The group released the horrific execution photos in social media on Sunday night which purportedly shows the two men are executed in different ways.
The incident has reportedly taken place in the restive Achin district where two more beheading incidents were reported last week.
The loyalists of the terror group accuse the two men of working as spies for the government and execute one of the men with gunshot while the other one is beheaded.
The local officials in Achin said last week that two men had their heads chopped off and their dead bodies were left in the area in this district due to unknown charges.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] At least fifteen Taliban bully boyz were killed in an kaboom triggered by a Vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) in northern Kunduz province of Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said the incident took place late on Sunday night in Imam Sahib district.
According to a statement by MoI, the gunnies were planning to carry out a deadly car kaboom in the vicinity of Kunduz province.
The statement further added that the VBIED went off prematurely as the gunnies were looking to prepare it for the attack.
According to MoI, at least fifteen Taliban bully boyz were killed and three others were maimed in the kaboom.

The Afghan Intelligence, National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... (NDS), said Monday that Mohammad Lahore son of Mohammad Aziz was arrested during an operation conducted by the intelligence operatives.
According to a statement by NDS, Mullah Lahore was working for Qari Zia ul Haq group as the head of the military committee.
The statement further added that the detained bad boy was actively involved in gathering information regarding the locations, numbers, and situation of the military bases in Wardak province.
The Taliban bandidos turbans were launching coordinated attacks based on the information Mulllah Lahore was gathering regarding the military installations, NDS said.
The intelligence agency also released a video following the arrest of Mullah Lahore purportedly showing several weapons, ammunition, and other necessary military kit recovered from the detained bad boy.
Wardak is among the relatively volatile provinces in central Afghanistan which is connecting capital Kabul ...the capital of Afghanistan. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. province of Afghanistan.
According to the local government officials, the two factories were located in Kambo area of Khogyani district which were discovered by the Special Forces of the Ministry of Interior.
The officials further added that the operation to destroy the two factories was launched around 8 pm local time and concluded in the early hours of Monday morning.
The provincial government media office in a statement said this is not the first time the Afghan forces have discovered and destroyed major heroin factories in this province but several factories were destroyed during the similar operations in the past.
This comes as there has been a sharp rise in opium cultivation, production and smuggling across the country during the recent months.
According to the last survey report, there has been a 43 per cent rise in opium cultivation in Afghanistan.
The survey jointly conducted by the Afghan authorities and United Nations ...boodling on the grand scale... Office on Drugs and Crime, around 201,000 acres of land were cultivated with opium in 2016.
The report further added that estimates show a total of 4,800 metric tons of opium will be produced in 2016.
According to the officials, instability, lack of funds to fight opium cultivation and production, and hot season played key roles in growing opium cultivation in Afghanistan during the year 2016.

Eyewitnesses in the area said the magnetic bomb was planted in a civilian vehicle and went off around 7 am today in the vicinity of Dar-ul-Aman road and the Charqala road.
However, the way to a man's heart remains through his stomach... a security official in the 6th police district said the bomb was planted in a government vehicle and one was person killed in the incident.

The statement further added that the men have also confessed that they were paid to carry out an attack on a politician of the Wolesi Jirga against money.
No further details were given regarding the member of the parliament on whom the bandidosLions of Islam were supposed to carry out the attack.
NDS said the Taliban Lions of Islam as usual have received instructions from the outsiders to assassinate the political and influential leaders.
However, a lie repeated often enough remains a lie... NDS said in majority of such cases the suspects are arrested before they manage to execute their plans.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Over seventy artillery rockets landed in two districts of eastern Kunar province ... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country..... of Afghanistan in the latest cross-border shelling from the other side of Durand Line.
According to the local government officials, the incident took place late on Monday night after at last 76 rockets were fired from the other side of the line.
Provincial police front man Faridullah Dehqan confirmed that the rockets landed in Sarkano and Dangam districts.
He said the shelling did not incur any casualties to the local residents.
This comes as the local residents in Sarkano district said Monday that a number of the Pak helicopters infiltrated inside the Afghan soil in this district and dropped several bombs and rockets.
However, a lie repeated often enough remains a lie... the local officials have not confirmed the incident so far and have said they will investigate the alleged breach of the airspace.

[Daily Excelsior] Anti-terror operations to flush out two terrorists, suspected to be linked with the Bhopal-Ujjain train blast, holed up in a house in the outskirts of Lucknow continued late tonight, police said.
It said it had found that two terrorists, instead of one, were hiding in the house and had earlier resorted to intermittent firing. An Anti Terror Squad (ATS) officer said "we have withheld firing from our side" to try to catch them alive.

