US forces have failed in Afghanistan, Pakistan’s FM claims
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The foreign minister of Pakistain Khwajah Asif has claimed that the US forces have failed in Afghanistan as he arrived in Tehran on Monday to seek regional and international support in the aftermath of the US strategy declaration by President Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
last month.

"Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, during his day long visit to Tehran on 11 September 2017, called on Iranian President Dr. Hassan Rouhani. They discussed strengthening of brotherly relations between the two countries rooted in common history, culture and people to people ties and reaffirmed the mutual desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation," the Foreign Ministry of Pakistain said in a statement.

The statement further added "Earlier, soon after his arrival in Tehran, Foreign Minister held detailed talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Javad Zarif on bilateral relations and the prevailing regional situation, including efforts for peace and stability in Afghanistan."

"The two Foreign Ministers also exchanged views about efforts for peace and stability in Afghanistan, particularly in the context of latest developments in Afghanistan," the statement said, adding that "They agreed that there was no military solution to the conflict in Afghanistan and a politically negotiated settlement was imperative for lasting peace in Afghanistan. They underscored that the regional countries have vital stakes in stability in Afghanistan should play a more proactive role in the peace efforts."

This comes as the Pak officials earlier said that Islamabad intends to seek regional and international support after the US President Donald Trump’s policy declaration for South Asia in which he harshly criticized Pakistain for allowing the terrorist groups to use its soil despite receiving billions of dollars in aid from Washington in the name of the fight against terrorism.

President Trump said "For its part, Pakistain often gives safe haven to agents of chaos, violence, and terror. The threat is worse because Pakistain and India are two nuclear-armed states whose tense relations threaten to spiral into conflict. And that could happen."

Africa Horn
Lamu Chiefs Only Good At ‘Fattening’, Taking Bribes From Al Shabaab
[RADIOSHABELLE] Nelson Marwa has mocked Lamu chiefs saying they are only good at gaining weight and warned that many will be fired over insecurity

The Coast regional coordinator said corruption among Lamu chiefs and their assistants has robbed residents of security.

Marwa said the administrators take bribes from anyone and end up allowing criminals and suspicious herders into the county.

He said they find out later that the people are members of the al Qaeda-linked al-Shabaab
... an Islamic infestation centering on Somalia...
terror group.

The group wants Kenyan troops to leave Somalia where they were part of the African Union
...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful...
peacekeeping mission.

They have carried out sporadic attacks in counties including Lamu, Mandera and Wajir in retaliation.

To flush them out, the government has decided to bomb Boni Forest in Lamu and has asked all ’foreign herders’ to leave ahed of this operation.

Marwa said they chiefs are aware of the orders yet they choose to work with al-Shabaab.

"They will accept any amount, to allow criminal elements to operate within the county, without caring about the repercussions of their insatiable appetite for bribes and the county’s security."

He added chiefs in areas where the bandidos Lions of Islam have carried out many attacks allow them to pose as herders.

"Some of them had been bribed by the herders and had allowed them to continue staying in Lamu," he said in the county on Monday.

The security coordinator also disbanded all community policing committees headed by chiefs in Lamu and ordered that new ones be formed immediately.

The committees work with police in implementing regulations aimed at curbing crime and increasing security.

But Marwa said Lions of Islam had infiltrated the teams rendering them useless.

"They cannot function accordingly since members seem to have been compromised."

The security chief further suspended several chiefs in the county whom he accused of sleeping on their jobs.

"Some chiefs are fully aware of the many security challenges in Lamu. These criminals and bandidos Lions of Islam have been bribing their way here and killing locals...the chiefs are aware," he said.

"They take bribes and allow bandidos Lions of Islam to come and kill innocent civilians at will. That’s why I am disbanding all community policing committees here. Let new ones be formed and represent all communities.. We are also firing some of the chiefs whose actions have left people dead."

Marwa directed county commissioner Gilbert Kitiyo and his deputy Loius Rono to ensure speedy formation of new teams that will function devoid of corruption and undue influence.

He added: "I have fired the chief in Hindi where four people were butchered recently with immediate effect.

"The other chiefs in places where people have been killed before will be issued with letters to that effect. We can’t have people risking the lives of locals like that. They must tell us where they were when these people were being killed."

have endured the war without an income in over a year.

