Freddie Gray trials to cost Baltimore City $7.4 million
[ABC2NEWS] The trials of four officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray will cost Baltimore City an estimated $7.4 million according to the mayor's office.

The mayor's office director of public affairs Anthony McCarthy confirmed that Baltimore City alone will be responsible for covering the $7,471,785 cost associated with the trials.

The cost includes the mistrial of Officer William Porter as well as the acquittals of Officer Edward Nero, Officer Caesar Goodson, and Lt. Brian Rice.

#1  Poor State's Attorney Mosby. 6-0 in a *very* high profile case. If only one of the cops had rolled on the others. Which they might have, if she hadn't wildly over-charged.

Baltimore would have spent $7M easy on clean-up and overtime after the riots, so attempting to do the cops is probably a wash. But that's not the only bill for this sordid affair:
* Blacks now have 'proof' the justice system is rigged.
* Police/citizen encounters will be more volatile.
* The cops feel betrayed.
* The city needs the cops for 2 things: security and revenue. Crime will go up, ticket revenue will go down.
* The cops feel betrayed.

Not bad for a few months work! Props to the judge for being a stand-up guy.

Prosecutor in Freddie Gray case: I'm not anti-police
[CNN] Shortly after being elected last year, Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby said prosecutors in her troubled city had the "toughest job in America."

It's not getting any easier.

After three police officers were acquitted in recent months of charges related to last year's high-profile death of Freddie Gray, prosecutors announced Wednesday they were dropping all charges against the three remaining officers facing trial in connection with Gray's death.

The news was a defeat for Mosby, who had announced the charges against the six officers in May 2015 -- four months after she took the job as the city's top prosecutor. At the time, she drew praise from some who admired how swiftly she took on the case, and criticism from others who said there wasn't enough evidence to convict the officers.

"To the people of Baltimore and demonstrators across America, I heard your call for 'No Justice, No peace,'" she said last year. "Your peace is sincerely needed as I work to deliver justice on behalf of this young man."

But on Wednesday Mosby said she had no choice but to drop the charges -- ending a 15-month legal saga that strained relations between her office and the city's police department.

'Dismal likelihood of conviction'

Still, Mosby struck a defiant tone. Standing at the intersection where police arrested Gray in April 2015 -- and with Freddie Gray's stepfather Richard Shipley at her side -- she railed against police officers whom she accused of kneecapping her office's investigation.

Police investigating police is "problematic," she said, citing "the obvious bias consistently exemplified" by some officers throughout the case. Officers who were witnesses were placed on the investigation team, lead detectives were uncooperative, the department launched a "counter-investigation" to disprove her case and officers created notes after the case was launched and gave them to the defense months before they were provided to the state, she alleged.

Baltimore Fraternal Order of Police President Gene Ryan called Mosby's accusations "outrageous" and "simply not true." Ivan Bates, an attorney for Sgt. Alicia White -- one of the six accused officers -- appeared at police union headquarters with his client and the other five officers and said it was Mosby's office that had denied the Gray family justice.

Given the near-certainty that the remaining officers would skip a jury trial and instead elect to be tried in a bench trial before Judge Barry Williams, who had already vindicated two of the officers, and given the "dismal likelihood of conviction," Mosby said she had no choice but to relent.

The sad thing is she'll at least be more competent than Cynthia McKinney. Of course my dog would be that
There is one thing though. No one in this country should wind up getting killed because of a traffic stop. No one should die because of a trigger happy law enforcement officer. If you do assault an officer, well then, that's a different ball game. I can understand the level of rage some in the black community in the US have when it comes to these events. But I think a lot of that rage is mis-directed. the rage should be directed towards the gang bangers and thugs who have turned inner city neighborhoods in combat zones.
If there are out of control police officers that willingly abuse the trust of the society they are supposedly serving they should be purged from the force and if the situation warrants be charged with any charges that can stand up in court. Not just the ones that provide good sound bites and get the DA on TV

Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal
[NYT] The headline on the website Pravda trumpeted President Vladimir V. Putin’s latest coup, its nationalistic fervor recalling an era when its precursor served as the official mouthpiece of the Kremlin: "Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World."

