, then the hallways, installation of individual bathrooms, but what really clued me in was when they installed the crystal chandeliers and started using individually monogramed Louis Vuitton silver place settings, plates, cups and saucers on Martha Stewart table cloths in the dining room."

#3  The IRS check is on top of the unemployment and disability checks already flowing into the penitentiary.

Here's hoping that Lois Lerner gets her refund in prison as well next year.