For Abdullah Saif al-Hakimi, a doctor at a local hospital in Taiz and an employee at the Office of Public Health, life has become increasingly difficult over the past year as he last received a salary in August 10 of 2016.

Cash casualties
"Life was already difficult when we were receiving the salaries because it was barely enough to cover anything, but now that I don’t even receive anything, we only live with the most basic necessities," Hakimi, who supports a family of nine, told Al Arabiya English.

Many others are also suffering the same fate as Hakimi. According to him, all his colleagues at the hospital ‐ which employs over 50 staff members ‐ have also been without a salary for over a year but continue to work due to the high demand for medical services in the besieged city.

In addition to the conflict that has killed at least 10,000 people, civilians in Yemen are struggling with a cholera epidemic, famine due to soaring food prices and endless power cuts.

Several activists also reported that out of desperation, many residents in Yemen camped out in front of local governmental centers demanding their salaries, but died waiting.

IUMS urges Saudi Arabia to free Muslim scholars
[Al Jazeera] The International Union of Moslem Scholars (IUMS) has condemned the reported arrest of Moslem preachers and scholars in Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
, urging Saudi King Salman
...either the largest species of Pacific salmon or the current Sheikh of the Burnin' Sands, Cutodian of the Two Holy Mosquesand Lord of Most of the Arabians....
bin Abdulaziz to order their release.

Salman al-Audah, a prominent Moslem preacher and member of the IUMS's board of trustees, and more than 20 others were enjugged
Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw!
on Sunday, according to social media postings.

The Doha-based IUMS said in a statement on Monday that the scholars "should not be used as pawns in political disputes", referring to the crisis between Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates...
and four other Arab states - Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt.

"In regards to the crisis [with] the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states, Audah has done nothing but call for unity between these brotherly countries," the statement read, noting that his last tweet urged GCC members to "come together for the sake of their people".

The IUMS is an organization of Islamic theologians headed by chairman Yusuf al-Qaradawi
...crackpot Egyptian Islamist theologian. He is best known for his program Shariah and Life on Al Jazeera, with an estimated audience of 60 million kindred souls worldwide. He is also well-known for IslamOnline, which occasionally advocates things like slavery and thumping the old lady with a rod no thicker than an inch, and has published more than 120 books, including Islam: The Future Civilization. Joe has long had a prominent role within the intellectual leadership of the Moslem Brüderbund. Some of his views have been controversial in the West, though less so among the rubes of the Mysterious East, and he was refused entry to the United Kingdom in 2008. In 2004, 2,500 Muslim academics from Saudi Arabia, Iraq and from the Palestinian territories condemned Qaradawi, and accused him of giving Islam a bad name....
, and headquartered in Qatar.

About 90,000 Moslem scholars are connected through the union, which claims to bring together Sunni and Shia Moslems.

Ali Qara Daghi, IUMS secretary-general, was quoted in the document as saying that Auda was known for his "moderate positions".

Saudi Arabia is yet to issue any official statement regarding the reported arrests.

The incident came to light on Twitter after Khalid bin Fahd al-Audah tweeted on Sunday that the Saudi authorities had arrested is brother Salman.

Europe
UN warns against massive abuse of youth seeking asylum in Europe
[Iran Press TV] UN officials have warned that over three quarters of children and young adults seeking asylum in Europe fall prey to torture, rape and other forms of abuse during their journey.

Young asylum seekers from Sub-Saharan Africa are particularly at risk of abuse, most probably due to racism, officials from UN children's agency, UNICEF, and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) said on Tuesday.

"They use words like torture, beating, killing, slavery, trafficking, [and] rape not like abstract concepts, not something they have to write a report for school, but as their reality," UNICEF Brussels director, Sandie Blanchet, said at a press conference after UNICEF and IOM published a report based on extensive interviews.

"Just imagine for a second your own kids going through that," Blanchet noted.

According to UNICEF report, which surveyed 22,000 asylum seekers and refugees, including 11,000 children and young people, 77 percent of children and young individuals seeking to cross the Mediterranean to Europe had suffered "direct experiences of abuse, exploitation and practices, which may amount to human trafficking."

"Racism is likely a major underlying factor behind this discrepancy,” the report added.

IOM Director for the EU Eugenio Ambrosi called on officials to adopt a more effective border management policy, using trained professionals to care for children rather treat them as "a potential enemy crossing illegally our sacred border."

