[VOA News] A visiting Afghan Taliban delegation is holding meetings with officials in Pakistain and plans to give them "some briefing" on the krazed killer group's recent contacts with the Kabul ...the capital of Afghanistan. Home to continuous fighting from 1992 to 1996 between the forces of would-be strongman and Pak ISI/Jamaat-e-Islami sock puppet Gulbuddin Hekmayar and the Northern Alliance, a period which won Hek the title Most Evil Man in the World and didn't do much for the reputations of the Northern Alliance guys either.... government, a top official confirmed Monday.
The krazed killer delegation arrived in the country late last week from the Taliban’s so-called political office in Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates... , but Pak authorities had until now publicly declined to acknowledge it.
"We know that their [Taliban’s] delegation has come and its details have already been published in the newspapers. But, I think it would not be appropriate at this stage for me to disclose details of our discussions with them," Sartaj PrunefaceAziz ...Adviser to Pak Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on National Security and Foreign Affairs, who believes in good jihadis and bad jihadis as a matter of national policy... , Pak prime minister’s adviser on foreign policy, told news hounds in Islamabad.
The Taliban has already formally announced its high-powered delegation has undertaken the visit to discuss among other issues a Pak security crackdown on krazed killer leaders, resulting in arrests of several of them and possible closure of religious seminaries for Afghan refugees in Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... The southwestern Pak province shares a long border with Afghanistan where Taliban leaders and fighters are sheltering among hundreds of thousands of Afghan refugees.
The Taliban sent its delegation to Pakistain just days after reports emerged in the media of secret meetings in Qatar between Taliban negotiators and Afghan intelligence chief Muhammad Masoom Stanekzai. The krazed killer group denied the reports as propaganda while Afghan officials have also publicly declined to acknowledge it.

[AlAhram] Kuwait still needs to do more to combat the financing of IS Lion of Islams, a top Kuwaiti official said Monday at a meeting aimed at choking off funding for the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. "We still have a lot to do, though we are satisfied with what we have done so far," Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled al-Jarallah told news hounds on the sideline of a meeting of the Counter-ISIS Finance Group (CIFG) in Kuwait City.
"We are ready to cooperate with our brothers and friends," he said, responding to US criticism of Kuwait and Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. Jarallah said Kuwait "has come a long way in introducing legislation that controls the collection of (charity) donations", a suspected channel of funding murderous Moslems.
The CIFG takes a global approach to undermining the flow of funds to the jihadist group, according to Adam Szubin, US Treasury's acting Under Secretary on Countering the Financing of Terrorism.
Szubin said last week that the meeting in Kuwait City aims "to share information and continue developing and coordinating countermeasures against ISIS's (IS group) financial activity worldwide".
He said the Treasury was working closely with Kuwait and Qatar in particular to strengthen the technical side of the fight against terrorism finance, but "there is room for improvement".
Szubin said the effort to choke off funding was showing some success.

London, Jeddah, Aden – A Yemeni government source told Asharq Al-Awsat on Sunday that the legitimate government has set three conditions for extending the ceasefire that U.N. Special Envoy Islamil Ould Cheikh Ahmed had requested.
The three conditions include: Putting more pressure on rebels to force them abide by the truce, finding guarantees to the first point, and facilitating the delivery of aid, especially to Taiz.
The source justified these conditions by saying: “The legitimate government does not want to see rebels use this truce to mobilize their troops, double their assaults on Yemen and resume their attacks against the Saudi borders.”
Ould Cheikh had asked Yemeni warring parties to accept the extension of an expired humanitarian truce, which had entered into effect last Thursday.
The U.N. envoy reminded all parties of the ceasefire’s terms and conditions, which include a complete and comprehensive cessation of all military operations. Ould Chiekh said he expected the two parties would respect their commitment towards a final cessation of violence, stressing the importance of a complete ceasefire in case they agree on the extension of the truce.
Yemeni Foreign Minister said he respected the U.N. envoy’s call for an extension, but added that in effect, there was no truce due to the violations by the rebels.
The foreign minister told Agence France Press: “Even if we accept it, the other party does not make any commitment to respect the ceasefire.”
Yemen’s Chief of General Staff, Major General Mohammad Ali Almekdeshi said rebel militias have deliberately thwarted the humanitarian truce.
“The violation committed by militias has convinced more our political and military leadership in Yemen that the coup perpetrators are not serious to accept peace and were not ready for a ceasefire, and it confirms their intransigence to continue war and their inability to meet the desires of the people,” Almekdeshi said, according to Reuters.
Germany’s news agency reported that Ould Cheikh arrived to Sana’a yesterday in an unannounced visit. The U.N. envoy met with head of the Houthi delegation, Mohammed Abdelsalam.
Ould Cheikh’s visit coincided with a political escalation launched by the camp of ousted former President Ali Abdullah Saleh in the General People’s Congress party, claiming in a statement issued yesterday that Ould Cheikh was standing in the side of the Alliance.
However, Yemeni political analyst Najib Gholab said “party statements issued by the narrow camps of Saleh do not express the opinions of the General People’s Congress party, but the interests of a minority allied with Houthi rebels.”
Gholab said he expected the U.N. envoy would meet with the decision-makers in Sana’a, which in fact are the Houthis.
Meanwhile, UNICEF’s regional chief of communication for the Middle East and North Africa, Juliette Touma told Asharq Al-Awsat that an aid convoy loaded with humanitarian aid was heading in the direction of Taiz last Saturday but could not enter the city due to military checkpoints.
Touma’s comments confirmed a statement issued Saturday by Taiz local authorities, who said Yemen’s rebels obstructed the entry of a UNICEF team to the city of Taiz despite crossing a long distance.
Taiz Governor Ali al-Maamari told Asharq Al-Awsat: “The last truce was never implemented. It was simply reports on papers.”
Al-Maamari said preventing international organizations from delivering aid to Yemeni cities is a blatant challenge to the siege.
On Sunday, rebel militias had also used live bullets to suppress protests held in the central prison of Sana’a against the selective release of prisoners.

"The Nawaz government is hatching conspiracies against the country’s security and threatening national security institutions. Time is ripe to get rid of the Nawaz government," he added.

"I have told Imran that PAT will participate in PTI’s Nov 2 sit-in. The modalities of the cooperation between the two parties, however, will be finalised in the next few days," Qadri told a private news channel over the phone from Jordan.
