Norway deporting 824 people is like the US deporting 40,000 people. i.e. not very much. But it gives you an idea of how much more violent those people were than ordinary Norwegians.

#4  #1, we killed a lot of German and Japanese civilians to get to the heart of the leadership that ran those countries by 1945. Might be noted, that they are among the countries least interested in pursuing conflict these days.
