El Paso Police Chief: BLM Is A ‘Radical Hate Group' [VIDEO]
[Daily Caller] The chief of police in El Paso, Texas, labeled Black Lives Matter a "radical hate group" Friday night, blaming them for Thursday’s shooting in Dallas and calling on policymakers to take a closer look at the movement.

Greg Allen was in attendance at a news conference Friday where various leaders in the El Paso area expressed solidarity with Dallas while also trying to appeal to those who feel marginalized by a recent spate of high-profile police shootings. Allen didn’t deliver a statement at the conference, but he gave an interview to local press afterwards.

During the interview, Allen was asked to comment on an upcoming protest vigil El Paso’s Black Lives Matter group is planning to hold Sunday night. He responded by denouncing the group in remarkably harsh terms.

Comey says Beest too dull not ‘sophisticated enough' to understand classified markings
[Wash Times] Hillary Clinton wasn't "sophisticated enough" to know she was risking national security when she sent and received classified information, so it was impossible to make a criminal case against her, FBI Director James B. Comey told Congress on Thursday.

He said Mrs. Clinton, the former State Department secretary and now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, was briefed on the State Department's policies but broke them, sending or receiving more than 100 messages that contained information that was confidential at the time she handled it. He also confirmed that she misled voters in her public explanations, and he insisted that she would have faced discipline, including potentially losing her right to see secret information, if she were still a government employee.

Sheriff Clarke on Dallas shootings: Champ ‘fuels this sort of anger' towards cops
[Wash Times] Sheriff Clarke, appearing on "Fox and Friends" to discuss Micah Xavier Johnson, the 25-year-old man accused of ambushing Dallas police officers at a peaceful Black Lives Matter protest, said Mr. Obama uses the bully pulpit after tragedies in ways that sow anger and resentment among the population.

"He's usually popping off at the mouth before he's been briefed or before he knows any of the facts like he did yesterday," the sheriff said regarding Mr. Obama's response to the two black men in Louisiana and Minnesota who were fatally shot by police officers.

"Without any foundation, he talked about racism and disparate treatment and people of color -- all this nonsense," the sheriff continued. "Like I said, he's armed with powerful words and he uses those words irresponsibly. It fuels this sort of anger towards the American police officer. I wish he'd knock it off."

#7  Sheriff David Clarke runs as a 'little d' democrat and is mostly at odds with the super-libel 'new' Dems that run the city and county. The County Supervisor (Chris Abele - a multimillionaire limousine libel of the truest sense) even ran one of his lackeys against the Sheriff, with huge monetary backing, in the last election. Sheriff Clarke didn't raise a fraction of his competitor, yet still won handily.

Lot's of Roosevelt/Truman/ Kennedy dems left in the general Milwaukee population that still want real law and order. Most of the remaining Pubs and Libertarians in the county voted for him too. That's why he keeps getting elected.

#9  Interesting guy and seems to be a no B.S. straight-shooter.

Clarke has been elected three times to the Sheriff's office as a Democrat, despite not belonging to any party. This has spurred criticism from the local Democratic Party.[5]Clarke explains his choice to run as a Democrat thusly on his website:

"Like me, most people question why the Office of Sheriff is a partisan election. I have never asked a person to vote for me because I run as a Democrat. I ask them to vote for me based on my 35-year commitment to keeping citizens safe. Most voters get it when it comes to public safety. There is no Democrat or Republican way to be a sheriff. The enemy is not the opposing party; the enemy is the criminal."

Bahamas Issues Travel Advisory To Citizens Travelling To US
NASSAU, Bahamas (CMC): The Bahamas government Friday urged nationals to exercise caution if they intend on travelling to the United States following the shooting deaths of five police officers in Dallas on Thursday night.

The US authorities said that seven other police officers were shot and wounded as the lone sniper shot at white police officers in retaliation for the deaths of black people by police officers in recent days.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it had taken note of the recent tensions in some American cities over shootings of young Black males by policemen.

"We wish to advise all Bahamians travelling to the US but especially to the affected cities to exercise appropriate caution generally. In particular young males are asked to exercise extreme caution in affected cities in their interactions with the police.

"Do not be confrontational and cooperate. If there is any issue please allow consular for the Bahamas to deal with the issues. Do not get involved in political or other demonstrations under any circumstances and avoid crowds," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

It said that as the island commemorates its 43rd anniversary of political independence from Britain this weekend "many Bahamians will no doubt use the opportunity to travel, in particular to destinations in the United States.

"While it is prudent for travellers to conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times, in light of recent episodes of involving police officers and young black men in the United States, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration wishes to advise the Bahamian Public to exercise due care and attention especially when travelling to particular cities in the United States."