The article, in January 2013, detailed how the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, had taken over a Canadian company with uranium-mining stakes stretching from Central Asia to the American West. The deal made Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium producers and brought Mr. Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of the global uranium supply chain.

But the untold story behind that story is one that involves not just the Russian president, but also a former American president and a woman who would like to be the next one.

At the heart of the tale are several men, leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One.

Agency Admits It Destroyed Records After Six-Year FOIA Stonewall
[DAILYCALLER] Department of Labor (DOL) officials likely violated federal law when they said they had records requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), then six years later said they didn’t and deleted an email account that proved otherwise, Americans for Limited Government (ALG) said in a FOIA appeal Tuesday.

"At best, this is a case of mismanagement," ALG President Nathan Mehrens told The Daily Caller News Foundation. "At worst, well, use your imagination. Are they hiding something and trying to run out the clock in order to avoid sunlight into their operations?"

ALG claims in an appeal to the DOL solicitor general that department officials likely violated FOIA and the Federal Records Act by failing to conduct a reasonable search for documents and destroying potentially relevant email records.
Mehrens will file a complaint with the department’s inspector general in the next week.

DC Official Convicted Of Bribery Gets No Prison Time, $100 Fine
[DAILYCALLER] A former District of Columbia official convicted of felony bribery will spend no time behind bars and pay a fine of only $100, according to the D.C. Office of Inspector General (IG).

U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia Amit Mehta recently sentenced former D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs contact representative Lucretia B. Barksdale to just three years’ probation -- including 180 days home confinement -- and 80 hours of community service.

Barksdale used her official position to extort money from customers seeking business licenses and construction contracts, according to the IG. The judge sentenced Barksdale July 13, but the IG didn’t announce the sentencing until last week.

FBI Insider Leaks All: Clinton Foundation Exposed! Involves Entire US Government!
You knew, you just knew, that this was going to happen. Sweet, sweet, schadenfreude...
Maybe, maybe not. But there ought to be some nuggets and food for thought in here somewhere. None of the supporting links went anywhere for me.
A thread on 4chan with an FBI insider confirms everyone's worst suspicions. The Hillary Clinton email server was merely a distraction from the Clinton Foundation and most of DC is in up to their necks in what could be the biggest scandal of all times. This inside info from someone claiming to be a high level FBI analyst whose job was to look at the records, with NOTES added to clarify some of the responses all this and more has been revealed and reported by Before Its News.

The smoking gun is about to arrive and there are "a lot of people involved". To save everyone time, here are the choice bits with the link to the entire archive, where you can decide for yourself if this is for real or not. Looks like Trump and Putin hold some of the cards. This could be the most interesting election ever.

This level of corruption is something expected in a developing country or a place like China, where they openly persecute good people and have industrial scale organ harvesting of Falun Gong and others. The Clinton Foundation is up to their neck with Jiang's vile regime in China, but there is so much to see here.

Why Hillary was Not Indicted

>>79480356 (OP)
Will she be indicted?

{NOTE: This thread was from BEFORE the announcement by Comey that there would not be any indictment}

>>79481119
There is intense pressure for us not to do so. I am posting from a position of near anonymity and enough plausible deniability to evade prosecution, as we have all been given gag orders.

There is enough for her and the entire government to be brought down. People do not realize how enormous this whole situation actually is. Whether she will be or not depends on how much info about others involved gets out, and there are a lot of people involved.

The real point of interest is the Clinton Foundation, not the e-mail server. We received the server from Benghazi, then from the server we found data on the CF. Then we realized the situation is much worse than previously thought.

Super Classified Materials on the Clinton Email Server

>>79481467
She had SAP level programs on her server, which if made public, would literally cause an uprising and possibly foreign declarations of war.

{NOTE: A Special Access Program is an intelligence program classified above top-secret. They are held on closed servers at secret locations. The only way to get one is if you are specifically read on to a program, have a need to know, then you must physically go to a location and pass through several layers of security to even look at the program. A good example in non-classified terms would be the locations and operations of our intelligence operatives around the globe, or our missile silo locations.}

The Clinton Foundation is the Key

>>79481382

>>79481397

The real point of interest is the Clinton Foundation, not the e-mail server. We received the server from Benghazi, then from the server we found data on the CF. Then we realized the situation is much worse than previously thought.