Afghan asylum seeker who raped and killed daughter of EU official 'carried out a sex attack on a 12-year-old girl
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] An Afghani migrant charged with the rape and murder of a German medical student also allegedly raped a maiden in his native country, local media reports.

Hussein Khavari is currently standing trial in the south-western German university city of Freiburg over the death of 19-year-old Maria Ladenburger last October.

It has now emerged that Khavari might have carried out a similar attack in his native Afghanistan, raping a 12-year-old girl.
So he's been a habitual predator since childhood. Castrate or hamstring him and send him home for his countrymen to deal with -- he's not what Germany wants in their replacement population.
While Khavari was locked up in investigative custody, he allegedly told a fellow prisoner that he carried out the rape in Afghanistan when he was just 14.

A Freiburg police officer confirmed the story to the district court during Khavari's trial, where he has admitted to killing Ms Ladenburger, whose father is a senior legal adviser to the European Commission in Brussels.

According to the police, the parents of Khavari made a settlement with the parents of the raped girl to keep the incident unreported.

It has also emerged that Khavari had been tossed in the slammer
Drop the rosco, Muggsy, or you're one with the ages!
and sentenced to ten years for attempted murder in Corfu in 2013 before coming to Germany seeking refuge in 2015.

Khavari threw a 20-year-old student 25 feet down a cliff on the island of Corfu in May 2013. The woman was severely injured but miraculously survived the ordeal.

Khavari did not report to parole officers after his early release from the Greek detention centre and authorities issued a search warrant for the Afghan migrant, but only in their own country.

German authorities criticised the Greeks for "negligence", claiming that if they had known about Khavari’s past, he would have been flagged when he applied for asylum and not allowed into the country, which in turn could have prevented the grisly rape and murder of Ms Ladenburger.

Yesterday, Khavari broke down and asked for forgiveness at his trial in Freiburg District Court, Germany.

Khavari wept as he recalled how he smoked hashish the night he ambushed 19-year-old, admitting that he raped her and drowned her in the knee-deep water of a nearby river.

He said he took her to the water to wash her blood from his body and clothes and claimed the incident had destroyed his life.

He broke down in court and added: 'I want to apologize to the family of Maria'.

Reading from a statement he went on: 'I beg your pardon. I want to apologise to the family of Maria. I wish I could undo it. What I have done, I am sad for from the bottom of my heart '.

He says he dreams of what he did every day as he wiped tears from his face.

'I live with the agony of what I did and this torment destroys my life,' he added.

CTD inspector fired for sharing confidential information with terrorists
[DAWN] Syed Ali Raza, a Sectarian Terrorists Intelligence Group (STIG) official, has been removed from service for allegedly sharing sensitive information with Lions of Islam while holding an important office, said a notice from the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Sindh.

The written order announcing the dismissal of Ali Raza "with immediate effect" was issued on Tuesday from the office of Additional Inspector General of Police of CTD Sindh.

Raza was accused of sharing confidential information by a political party worker Umair Hassan Siddiqui, who was tossed in the clink

Releasing Hafiz Saeed from house arrest will lead to unrest, Punjab govt tells LHC
[DAWN] The Punjab
1.) Little Orphan Annie's bodyguard
2.) A province of Pakistain ruled by one of the Sharif brothers
3.) A province of India. It is majority (60 percent) Sikh and Hindoo (37 percent), which means it has relatively few Moslem riots....

home ministry on Tuesday apprised the Lahore High Court (LHC) that releasing Jamaat-ud-Dawa
...the front organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba...
(JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed
...founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba and its false-mustache offshoot Jamaat-ud-Dawa. The United Nations declared the JuD a terrorist organization in 2008 and Hafiz Saeed a terrorist as its leader. Hafiz, JuD and LeT are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Pak intel apparatus, so that amounted to squat...
from house arrest will likely create a situation of unrest in the province, DawnNews reported.

The ministry stated this in a written reply submitted before the court during the hearing of an appeal for the release of JuD chief.

During the hearing, the counsel for Saeed A. K. Khokhar argued that Saeed's detention was illegal and baseless, thus the LHC should rule in favour of the defendant and discard the order of keeping JuD leader under house arrest.

"The defendant was put under house arrest after the US threatened to cut Pakistain's aid; it was done without any cases being registered against him," Khokhar argued.

Upon this, the judges pointed out that the defendant's lawyer had made no mention of the US's alleged pressure in the case. They added that the defendant's application is based on a news clipping.