#5  Copying and pasting a comment that I made yesterday on an Instapundit comment thread:

Honestly, I wonder if a lot of the black rage expressed through BLM, and the black flash violence isn't displaced anger. Black Americans were so overjoyed with having Obama elected - hey, they had arrived, with one of their own in the White House, and it was gonna be all rock candy mountains and Skittles rainbows, they were gonna have their mortgages paid, and cellphones too, and all sorts of goodies from The Man's stash! - and instead, after eight years of Obama mis-administration, they are actually worse off then ever. The job situation is cr*ppy, even cr*ppier in underclass black urban communities, schools in the inner cities are even more appalling than before, gang violence is worse than ever ... and who are they going to blame for having fallen for the blandishments of the Dem machine and a sweet-talking con-man with a sharp pants-crease, now that they have been left high and dry? Nope - can't blame themselves for being gullible suckers. Gotta blame somebody.

Rep. Steve King Blames Champ For Dallas Shooting

#DallasPoliceShooting has roots in first of anti-white/cop events illuminated by Obama...Officer Crowley. There were others.

In 2009, Obama held a "beer summit" at the White House after Cambridge Police Sgt. James Crowly arrested Harvard University Professor for disorderly conduct. Crowly responded to a 911 call about a burglary in progress at Gates’ house.

In in the aftermath of the arrest, Obama said, "I don’t know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it’s fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry; number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home, and, number three, what I think we know separate and apart from this incident is that there’s a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately."

Dallas BLM organizer Jeff Hood an Islamic agent ?
[Freedom Outpost] The organizer of the Dallas Black Lives Matter rally, in which four cops were murdered and numerous others injured by trained snipers, is a sodomite pro-Muslim agent. His name is Jeff Hood. In 2015, after American Christians protested an Islamic event in Dallas, this reprobate, Jeff Hood, said:

"I think that Texas Muslims are the real Christians." Jeff Hood says that he is a Baptist minister, but I believe that this is a disguise that he is using to cover his Islamic sentiments. In one statement, Hood described a conversation with a Muslim "about Islam," and of how "The beauty of the way they talked from an Islamic perspective about Jesus and the need to love all people moved me deeply. Their faith pushed me to believe again." The "Islamic perspective about Jesus"? This is the antichrist anti-Trinitarian Jesus, and he is embracing this false christ? Hood also promotes an Islamic Jesus and even states that Jesus converted to Islam. In his website, he posts a picture of Jesus dressed as a Muslim.

Member of German Left Youth Party Apologizes to Refugees on Facebook After Alleged Sexual Assault by Migrant
[Breitbart] Selin Gören, member of the "Linksjugend Solid," a far-left German youth organization, was reportedly sexually assaulted by a refugee on January 27. After an initial false report that she had been assaulted by "foreigners and Germans alike," she revised her story before taking to Facebook to apologise for any "racism" that might be caused by the revelation that her alleged assailant was a migrant.

In her post, Gören wrote:

But what truly makes me feel sorry, are the circumstances by which the sexist and boundary-crossing acts that were inflicted on me, make it so that you [the refugee] are beset by increasing and more aggressive racism.

Local police have a matching record of a woman in her age and location reporting a sexual assault.

Gören is a left-wing activist who regularly spoke for the far-left Linksjugend Solid party, a recognized daughter party of Die Linke, an established Germant progressive party. In 2007 and 2008, both parties were noted for their far-left extremism by the Verfassungsschutz, a German government agency which monitors potential threats to German democracy.

Venezuela: Joe Kennedy does Caracas
Thanx to FrankG for the link
Venezuela’s El Tiempo (link in Spanish) reports that Joe Kennedy met last Friday with Nicolás Maduro and VP Delcy Rodríguez.

Apparently Joe went to canvass for more free oil for his JOE-4-Oil Citizens Energy Corporation which used to provide free heating oil to Boston-area residents under an arrangement signed by the late Hugo Chávez.

The article does not say the result of the JOE-4-Oil/Maduro meeting. Venezuela’s oil production has been plummeting to the point that the country can not pay its drillers.

Did FBI Chief James Comey Bury Hillary's Chances?
[AnNahar] Which Republican is most likely to impede Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as America's Blond Eminence and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Tallyrand ...
's race to the White House? Most would say Donald Trump, but FBI director James Comey could be the surprise obstacle on her path to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Comey, a former federal prosecutor and ex-deputy attorney general, on Tuesday offered a damning assessment of her email practices during her time at the State Department -- but did not recommend she face criminal charges.

In an explosive -- and surprise -- 15-minute speech, the towering Comey -- he stands 6'8" (two meters) tall -- gave Clinton a dressing down that is sure to reverberate until voters head to the polls in November to choose President Barack Obama
That’s just how white folks will do you....
's successor.