{NOTE: This explains why the investigation took so many people and so long}

A Bigger Problem than Hillary

>>79481665

Killing HRC would not cause this problem to go away. The problem is with the Clinton Foundation as I mentioned, which you should just imagine as a massive spider web of connections and money laundering implicating hundreds of high-level people. Though I do not have a high opinion of Hillary, she is just a piece -albeit a big piece -- of this massive shitstorm.

>>79481265
Legal is asking preliminary questions about whether or not she has been coached (she has) and setting up the general line of questioning. I am a high level analyst though, so my job is only to look at her records.

>>79482104
The DOJ is most likely looking to save itself. Find everyone involved in the Clinton Foundation, from its donors to its Board of Directors, and imagine they are all implicated.

The ENTIRE Government is Involved

>>79482245
My opinion is the entire government is guilty of treason, which is why HRC's death would not cease the investigation or prevent further scandals. Many, many people are involved.

>>79482342
There already is enough to indict. Comey has been trying to stall because he does not want to face the Clinton Machine, as well as the rest of Washington D.C. But this case would explode into a million other cases if fully brought to light, and then we would be one agency competing against the entire government and a hoard of other interests. It is a very tense and uncomfortable position.

What Lynch is saying is she will accept whatever they do and make her determination as she will. Nothing about her responsibilities has changed, she is simply trying to keep her hide intact.

Foreign Powers Have Some of the Documents

Trump Has Some of the Documents

Russia Will Probably Leak All Info they Have

>>79483349
Foreign powers are in possession of some of the documents we have analyzed, because they were hacked from the Clinton server. Trump has some files as well, and likely plans to leak them and use them to his advantage soon.

The leaks will have to be made in a non-transparent fashion.

>>79483350
If we recommend, we literally hand over documentation implying the entire government is involved in treason at the highest levels and everyone is about to duck and cover, as well as some sensitive details of SAPs which would obliterate national security.

>>79483587
I am not sure, but some of my war strategy buddies are estimating a high probability that Russia will leak all of the info they have to the world, since Clinton wants to go to war with them and they have no desire to be in conflict with the US.

>>79483751
If we do not recommend, it will look like a cover-up and Trump will use the perception to bolster his message. I did work in PsyOps once, and Trump's use of confirmation bias is legendary.

If Trump Wins, Hillary Goes to Jail

>>79484201
Bill Clinton will likely die this year.

Everything is Corrupt, Even Trump is Dirty

>>79484305
Impossible to say. The entire government is corrupt. No one is clean, not even Trump.

>>79484534
Trump has donated to the Clinton Foundation in the past, though for fairly innocuous things like building permits and such. He is smart, so his tracks are covered well. But if any prosecutor wants to go very in-depth Trump would be brought on bribery charges. He could easily get out of them, but he would be charged nonetheless.

>>79484664
We have our hands tied. My message to you and everyone on this board is do not get distracted by Clinton's e-mails. Focus on the Foundation. All of the nightmarish truth is there. The e-mails will pale in comparison.

>>79484759
I do not know of Trump's record, but from the case he definitely knew to limit his exposure and make it only look like a donation.

>>79484907
If Trump wins, HRC will be prosecuted. I have heard rumors Christie will be his AG, and Michael Flynn will be his VP pick.

A Multitude of Scandals

>>79485031
Saudi Arabia visits and donations to the CF. Russian Uranium fiasco. HRC and the Israel lobby, the Council on Foreign Relations. AIPAC. The list is endless.

Three Choices -- Could Crash Everything

>>79485572
I will put it to you this way: You have three choices,

A) turn over all of the information to the DOJ, make public a recommendation, the truth comes out, the entire world realizes how much the US is meddling in foreign affairs and we go to war, the civilian population realizes how much foreign money influences our government, and a civil war begins.

B) You cherry-pick the data to implicate the people already in the eye of public opinion, so the chips fall on the heads of a select few and the whole system does not crash.

C) You do nothing and watch the unstable political climate to gauge how you will respond.

I am confident if Trump wins she will be going to jail.

