[Daily Caller] In a stroke of genius, they realized that the only problem criminals have is that people keep lists of their criminal activities. It’s the list that prevents them from getting into M.I.T. and designing space stations on Mars. Where they will cure cancer.
This primitive, stone-age thinking was made official Broward County policy in a Nov. 5, 2013, agreement titled "Collaborative Agreement on School Discipline."
The first "whereas" clause of the agreement states that "the use of arrests and referrals to the criminal justice system may decrease a student’s chance of graduation, entering higher education, joining the military and getting a job."
Get it? It’s the arrest ‐ not the behavior that led to the arrest ‐ that reduces a student’s chance at a successful life. (For example, just look at how much the district’s refusal to arrest Nikolas Cruz helped him!)
The agreement’s third "whereas" clause specifically cites "students of color" as victims of the old, racist policy of treating criminal behavior criminally.

Violence and criminal activity are the result of not having a good paying job and institutionalized racism. Stronger enforcement of 'social justice' and opportunities for the 'disadvantaged' along with heavy 'white privilege fines' (aka 'needs based taxing')will fix all of that. Conservative journalist and commentator Mike Cernovich is reporting that the former Federal Bureau of Investigation Deputy Director Andrew McCabe altered official FBI 302 notes after they interviewed Michael Flynn.
A "302" form is what FBI officials file after an interview with an individual. Altering or deleting such a file is a felony.
The only reason for altering the 302 was to make it appear as though Flynn lied when he did not. Flynn ultimately gave his resignation to President Trump because it appeared he had lied to Vice President Pence about conversations with a Russian diplomat.
Cernovich explained in a series of tweets why altering this form is not only illegal but more than enough reason for Judge Emmett Sullivan to order Special Council to disclose exculpatory evidence, which would include the revisions to agent’s notes.

This is old news, there were rumors that Strzok's 302 record of his "interview" with Flynn was hinky and did not match the actual course of events, making Flynn's lying to the FBI case null and void.
Perchance the public disclosure of this in January is why Flynn began thinking about pulling his plea.

Flynn pled guilty. How can he back up and say he lied when he did so? He may be innocent but he's screwed himself.
People plead guilty because they don't have the money to go 15 rounds with the government's persecutors. Good lawyers are expensive. A guy who spent most of his career in government isn't going to have much in the way of savings.
The typical criminal investigation is laser-like in its focus. Mueller is looking at anything within the statute of limitations with which he can charge Flynn. Manafort may be holding out because he has plenty of money from a career spent mostly in the private sector. There's also the possibility that some of his clients are funding his defense. I suspect he will kick the charges to the curb. Less well-financed victims can make a plea deal or go bankrupt.

Yep, every totalitarian regime that engaged in genocide, mass deportations and imprisonment of ethnic minorities started the process by disarming the minority.
The Turks disarmed the Armenians, Hitler disarmed the Jews. Stalin disarmed the Cossacks and took away their horses and most recently Venezuela disarmed their citizenry to "combat" Shining Path.
This mass hysteria over guns in this country, coming from the left, is an attempt to repeat history. Who are they disarming and why? What group are they going to isolate and murder?
We all know the end game on any gun control agenda is a defenseless citizenry at the mercy of the left.

[DAWN] THE FATF embarrassment, utterly isolating and shameful as it is, has become the norm for Pakistain. Along with so much else that has isolated and humiliated us this too was so obviously coming and was so stupidly and irresponsibly ignored. The debt riddled ’development’ taking place in Pakistain has been made even more fragile.
Critical commentators are often accused of being unnecessarily bitter about the state of the country. But when the state of governance is so criminal and damaging how else can one accurately depict the truth about our rulers who day in and day out unhesitatingly make a mockery and laughing stock of the country?
Putting on a polite mask while gently admonishing the perpetrators of such betrayal is itself a form of betrayal given the wretched depths to which our incorrigible rulers regularly sink.

If Congress passed a law tying Planned Parenthood to a requirement to do an ultrasound 24 hours prior (to allow/force thinking on the matter) to an abortion the industry would die a quick death.

My belief is the bulk of the women having abortions are not the SJW screaming to save Planned Parenthood's Government funding and thus they will be affected by clearer and clearer ultrasounds.
The SJW screaming will continue as a way to keep women on the Democrat plantation because the Dems have nothing else to offer (beyond the false picture they've built up of the GOP).
