It's look like another hit job staged by Allred and others. What Moore stands for isn't liked by the RINO Senate club and certainly not by the Demonrats.
Where's the pic of Rino lemmings going over the cliff? The Rinos are going to end up giving the Senate away but then again it is a "do nothing" Rino obstructionist Senate--looks like they are doing the work of the lefty Donks for them.
What's going on with Sen. Menendez these days?
I'm thinking all elections are rigged except for DJT election.

Roy Moore handled a dismissed divorce decree for Mrs. Nelson in 1999.
Though Nelson says she never met Roy Moore after the alleged assault, he did meet her when he handled her divorce. Judge Moore states he never signed his name with a D.A. but the only instance of using a D.A. is his assistant initializing with a D.A. after his signature. His assistant at the time had the initials D.A. This appears on the divorce paperwork from 1999.

her daughter and fellow attention whore Lisa Bloom represented Weinstein and even organized attacks on his accusers. No morals or ethics in that lawyer family

A "prescriptions" I once supposedly wrote got into a court case. Different color ink & different handwriting was obvious on the paper copy. Prosecutor interviewed me outside of court, I was never called to testify & the accused was convicted in a jury trial, the forgery/alteration was so obvious.
[National Review] Republicans, whether in the White House or on Capitol Hill, do not seem to appreciate how much they may be undermining what they say they want ‐ a serious investigation of the Clinton Foundation and such related matters as the Uranium One transaction, the interplay between the foundation and the operation of the State Department during Secretary Clinton’s tenure, and the question of whether that interplay explains the use of the improper private email system and the destruction of tens of thousands of emails. I couldn't agree with the author more, but obviously for different reasons.
The president has been railing about his own Justice Department’s apparent inaction (after signaling, post-election, that he did not want to see the Clintons further investigated and prosecuted). A group of House Republicans has taken up this cause and is pushing for the appointment of a special counsel.
In essence, it is a tit-for-tat maneuver: There is a special-counsel probing Trump ties to Russia, they reason, so why not a special-counsel to probe Clinton ties to Russia? This suggests a basic misunderstanding about what triggers a special-counsel investigation: There must be potential offenses that warrant investigation as to which the Justice Department has a conflict of interest that would make its conducting the investigation inappropriate.

Does the DOJ have a conflict of interest? (Yes). Has DOJ been cleaned out? (No).
[Daily Caller] Fox News host Sean Hannity issued an ultimatum to GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore over his response to the flood of sexual harassment allegations against him.
Hannity gave Moore 24 hours to either explain the inconsistencies in his account or drop out of the race. If not, Hannity ‐ who supported Moore early on ‐ will withdraw his support. Hannity’s ultimatum came after a fifth woman accused Moore of making advances on teenage girls while he was an attorney in his 30s.
"Before we close tonight i want to address the new very serious misconduct allegations against Judge Roy Moore. If you watch this program regularly you know I will not rush to judgment, we have seen in the media and politicians get it wrong so many times, I’ve outlined all of that," Hannity started off saying.
"In light of new information about Judge Roy Moore, we have to address this issue tonight. We should be troubled by two things: when the Washington Post story first broke I said that the allegations it should be taken seriously, they should be fully investigated. It’s a 14-year-old girl. We need to discover the truth," he continued.
"I also said, I can understand why women wait years to come forward to because of the evil that in cases where they are guilty, it’s evil trauma, I can understand it, people have a difficult time talking about it years later." Hannity then walked through how Moore had changed his answers when the conservative host pressed him during a radio interview.

One of the notes had '1977' written all over the place by the forger. No one writes the year as part of informal communications. This is idiocy on action ny Moores opponents.

I don't know, I have a genuine fear they width of the accusers will sink him.
Granted maybe he did it, but I object to there being no evidence except for hearsay, and the timing. Primary's were the time to bring this out. I don't doubt for a moment McConnel is behind this.

[AnNahar] More than $70,000 in donations have poured into a crowdfunding site set up for the cyclist who was fired from her job for making a rude gesture to President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... 's motorcade.
More than 3,000 donations -- from $5 to $250 -- have rolled in since November 6, when the GoFundMe campaign was set up on behalf of Juli Briskman.
Briskman's raised middle finger was caught by news photographers as Trump's motorcade passed her on October 28 as he left Trump National Golf Course in Sterling, Virginia. The image immediately went viral.
Three days later, the 50-year-old marketing executive was fired by her company, government contractor Akima.
"Thank you Juli Briskman," wrote Rob Mello, who set up the GoFundMe account, calling her "an inspiration to us all."
All the money raised goes directly to Briskman, he says on the site.
I seem to recall that the Go FundMe site takes 5% as a handling charge. And isn't there a gift tax on gifts over $10,000?

And isn't there a gift tax on gifts over $10,000?
It's gone up to $14,000. M. Murcek is partially right - the excess over $14,000 needs to go on a gift tax return filed by the giftee, for which there may or may not be a tax due. If it's the latter the excess of $14,000 goes against the giftee's estate tax exemption.