The Problem is the Entire Government

>>79485629
Comey will likely resign in any case. FBI is being very quiet for a reason, most of us want to keep our jobs.

>>79485655
Snowden has nothing to do with any of this.

>>79485706
Possibly. I don't know for sure.

>>79485756
Obama and HRC do hate each other. HRC hates black people and Obama dislikes recklessness. As far as the investigation, some details are correct. As to the outcome, no one knows.

>>79485779
Truthfully, not many. The FBI is rather fond of /pol/. We study more than we investigate.

>>79485920

The problem is with the entire government. HRC is one component of that government.

Hillary Sold SAP's to Overseas "Donors"

>>79486178
All I can tell you about the SAPs is HRC had them, and she did not have proper authority to have any of them. They were leaked to her by someone, and she did sell them to overseas donors. Possessing them alone makes her guilty of treason.

Obama is loosely tied to the CF, but much more tied in with the same people who donate to the CF.

>>79486240
Russian borders, Ukraine, everywhere NATO is, the South China Sea, the Phillipines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Africa.

Soros is at the heart of all of this.

>>79486254
If it comes down to it, I would fight. But most of us are of the opinion that HRC will not be president, and having Trump in office makes our job that much easier. But right now we have to carefully wade through the mud.

>>79486263
As I stated before, BC likely wanted LL to focus on the e-mail server and shy away from prosecuting the foundation.

>>79486289
We will go to war with Russia and possibly China if she wins.

Obama Wanted to Postpone the Case Until 2018

>>79483056
Didn't Obama push to have the case postponed until 2018 as well?

>>79486562
There is talk of it. I do not know where the order came from.

A Difficult Position for FBI Insiders

>>79487155
If leaking data en mass destroys my country, we betray the country. If we do nothing, we betray the country. I am not disagreeing with you. I am saying the situation is more complicated when you are inside, and you do not have the breadth of info that I have that would make your eyes fall out of your skull if you knew what all was going on.

>>79487691
It benefits her because her donors have paid for it. I do not want to post any information about me or where I am, because if any hint got out that I posted anything, I would be fired and blacklisted. Possibly killed.

Soros Guiding Everything -- Global Government

>>79488021
Soros funds, instructs, and influences every layer of US government. right down to the tax code.

Correct theories: Huge Jewish influence, Soros as a puppet master, red team planner. You would have to ask specifically.

>>79490049
The goal (of Soros, since I assume that is what you are asking) is to create a global government where all people intermingle and breed and become on people ruled by a racially pure Jewish race. They sincerely believe under their rule all human conflict will cease because there will be no more cause for division. This desire is born out of a fear of the horrors of WWII. The Holocaust is a lie, but the death toll was still massive nonetheless. And many people were brutalized by it.

Russia Hacked the Clinton Email Server 100%

do russia (or others) have enough info to bring down clinton if they leaked it? would they be more likely to leak it or use it for blackmail?

>>79490064
They have enough to take her down. I am not sure of the totality of what they have. I can tell you that they 100% hacked her server.

Orlando and LA Gay Parade Attacks were Inside Jobs

>>79490062
are the incidents manufactured with the intent of harsher gun control laws?

>>79490153
Yes. They gay bar attacks were inside jobs.

If Everything is Exposed, Human Trafficking and all the Payoffs

>>79490632
>In regards to the Clinton Foundation, what would happen if all of this information ended up being released to the general public?

I said in the last thread, total chaos. The government would be exposed at every layer, who pays who, who buys what, and no one has yet asked about the human trafficking bits I have been laying out.

>What if you, you personally, leaked all the documents to the darkweb or some other online outlet. What would happen?

Silencing and/or death. Some places are trying to leak but we censor them too fast.

>Would the countries that would be named in the documentation declare war if there was a large change in government?

No, they would declare war because all of our secret operations in their countries would be exposed.

>Couldn't you have the AGs of some of the right aligned states indict her? If they were given enough information and documentation?

We have thought about this. It is on the table.

Get Smarter About Civil War (The FBI's Main Concern)

>>79490926
If a civil war broke out, 100% certainty China and Russia would get involved.

