[Ynet] The Westernization of the Arab world has been replaced with the Islamization of Europe. The Arab League ...an organization of Arabic-speaking states with 22 member countries and four observers. The League tries to achieve Arab consensus on issues, which usually leaves them doing nothing but a bit of grimacing and mustache cursing... boycotted Israel from its very first day, and the 'European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... ' with its new Moslem masters may now follow in its footsteps.
Once again, the "European Union" is forgetting about everything and dealing only with Israel and the Jews ? a well-known and popular habit in Europe for hundreds (the Jews) and dozens (Israel) of years.
But this time it's different: The distance between the continent and the Moslem world is becoming increasingly shorter, and a new historical term can be coined: "Euro-Moslem states."
Just like the Arab world did all in its power to harm the young Israel, the same trend is taking shape in the European Union as well. While in the past we talked about the Westernization of the Arab world, we are now talking about the Arabization of Europe. The Arab League boycotted Israel from its very first day, and the "European Union" may now follow in its footsteps.
This may surprise many people, but there are already large cities in Europe which will have a Moslem majority within five to seven years. Not just a huge minority, but an actual Moslem majority. And because cities determine reality these days, the coming years are expected to bring an extensive demographic and political change in the Euro-Moslem states.
The first European city which will have a Moslem majority by the end of the decade is Marseilles, the second largest city in La Belle France, where Moslems already make up 30% to 40% of the population. In 2016, the city will inaugurate a huge mosque with a 25-meter minaret and a prayer hall for 14,000 worshippers, fitting the huge community. This city has such a high crime rate that it's almost dangerous to live there.
Demographic censuses are banned in La Belle France, but according to estimates, the percentage of Moslems in the country has already crossed 13%.
By the end of the decade, a Moslem majority is also expected in Barcelona, Spain, where about 30% of residents are Moslems and there is a huge demand for more and more mosques.
There are smaller Spanish towns like Salt, where 40% of resident are already Moslems. The Moslem immigration rate to Spain is huge, and so is the birthrate, which leans on the welfare policy of the clumsy, suicidal giant called the "European Union."
Another city where a Moslem majority is expected very soon is Brussels, which is ironically the capital of the "European Union" and where 25-30% of residents today are Moslem. Islam is more powerful than the Catholic Church in Brussels.
In Malmo, the third largest city in Sweden, 25-30% of residents are Moslems and 40% are foreigners. The city has an alarming crime rate. In the capital of Stockholm, "only" 20% of residents are Moslem.
The same applies to Rotterdam and Amsterdam ? in both cities, 25% of residents are Moslems ? and Luton, which is located 50 kilometers north of London. Luton is the third largest city in England, and its white residents are already a minority ? only 45%. The rest are Moslems and Asians.
The socialist parties are trying to gain support among these new huge communities, knowing that attacking Israel will be seen very favorably there. But the socialist rule marks an even quicker increase in the percentage of Moslems in the continent, as the socialist are in favor of continuing the crazy, legal and illegal, immigration of Moslems to the continent.
If I were European, I would be very anxious right now. That's the reason why right-wing parties are beginning to rise in Europe, seeing this transformation in the face of the continent as an eternal disaster.
These parties will increasingly take over the continent in the coming years, and that will cause greater shocks to the point of future civil wars. And it's also possible that the continent's Islamization is already an irreversible process.
It's a shame that little Israel is unwillingly inserted into the internal shocks in the continent (why is Israel the European Parliament's business anyway?), but punching the Jews and gaining legitimacy has always been a European game, whether among the Christians or, now, with the new masters ? the Moslems.
But out here in WESTPAC, mine + Madonna's concern is Rising China, agz which mainstream Amerika has not even begun to witness the US rollback across the Pacific towards Hawaii-EASTPAC + ultimately CONUS.

...right up there with Emperor Justinian exhausting the resources of the Eastern Roman Empire to resurrect the fallen Western half of the old Roman Empire, leaving the place ripe to the very first wave of Muslim invaders? Time will tell.

To be fair, there were also a couple of plagues about that time, which went a fair way toward reducing that part of the population capable of bearing arms... And the rest of the population as well.

Fratricide. America got over that hurdle by 1865.The great immigration of the post Civil War period would be of people who either were fed up with Europe or Europe was fed up with in turn. The 1919 flu/plague would take far more than the battlefields of Europe in the years prior. Still had it in themselves to find enough manpower and resources for round two. It'll take about another hundred years to come to a final decision whether it was a wasted effort to save a suicidal society/civilization.

