Obama Regime's Weaponization Of Surveillance Against Political Enemies Shows How Democrats Naturally Lean Towards Tyranny
[Trump.news] To the Left, losing elections, which the Democrats have lost repeatedly in the age of Barack Obama, doesn’t matter. They don’t see losses as losses, they see them as mere inconveniences that give them a reason to change strategies and tactics in order to still get what they want. (RELATED: Former U.S. Lawmaker: "Deep State" Putting Republic At Risk In Bid To End Trump Presidency)

It means packing the federal courts with far-Left ideologues who use campaign rhetoric to rule against a president's lawful right and responsibility to protect the country from terrorism.
Which led me to this article How To Remove a Federal Judge
More importantly, they indicate that the original Constitution did not render impeachment the only possible means of removing federal judges with good-behavior tenure. Given the long tradition of adjudicating misbehavior in the ordinary courts, Congress may enact necessary and proper legislation permitting the removal of federal judges upon a finding of misbehavior in the ordinary courts of law.
And on that note, IMHO Ryan and McConnell need to start showing that they are more than a waste of space.

North Korean Navy's Threat to a US Navy Carrier Group
H. I. Sutton analyzes. Lots of specs, photos, and maps.

#1  The danger they present is in making the US Navy deplete their weapon stores on the targets the Nork so kindly provided. We need the practice anyway.

#2  I hope those NK Subs settle in good reef-creating locations

#3  the crew of the Vinson should be ready to fight, if for no other reason than having an Aussie port call canceled to go to NK.
having tasted all that Perth had to offer once upon a time, i would be royally pissed....

#4  I recall an old sea story told by a crew member of a USN Destroyer making port-call somewhere in Auz in the 1960's. Apparently the town mayor sent word to the skipper of the scheduling of a banquet in honor of the ship's company, the first US vessel to visit in quite a long time. The response was abysmal and an embarrassment to the skipper. Pondering an order of mandatory attendance, the Skipper received another message from the Mayor offering to provide local family sponsoring and female accompaniment to those in attendance. A complete turn-around in attendance numbers was immediately forthcoming. The anxious sailors were met dockside by families and escorts. The story went on and on, but little imagination is required.

#5  I recall a less-than-old sea story of missing mini-subs that may actually have been a prepositioning of nuclear materials.

Yeah, he may not be able to launch it but I bet he could sink it in the path of a carrier group.

Why American men may have less luck finding a job than women
[Market Watch] If you’re searching for a job, the odds of finding one may depend on your gender.

Overall, occupations that are more than 80% female are projected to grow at nearly twice the rate of jobs that are at least 60% male between 2014 and 2024, according to research out this week from the jobs site Indeed and its chief economist, Jed Kolko. The site researched Bureau of Labor Statistics and found that many are jobs that are traditionally dominated by women -- including occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy assistants and nurse practitioners -- are growing at the fastest rate. They will grow at about a 40% rate, compared to an overall rate of 6.5% for all jobs.

In fact, all of the fastest-growing jobs for women were healthcare-related.

#1  Cutbacks in healthcare big time. Many medically related occupations being reduced at this time. Many reasons but Obamacare has had a drastic impact. $5000 or much more paid before service is provided. Many hospitals in severe financial strain currently. Many in rural areas closing. Then high turnover rates perhaps burnout from working too many hours tending to entire floor of 60 patients. Males in high demand in nursing. 80% of the female nurses have back injuries job related. So now the young millennial women want to stay at home. They are adopting more traditional roles of family life. Then also the life expediency for women is now closer to a mans. Work out of the home has a price.

#2  Many institutions are seeking university credentials as 'training hospitals'. Lower cost student labor as part of 'work study' training and also Federal aid in recruitment of even lower paid foreign workers happy to work for a certificate in 'patient transport', 'biohazard management' or 'vitals monitoring'.

#3  Yes, always playing the game to win. "training hospitals". Teaching University hospitals were always my pick or recommendation. Currently hit and miss in care in other hospitals. Some areas making money in better shape but other departments languish. Inmate attacked an officer in our local prison. Shank hidden in his prosthetic leg. Stabbed about twelve times. Equipment out of service at local hospital and he had to be sent to University of Maryland shock trauma. Seems he is doing well now. Then yesterday inmate was killed. Lock down. Officers tired. You have to feed every inmate in their cell. Much more labor and and I am certain longer work day. Warm weather and things get a little close.

#4  Head hunters sent overseas to recruit and offer incentive bonus. This has been done for many years now. Even established agency's in other countries. Money to be made. Lower on the food chain maintenance people sent over to clean corporations. Those from (rural)Russia get here and are stuck. No transportation of their own. Know little or no English. Then some weeks never paid.

My focus this week is on the "wiretapping" (electronic interception of communications, if you insist) of President Trump and his associates during the campaign. It seems to me this story is rapidly unfolding -- if only mostly in overseas press and online -- and promises to be far more explosive than the Watergate story, an account that says frightening things about our intelligence agencies and those of some of our allies, most particularly Great Britain. It has become increasingly clear to me that there was widespread wiretapping of President Trump and his associates and that the underlying justification was pretextual -- it was actually intended to spy on a political opponent. And it is equally clear that the nonsensical post-election tale that Russia colluded with Trump so that he could beat Hillary Clinton was a coverup tale to justify the unmasking and leaking of some of the information -- particularly about General Flynn -- which has taken place. The prior administration was so confident Hillary would win that they left their tracks uncovered and afterward were desperate to hide the truth so they projected and whispered the Russians were colluding with Trump.

#1  It’s also true, as Snowden revealed in 2013, that the British Government Communications Head Quarters (GCHQ) had been partly funded by the U.S. NSA to the tune of over 100 million British pounds. So they had even more incentive to play ball with Obama. Three days after Trump’s inauguration the head of that outfit (Robert Hannigan) unexpectedly resigned for “personal reasons.”

Follow the money as they say.

Hannigan’s background was not initially in intelligence. Born in Gloucester in 1965 and brought up in Yorkshire, he had been a high-flying civil servant at the Northern Ireland Office, where he was head of communications and later political director. He was involved in the peace process, credited with coming up with the idea for a diamond-shaped table in order to get over objections by the opposing sides about seating arrangements.

Emphasis added.

Link to 'Guardian' Hannigan resignation story. You decide.