He reiterated those views before a congressional committee on Thursday, facing a grilling over his impartiality but remaining unflappable under pressure, and insisting the FBI's conclusions were sound.

Of course, by saying Clinton was not criminally liable, Comey did not deal a death blow to her White House hopes. But the former first lady now will face difficult questions on the campaign trail for months until election day on November 8.

It will not be easy to erase the words uttered by Comey about Clinton -- his labeling of her as "extremely careless" will certainly be used in countless Trump attack ads.

Some experts even suggest the fallout could haunt her all the way to the Oval Office if she wins the presidency.

Comey said while there was no firm evidence that Clinton's email was successfully hacked, he also said he could not rule it out, and that sophisticated cyber criminals would not have left any trace.

On Thursday, he said Clinton "should have known not to send classified information." He also blasted the State Department as having a lax security culture under her leadership.

Only time will tell how Comey's words will affect Clinton's drive for the presidency.

- Straight shooter -
Comey, who has been in his position at the Federal Bureau of Investigation since September 2013, stole the spotlight from Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who could only announce Wednesday that she was following his recommendations.

Lynch sparked controversy last week when she met Clinton's husband, former president Bill Clinton
...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of is...
, on the tarmac at the Phoenix airport -- a chat that left Republicans crying foul.

The year-long probe and its unusual conclusion have reinforced the view of Comey as a straight shooter, ready to take the heat from all sides in sticky situations.

Democrats are mad at how he painted Clinton in his assessment, and surprised at how much details he offered in a process that is usually kept secret.

Republicans are angry that she will not be charged, saying it defies logic given the errors that were made.

But Comey is a smooth operator with tons of experience in government.

For three decades, Comey has circulated in political and legal circles at the highest level, giving him the confidence to sometimes anger the country's justice department, and even the White House.

In the wake of the 2014 fatal police shooting of unarmed black teen Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, Comey raised hackles by supporting cops who were wary of fulfilling their duties, for fear of their actions being caught on video.

Many top US government careers begin in New York, and Comey is no exception -- he hails from the Manhattan suburbs. He cut his teeth as a federal prosecutor in New York and the Washington area.

In 2003, he became deputy attorney general.

The following year, he faced one of his toughest showdowns, cementing his reputation for being independent and unafraid.

Comey had become acting attorney general due to the illness of his boss John Ashcroft.

At Ashcroft's bedside, the presidential counsel to George W. Bush, Alberto Gonzales, was trying to persuade him to reauthorize a controversial warrantless eavesdropping program.

Comey -- who was against extending the program -- later revealed the incident to senators, unleashing a political firestorm.

#3  What Mr West said is correct but she should be in jail.

If she was indicted then the facts would be part of a formal law proceeding and no one could talk about them and it would have been drawn out past November.

But she's not, so have at it...

#4  Heh. The Stupid Wing of the UniParty has been given lots of ammunition to hammer her with till the election, but as usual they'd rather play the Washington Generals in the game (its really war by other means).

#5  I hope he has buried the evil witches chances; there's hope and change I can believe in. However, Comey usurped the rule of law, the prosecutor's role, and the jury's decision to determine intent by electing to not just turn over the evidence to the DOJ. He probably knew that the DOJ is so politicized that they would never prosecute Hilda.

#7  I find this article interesting because it appeared in An Nahar, a Lebanese news source, picked up from the Agence France Presse news feed. In the midst of the roaring against Donald Trump occurring beyond our shores, a major news purveyor has started to openly challenge the idea of Hillary Clinton.

#8  Classic insider navel-gazing. Comey caused irreparable damage to law enforcement, and the uptick in police shootings is proof.

#12  Trump is spending no money but collecting money all the time. Clinton has a high burn rate to just keep the poll numbers close. Seems to me that sort of thing favors Trump.

Philippine president blames US for Middle East violence
[AP] MANILA, Philippines (AP) -- The new Philippine president blamed U.S. intervention for the bloody conflicts in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries in his latest criticism of Manila's closest security ally.

President Rodrigo Duterte suggested in a speech Friday that intrusive policy was to blame for attacks on U.S. soil, saying, "It is not that the Middle East is exporting terrorism to America, America imported terrorism."

"They forced their way to Iraq ... look at Iraq now, look what happened to Libya, look what happened to Syria," he told the Muslim community in southern Davao city in a ceremony marking the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan. "People are being annihilated there including children."

The former Davao mayor has said he would be a leftist president who would chart a foreign policy not dependent on the United States.
Sure, no problem. Have at it. Good luck with the Chinese and the Moros...
He has pointed out the benefits of nurturing friendly relations with Beijing, including a Chinese offer of financing railway projects in the Philippines. The country has had frosty ties with China under Duterte's predecessor, Benigno Aquino III, who bolstered security ties with the U.S. to deter China's assertiveness in the disputed South China Sea.