>Also, what fears would need to be resolved in order for the FBI to be willing to go nuclear on this bitch and the foundation?

This would be like launching a nuke at NYC. We would hit the target, but we would then be at war with the whole US.

The FBI is facing the entire federal government in this case. It is why we are so quiet.

Sex Rings in All Governments

>>79493354
Sex rings are popular in all governments, but pedophilia is primarily in British parliament & Saudi Arabia, and that's why HRC and BC love foreign donors so much. They get paid in children as well as money. Dig deep and you can find it. It will sicken you.

If my recollection is accurate this is quite incorrect and no senior member of the FBI would throw around such a reckless allegation. Probability is this person has never been exposed to that sort of information but YMMV.

'60 Minutes' Doesn't Air Hillary Dodge About DNC Interference
[The Weekly Standard] Philadelphia - Democrats find themselves in disarray on the eve of their national convention. A leak of internal Democratic National Committee emails--quite possibly enabled by the Russian government--has revealed some embarrassing evidence the party was actively interfering in its presidential primary on behalf of Hillary Clinton and against Bernie Sanders. The chairwoman of the DNC, Florida congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, will resign her position at the end of the week and will not play a role at the convention.

The Wikileaks news was breaking Saturday when CBS's Scott Pelley sat down with Clinton and her new running mate, Virginia senator Tim Kaine, for an interview that aired Sunday evening on 60 Minutes. There's plenty covered in the interview that ran on TV, but perhaps the newsiest topic of the day, the DNC turmoil, didn't make it into the broadcast. In a video posted under the banner of 60 Minutes Overtime and touted as an "unaired" clip from the interview, Pelley asked Clinton and Kaine about the leak. Clinton's answers--or, more accurately, her non-answers--on what she knew about DNC interference in the primary were...curious. Among them was Clinton's unwillingness to say any such intervention by the party committee to favor one candidate would be "improper."

Pelley began by reading some of the emails among DNC staff members suggesting ways to undermine Sanders's campaign. "Did you know anything about any of that?" he asked.

"No, I didn't know anything about it, and I haven't read any of those," Clinton responded.

Pelley kept pressing. "You have people in the Democratic National Committee who are supposed to be, if you will, agnostic about who the nominee is going to be, and they seem to have their thumb on the scale for you. They seem to be working against Bernie Sanders, their fellow Democrat."

"Again, I don't know anything, I don't know anything about, uh, about these emails. I haven't followed it," Clinton responded.

"In your view, any effort in the DNC to favor one candidate or another would have been improper?" Pelley asked.

"Again, I don't have any information about this, and so I can't answer specifically," Clinton said.

Bernie Sanders Leaves the Democratic Party
h/t Instapundit
The nomination was barely sealed up at the Democratic National Convention before Bernie Sanders, who had campaigned against Hillary Clinton for the party’s nod, went back to being an Independent.

Sanders, who considers himself, officially, an Independent in Congress because his views lean further left than the Democratic party’s platform, caucuses with Democrats. But until declaring an intention to run for the presidency in 2015, he had rarely, if ever, identified as a member of the Democratic Party (he’s been in politics since 1979).

And now, despite pleading with his base to support Hillary, even though they’re concerned that she’s too moderate, Sanders will return to Vermont and to his seat in the Senate, and he’ll do it with no official party affiliation.

Column: The Democratic Party is not what it seems
[PBS.ORG] I left the Democratic Party in 2000. At that time, I got the chance to hear Ralph Nader speak while he was running as the Green Party presidential candidate. He exposed so much for me. Having spent five years prior working at the New York State Assembly as an aide, I got to know the underbelly of not just New York State politics, but how the Democratic Party functioned overall. And it is not good. Everything I had been taught about this party was a fallacy.

To credit Malcolm X in his famous The Ballot or the Bullet speech, we know well that in 1948, a racist faction grew out of the Democratic party called the "Dixiecrats." Now, it is only because the Republican Party is progressively the "white man’s party" that the Democrats can be seen as more open and diverse. Ultimately, the Democratic party is where progressive politics go to die. Supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders
...The only openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords...
got a first-hand lesson in this.