It wasn't so much the number of dead, but the 'quality' that was affected by WWI. One might call the War a particularly devious form of genetic engineering.
[WashingtonPost] The lone wolf is the new nightmare, dramatized and amplified this week by the hostage-taking attack in Sydney. But there are two kinds of lone wolves ? the crazy and the evil ? and the distinction is important.
1. Plan your trip and avoid the wolfschanze (urban lairs).
2. Arm yourself. Keep an extra loaded mag handy.
3. Train with the weapon you carry as often as possible and at ranges of 3 to 5 meters. It builds operator confidence and is generally where bad things happens.
4. Keep 911 on your cellie speed dial.
5. Tell someone (or leave a note) regarding where you are going and when you expect to return.
6. Keep a torch in your vehicle. Test the batteries often.
7. Mind the vehicle petrol tank. Keep it above the half-full mark.
8. Keep a 2-3 meter margin between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you at stop signs.
9. Learn to negotiate (drive over) curbs.
10. Always inspect your vehicle cabin prior to getting in, and lock your vehicle doors as soon as you do get in.
11. Keep you vehicle to include tyres in a good state of repair.
12. Keep your garage free of blind spots, and visually inspect before entering.
13. Stay alert and physically fit. Running is a also good defense.

g(r)omgoru, I took note of the biased media on TV, ISIS videos on social media, and radical preachers in the mosques, but where are the sleazy, race hustling politicians ramping up and inciting people in the streets?(ahem, cough, cough, De Blasio, Sharpton, Holder, Obama).

Keep the car doors locked. Have a backup weapon. Use window tinting if not illegal in your state (the perp doesn't know who, how many, or what might be in store for them inside).

[Ynet] Giving up on the option of reconciliation and coexistence with the Paleostinians casts a heavy shadow on the State of Israel's existence, novelist A.B. Yehoshua writes.
There are a few weighty reasons for the initiative of some 1,000 activists in the Israeli peace camp ? including artists, academics, military officers and former senior government officials ? which aims to encourage Europeans parliaments to adopt a general resolution recognizing the state of Paleostine within the 1967 borders alongside the State of Israel, as a basis for restarting the completely frozen peace negotiations.
The first reason stems from the desire to signal to the moderate Paleostinian camp not to give up on the grinding of the peace processor and not to turn to the road of violence. The brutal acts of terror carried out recently by lone jacket wallahs and the growing aggressive despair sown by Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, among the population in the West Bank can only be curbed with the power of a new hope among the Paleostinians, which declares that the road of negotiations is indeed possible and will lead to new results.
In light of the American failure to make real progress in the grinding of the peace processor, a new and more vigorous initiative is important in order to renew the peace negotiations and set a deadline, although a completely theoretical one, for its completion.
The second reason stems from the growing fear, not only in the peace camp but also among broad parts of the Israeli public, that we are constantly slipping towards a bi-national state, and the feeling that the road to the two-state solution is being blocked because of Israel's unceasing settlements in the territories.
The United States' inability, despite its strength and influence, to at least stop the settlements, is turning the bi-national state into a fact which will be disastrous for both Israel and the Paleostinians. Therefore, for the future of democracy, Europe's democratic states must try to intervene in the grinding of the peace processor more firmly.
New voices of despair are being heard in Israel, both in the right-wing and left-wing circles ? voices which were not even heard during the most difficult days on the eve of the state's establishment in 1948 or on the eve of the Six-Day War.
These new voices are firmly declaring that there will never be peace between Israel and the Arab world. Giving up on the option of reconciliation and coexistence with the Paleostinians casts a heavy shadow on the Israeli state's existence. Therefore we must rise up with all our might against this new sentence, which is destroying the hope for peace.
Even if all the European parliaments decide on a final date for the establishment of the Paleostinian state within the 1967 border (indicating an unequivocal European stance against the right of return), Europe itself will not be able to create the Paleostinian state.
That state will only be established in direct and active negotiations with Israel, where all governments since the Oslo Agreement in 1993 have expressed their agreement in principle to the two-state solution, but were afraid to actively work for its realization.
The Paleostinians say they had to pay the price for the murderous anti-Semitism which raged in Europe in the 20th century and led Europe's Jews to search for a more radical solution in the establishment of a sovereign Jewish state in Paleostine, and there is a certain amount of justice in their claim.
Therefore, it is not only Europe's diplomatic duty to become more vigorously involved in the resumption and completion of the grinding of the peace processor, but also its moral duty not to leave the Paleostinians alone in the struggle for independence.
The encouragement we Israelis are giving the European parliaments to officially recognize the state of Paleostine alongside Israel is a moral and existential act not only for the Paleostinians, but first and foremost for the Israelis themselves.

I would be deeelighted if the Euros would recognize 'Palestine' for what it is. (notice how I cleverly avoided the use of the phrase "murderous asshattery" there?) However, I compute the probability of that happening as approximately 0.00.
