| Double bomb attack on playing field near Baghdad leaves 5 casualties |

| [Iraq News] A source in the Iraqi Police declared that a civilian was killed, while four others were maimed in a double kaboom on a playing field, south of Baghdad, Alsumaria News reported on Tuesday. The source said, "Two improvised bombs, planted near a popular playing field in al-Shuhada neighborhood went kaboom!, at afternoon today, consecutively, killing a civilian and wounding four others." "Security forces rushed to the area of incident, and transferred the maimed to a nearby hospital to receive the needed treatment and the body to the forensic medicine department," the source added on condition of anonymity. Earlier today, another improvised bomb went kaboom!near a popular market in Bob al-Sham area, north of Baghdad, wounding two civilians. |