Sander’s politics, which were never really socialist or even that progressive, were still unsupported by a party that claims to be for the people. In fact, if he was seen as progressive it’s because many of his ideas were taken right out of the Green Party platform. So what does the Democratic Party represent? Well, all it has done for the last 50 years is use people of color for votes.

I came of age under President Ronald Reagan, but so often, I heard the moniker that Bill Clinton
...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of is...
was America’s "first black President." But Bill Clinton moved the Democrats back to the center right, and he did it off the backs of African-American and Latino men and women in 1994 when he signed into law the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act. In 1996, he signed into law welfare reform that gutted the safety net for poor and working families. He deregulated Wall Street, passed NAFTA and ushered in a modern era of free trade that has had disastrous results for countries and people all over the world.

At the same time, I was witnessing the rise in mass incarceration under a Democratic president. Throughout Bill Clinton’s entire presidency, Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as America's Blond Eminence and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Abel P. Upshur ...
was by his side in every sense of the word. She was not just a wife, the mother of his child or a First Lady. Hillary was a trusted advisor, a confidant. Her efforts to get the 1994 crime bill passed included her comment on "super-predators," which helped make a case for why mostly poor black and brown young people could be racially profiled and locked up. And, until recently, she was still taking money in donations from the same private prison corporations that benefitted from the incarceration of an entire generation of black and brown men in the first place.

What should the Democratic Party represent? What should be happening at this moment is Americans realizing that we need alternative parties and movements. No democracy should be a corporate duopoly. The American people cannot and should not expect adequate political representation from a party that was not created by them but only exists to assure that we have nowhere else to go. The presidency of Barack Obama
I am not a dictator!...
should be the final nail in that coffin.

#6  Gosh, those incarcerated young black men wouldn't be in prison if they DIDN'T COMMIT THE CRIMES IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Hell, Jackson and other black "leaders" demanded stronger penalties for crack cocaine, then bitched when they got it because blacks were thr primary distributors and users of the stuff.

Screw 'em. Put a brand on the criminals, let them loose in their home neighborhoods, and let them know they'll be shot anywhere else.

Democrats procure flags for convention stage after Old Glory missing from Monday night's festivities
  • [Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] Monday night's Democratic convention featured a sleek digital background – but no actual flags were found on the stage

  • Donald Trump's GOP convention was bathed in patriotic imagery. A total of 36 American flags were on the stage during Trump's speech last week

  • Democrats instead opted for a sleek gray background, with digital images of stars

  • After the flag-less stage was reported on Monday night, flags were wheeled onto the stage Tuesday

Lawyers Repeatedly Flagged Illicit Politicking by Dem Legal Strategy Group
[FREEBEACON] Multiple proposed fundraising pitches by the new Democratic Lawyers Committee (DLC) invoked the names of high-ranking administration officials in what would have been violations of federal laws and White House policies against political activity by administration officials, according to emails between the group’s top staffers and their attorneys.

The hacked emails, released by the group WikiLeaks last week, provide a detailed narrative of the DLC’s formation and its hectic first few months, which saw celebrity attorney Gloria Allred micromanaging the group’s self-described "propaganda," a senior DNC staffer admonishing colleagues for nearly spoiling its rollout with illicit fundraising asks, and DNC staffers pretending to be then-chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz
...Congresswoman from Florida, the abrasive chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. She has been a politician since 1992, and prior to that was in training as a political science major. Her primary accomplishment seems to be that she's Jewish...
on email in order to land a venue for a high-dollar fundraiser.

"The stated goal of the DLC is to organize the legal community and [we] must arm them with the information, contacts, and inspiration they need to provide significant support for the Democratic Party’s fight to maintain control of the White House and help elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2016," according to talking points circulated internally.

The perks that attorneys get for their involvement with the group depend on the sums that they donate. For $500, they get "regular email updates including talking points, and the Party’s response to current events."

Those who give $150,000 annually, DLC’s top donor tier, get seats on the DNC’s national finance committee, VIP tickets to exclusive DNC events, and "access to special activities and invitations."

"DLC members will have access to insider knowledge of the DNC’s campaign strategy, which allows members to be more effective in their efforts on behalf of the President and his successor," according to the group’s donor pitch.