The home ministry, on the other hand, in their written reply to the LHC, said that the JuD chief was put under house arrest under the anti-terrorism laws to keep him from collecting funds ‐ which is a violation of various resolutions of the United Nations
...a lucrative dumping ground for the relatives of dictators and party hacks...
The reply said that the reports by police and the counter terrorism department's operational branch on the matter have also been submitted before the court.

It also pointed out that various cases were registered against members of JuD for collecting hides during the three days of Eidul Azha in contempt of the ministry's orders.

Cases were also registered against the party for collecting funds in contempt of the provincial ministry's orders, the reply said.

Govt abandons draft of anti-press law amid uproar
[DAWN] Amid pressure from media and civil society, the government on Monday abandoned the idea of promulgating the Pakistain Print Media Regulatory Authority (PPMRA) Ordinance 2017, ordering strict action against three officers for unilaterally moving ahead with the proposal.

The repressive stipulations of the draft law aimed to regulate the print media by making it mandatory for newspapers to seek annual renewal of their licences and sought to give authorities power to raid media houses at will.

The draft was on the agenda of the Press Council of Pakistain (PCP), which was scheduled to meet on Monday. But the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting intervened in the matter, requesting PCP Chairman Dr Salahuddin Mengal to drop the item from the agenda of the council’s 15th general meeting.

Later, a detailed office order was issued by Information Secretary Sardar Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera, which stated that PCP chairman Salauddin Mengal informed the secretary that the development of a draft PPMRA 2017 was initiated following a meeting with the information minister on March 3, 2017.

Israel believes this threat is currently dire. This meeting preceded a two-week long Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) exercise to rehearse for possible war with Hezbollah. The Jerusalem Post described this exercise, which commenced on September 4 and is ongoing, as the IDF’s largest in 20 years.

Hezbollah has been a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization since 1997. However, National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster reportedly brought NSC Senior Director on Counter-Terrorism Mustafa Javed Ali to the White House meeting with Israel. Ali, a McMaster appointee, is described by a senior administration source as being "opposed to Hezbollah’s designation as a terrorist organization."

What then transpired at the meeting has been confirmed to PJ Media by several administration sources, by members of non-governmental organizations involved in national security, and by a source within the Israeli government.

The Israeli delegation demanded that Mustafa Javed Ali leave the room.
So, nothing has changed despite the fact that Obama is gone - Iran still has its agents of influence.

#1  Censored! McMaster Barred Scholar Ayaan Hirsi Ali from Giving Talk on Radical Islam at NSC

And it does not end there.

#2  It is the American left who should be seizing on this.

If this report is true, the Trump administration is siding with the Russia/Iran/Qatar/MB axis against ally Israel.

This would actually corroborate the narrative of collusion with Russia.

Why doesn't this dog bark?

#3  Why doesn't this dog bark?

Because American Left's hatred of Russia is tactical. Their hatred of Israel is the very foundation (especially the kikes among them) of their souls.

#4  To the extent that they have souls.

#5  Another question is how this political posture will affect America's credibility vis-a-vis other international players.

What conclusions will Russian, Chinese and North Korean psychological profilers of the US draw?

Is this likely to strengthen the credibility of the Trump administration's threats against North Korea?

Is this likely to strengthen American deterrence?

What are these expert designers of consensus Western foreign policy really thinking?

Do the want to make the world safe for nuclear war?

Nuts!

#6  Silly Trump!
He thought the Pubs would give him supporting cabinet candidates.

Global split over Rohingya crisis as China backs Myanmar crackdown
[DAWN] International divisions emerged on Tuesday ahead of a UN Security Council meeting on a worsening refugee crisis in Myanmar, with China voicing support for a military crackdown that has been criticised by the US, slammed as "ethnic cleansing" and forced 370,000 Rohingya to flee the violence.

Beijing's intervention appears aimed at heading off any attempt to censure Myanmar at the council when it convenes on Wednesday.

China was one of the few foreign friends of Myanmar's former junta.

Beijing has tightened its embrace under Aung San Suu Kyi's civilian government as part of its giant trade, energy and infrastructure strategy for Southeast Asia.

The exodus from Myanmar's western Rakhine state began after Rohingya gunnies attacked police posts on August 25, prompting a military backlash that has sent a third of the Moslem minority population fleeing for their lives.
Didn't that work out well!
