[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The provincial police chief of southern Kandahar province Gen. Abdul Raziq confirmed the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... supreme leader Mullah Hebatullah Akhundzada visited southern Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... province nearly ten days ago.
Gen. Raziq said a number of the members of the Quetta Council of the Taliban as well as some operatives of the Pak intelligence were also accompanying Mullah Hebatullah during his visit.
He said the Taliban chief arrived to Musa Qala district where he summoned a meeting of his local commanders and leaders to discuss the ongoing situation.
According to Gen. Raziq, the Taliban Überstürmbannführers and leaders were summoned from the southern and western provinces of the country for the talks.
The Kandahar police chief believes the main topic discussed during the meeting included the growing pressure, including increased Arclight airstrikes that have badly interrupted the operations of the group.
This comes as a source in South of Afghanistan privy of the development has said the leader of the Taliban group has instructed his fighters to end the war with the terror group.
The source further added that the leader of the group has instructed his fighters not to attack the Lions of Islam of the terror group in a meeting with his commanders during the recent days.
Akhundzada has also told his fighters and commanders that the cause of the Taliban and ISIS-led insurgency are similar and therefore the conflict between the groups should end.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The leader of Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin Hekmatyar ... who used to be known in intelligence circles as The Most Evil Man in the World but who now seems merely run-of-the-mill evil... has said certain people exist among the security forces ranks who are not having the capabilities or the will to end the war.
Hekmatyar made the remarks during a meeting with the tribal and Jihadi leaders from the northern Parwan province of Afghanistan, according to the media wing of the party.
However, a clean conscience makes a soft pillow... he did not provide any further information regarding his latest claims regarding the security forces ranks.
He said the circles are intentionally and willfully attempting to extend the war in the country.
Hekmatyar called on the tribal and Jihadi elders to step up efforts in a bid to take the responsibility of the security in their own areas.
The leader of Hezb-e-Islami claimed that the government and the foreign forces have remained short to ensure security for the people.
According to Hekmatyar, the ongoing war and violence in the country is against the interests of Islam and Afghanistan as only the Afghan people are paying the price.

Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari's warning on Sunday came after reports that US President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... is expected to announce new measures against Iran, including the prospect of additional targeted sanctions and the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization.
"As we have announced in the past, if America's new law for sanctions is enforced, this country will have to move its regional bases outside the 2,000 km radius of the Iranian missiles' range," the ISNA news agency quoted him as saying.
By the new law, Gen. Jafari was referring to the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) that Trump signed into law on August 2 after it passed a Senate vote.
Jafari said Iran "deems the implementation of CAATSA equal to America’s unilateral withdrawal from the JCPOA," which will allow the country to exponentially enhance its missile capabilities.
The JCPOA stands for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action - the nuclear accord which Tehran reached with the US and other countries in 2015 to limit its nuclear program in exchange for lifting of sanctions.
Trump is expected to announce soon that he will "decertify" the deal in a step that potentially could cause the accord to unravel.
"We will use the opportunity of the stupid behavior of the Trump government to achieve a leap in defense, missile and regional programs," Gen. Jafari said.
A senior US administration official, cited by the Financial Times, said on Friday that Trump would not seek the reimposition of broad sanctions that would risk collapsing the accord but was expected to announce new measures.
Those measures will include additional targeted sanctions, the blacklisting of the IRGC and the adoption of a tougher stance on what Washington calls Iranian proxies in Syria, Iraq and Yemen, the official was quoted as saying.