[DAWN] Five suspected faceless myrmidons were reportedly killed in an intelligence-based operation conducted by Pakistain Army in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa ... formerly NWFP, still Terrorism Central... 's Swabi district on Tuesday.
"[The] five faceless myrmidons who were killed [...] were planning to target educational institutions and judicial complexes," Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
The military's media wing said three of the faceless myrmidons had been identified, while the remaining two were "probably Afghans". At least one of the identified bully boyz was a member of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistain, according to ISPR.
Two soldiers of the Army also bit the dust in the operation.
"Sacrifice of our shaheeds will not go [to] waste. Terrorist[s] will be brought [to] their end and held accountable for their fasaad," Chief of Army Staff Qamar Jawed Bajwa said in response to the operation.
The two soldiers were among an Army party conducting an intelligence-based operation in Swabi district's Malikabad area, according to ISPR.

Assadi’s announcement came a few hours after the Joint Operations Command said its forces recaptured a major government complex as well as the Turkish consulate building in western Mosul from IS murderous Moslems. The complex contains a courthouse, a main branch of the central bank and a police department besides other government agencies. Iraqi generals say the complex’s recapture could put the battle’s outcome in their favor. Troops had earlier retaken a vital bridge leading to the Old City, planning to use it as a channel for backup.

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi met with army commanders in Mosul city after the rapid advances, to discuss the final phase of the Mosul operation and current progress.
Abadi also traveled to Erbil to met with the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) president Masoud Barzani to discuss the Mosul operation and future relations, according to Hemin Hawrami, a senior advisor to president Barzani.
Analysts expect that the operation could be finished in a month or more, although some said it could also last until the summer.
"I think we’re looking into a month, maybe more maybe less," Rasha Al Aqeedi, an Iraqi Research Fellow at Al Mesbar Studies and Research Center told ARA News.
The operation could help the Iraqi PM Abadi in the next round of Iraq’s Provincial Elections in April 2017, amidst intense political differences among the Shia majority parties.
"Abadi is certainly more popular than Maliki ever has been in Sunni areas. He’s also been smarter in managing Iraq’s foreign affairs," Al Aqeedi told ARA News.
However, man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them... Kirk H. Sowell, a political risk analyst based in Amman, Jordan, said that the former Iraqi PM Maliki is still stronger.
Rumours spread in the Iraqi press that the former Iraqi PM Nouri al-Maliki is suffering from health issues, and could step down from politics.
"As for Abadi, it should strengthen him but frankly he’s still playing second fiddle to Maliki despite other victories," he said.
"It has taken a lot longer than Abadi claimed it would, and despite his claims the army has not performed well," Sowell told ARA News.

Iraqi forces launched a daring nighttime raid in the early hours of Tuesday morning on the sprawling complex of municipal buildings in western Mosul along the Tigris River. Beginning just after midnight, Iraq’s emergency response division, an elite arm of the Federal Police, led the attack. Initially advancing some half a dozen blocks past the front line in armored vehicles, but breaching the complex itself on foot.
After facing very little resistance, regular Federal Police units followed and by 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning an Iraqi flag had been hoisted above the tallest government building. But the soldiers had just pushed up the two main roads leading to the complex and hadn’t cleared the dozens of tightly packed homes on either side.
By 11:00 a.m. clashes inside the compound had intensified and commanders behind the front were getting frantic radio calls for help. Three bulldozers had broken down trying to remove roadblocks, hundreds of troops were trapped and they needed reinforcements. Snipers began to fire down on Iraqi forces from the buildings above and previously concealed suicide car bombs rammed their convoys. The city’s west is much more densely populated than the east and streets are narrow, preventing Iraqi forces from largely fighting from inside their armored vehicles.
By afternoon, Federal Police units were being sent from the Tayran base to try and free the hundreds of troops in and around the municipality buildings and the front line clinic was receiving casualties in waves.
“The plan was stupid,” Dauoud, a Federal Police solider who brought two casualties to the clinic Tuesday afternoon, said. “I don’t know why we did that.”

DPA quoted a medical source saying that fighter jets from the international military coalition, led by the United States, have pounded popular areas held by the Islamic State at Nabi Sheet, Okaidat, Shaarin and al-Boursa, all southwest of Mosul. The strikes left however, 22 civilians dead, mostly women and kiddies, and maimed 34 others who were admitted at the Mosul Public Hospital, according to Islam Ali, a doctor at the Nineveh health department.
Rights groups have condemned civilian deaths in operations by the Iraqi government, allied militias and the international coalition. Commanders at the forces subject to criticisms have reiterated they do efforts to minimize civilian casualties.
The U.S. army said Saturday that 21 non-combatants were killed in nine separate strikes by the U.S.-led coalition fighting Islamic State in Iraq and Syria between November and January, bringing the total of civilians unintentionally killed by the coalition since the start of operations against the bully boy group in 2014 to 220.
Also in western Mosul, head of the Joint Operations Command in Mosul, Lt. Gen. Nijm al-Jubouri, told Bas News that Islamic State forces of Evil executed 35 civilian prisoners who were tossed into the calaboose earlier at the group’s prison facilities in Zanjili neighborhood.
The group also executed eight of its members for escaping the battlefield, a practice that has been frequently reported since security operations to retake the city launched in October 2016.

Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... group said that one of its fighters was lightly injured in by an Israeli tank attack at an "observation post" near where the IEDs were found.
The Gazoo health ministry confirmed that a Paleostinian man had been lightly injured by the Israeli military near Jabaliya in the northern Gazoo Strip, but it was not clear if it was directly related to the IED incident.
A spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces said the army was aware of the reports and was investigating the claim.
The IEDs were placed in an area close to the security fence where Gazoo residents are not allowed to enter, but on the Paleostinian side of the barrier.
It was not immediately clear when the explosives were placed, the army said.
The military said the IEDs were "planted in order to attack IDF forces operating on the border."
Once the devices were disarmed, they were removed by the soldiers and handed over to Sherlocks to determine their origin.
Earlier in the day, Paleostinian media had reported Israeli troops and engineering vehicles operating on the Gazoo side of the security fence.

[Inquirer] Three alleged militants from the Maute terrorist group were killed in a clash with government forces in Poona Bayabao, Lanao del Sur on Tuesday morning. Military spokesman Nixon Fortes said soldiers also recovered three M14 rifles, an M16 rifle with a grenade launcher, ammunition and improvised explosive devices.
Originally based in Butig town, the Maute group was trying to establish a base in Poona Bayabao, Fortes said. He added that there will be no letup in military operations against the group, which allegedly has allied with the Sulu-based Abu Sayyaf.

[ABS-CBN] At least 23 Abu Sayyaf militants were killed in Sulu in a series of attacks launched by Philippine troops against the rebels following the beheading of German hostage Jurgen Kantner on February 26.
Western Mindanao Command spokesman Carlito Galvez said four separate clashes were fought between the military and the Abu Sayyaf in Patikul and Indanan in Sulu, and in parts of Basilan. In the first three encounters, at least 14 rebels were reportedly killed, with six others injured. Nine other rebels were killed in a gun battle Sunday in Barangay lumipad in Talipao, also in Sulu.
Galvez said that soldiers also nabbed four Abu Sayyaf suspects in two separate areas in Basilan on February 27. He identified the rebels as Hamja Ummal, Asid Abdul Pagong, Kili Alvarez Sabtal, and Hamidid Pantasan. Ummal and Pagong were captured in Al-Barka town, while the two others were arrested in Tipo-Tipo.
Galvez said the suspects, who are all teenagers, had been providing vital information to the Abu Sayyaf by serving as lookouts in places where military forces frequently pass.
The military also discovered an Abu Sayyaf hideout in Al-Barka, with at least 30 makeshift bunkers and 16 foxholes.
Galvez acknowledged the help of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) who he said has been instrumental in some of their successful missions.
[Bangkok Post] A village defense volunteer was killed by gunmen who entered his grocery store in Yala province on Monday night. Eyewitnesses said he was murdered about 8 p.m. in Raman district.
Turaki Madimong, 47, a defense volunteer, was killed by two young men who arrived on a motorcycle, walked into the shop and ordered a bag of ice. While Turaki was scooping ice into a bag for them, the two each pulled out a pistol and shot him at point-blank range. Turaki was hit four times, in the head and body, dying at the scene.

A military source told SANA that army units, in cooperation with supporting forces, carried out accurate operations against ISIS terrorist organization in the northwest countryside of Tadmur (Palmyra) city, establishing control over Jazal oil field.
The source added that army engineering units are dismantling IEDs and mines that were planted by ISIShard boyz earlier in the area.
Earlier, the source said that army units directed artillery strikes against ISIS gatherings and fortifications in al-Bardeh, the abandoned battalion and the eastern countryside of al-Qaryateen and Tadmur cities.
The source added that as a result of the strikes a number of ISISbad boyz were potted and many of their vehicles, some equipped with machineguns were destroyed.

An army unit killed a number of ISIShard boyz and cut off their supply routes between the eastern countryside of Salamiyah and northwestern countryside of Palmyra city.
An army unit carried out intensive operations accompanied by concentrated bombardments against gatherings and positions of ISIShard boyz in al-Barghotiyeh village in the eastern countryside of Salamiyah.
A number of ISISbad boyz were potted in the operations and others were maimed and a machinegun-equipped SUV was destroyed.
Deir Ezzor
The army launched artillery and air bombardments on ISIS gatherings and sites in al-Tharda area, the 17th Hill, al-Sunouf Hill and the graveyards area in the surroundings of Deir Ezzor city, according to the military source.
The source added that due to the strikes a number of ISIS vehicles, some of them equipped with heavy machine guns, were destroyed and many bad boyz were potted.

“A ‘regime of silence’ has been introduced from 00:01 on March 6 to 23:59 on March 20 (Damascus time) in the area of Eastern Ghouta,” the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
It added that “no violations” had so far been reported.

The progress came after the Syrian Democratic Forces expelled ISIS bandidosgunnies from seven villages alongside the road between the two major cities in northeastern Syria.
"We have now tightened the siege on ISISsnuffies inside Raqqa, and the SDF-led Euphrates Wrath Operation will continue until the terror group is isolated completely inside Raqqa city," the SDF said.
After losing the key supply route, ISIS will most likely be unable to bring any more military reinforcements into Raqqa city.
