Remember the hanging chads dilemma the Dems forced upon an election a few years ago? Time for the Republicans to create a calibration dilemma via law suits all over the country.
[DELAWAREONLINE] Middletown police have issued an arrest warrant for the husband of state Sen. Bethany Hall-Long for allegedly stealing roadway campaign signs erected by Republicans.
Police on Wednesday responded to a complaint about the theft of political signs, some of which read "Fix the Economy! Vote Republican."
Police identified the suspect as Dana Armon Long, of the 100 block of St. Augustine Court near Middletown. Police confirmed he is the husband of the state senator. Both are Democrats. The warrant was issued for theft under $1,500.
Reached at his home, Long would not comment on the allegations. "I cannot at this point in time make any comments at the advice of counsel," Long said.
An investigation revealed that on Sunday, 28 signs were placed on Middletown Odessa Road at Silver Lake Road, and on the 700 block of Middletown Odessa Road, police said.
They were discovered missing on Monday, replaced, and once again removed. After the campaign signs were replaced a second time, campaign volunteers staked out the spot where the thefts were occurring during early morning hours on Wednesday.
Middletown police said the campaign officials observed "a vehicle pull off the roadway in front of the signs. An individual exited his vehicle and began removing the signs."
The two workers confronted the man and posted video of the incident online.
Republican and Democratic party leaders condemned the thefts on Wednesday.
"When you only have a track record of high taxes, unemployment and lower wages for private sector employees to stand on, the Democrats must resort to breaking the law to win elections because they are scared of being held accountable for their dismal performance," John Fluharty, executive director of the state GOP, said in a written statement.
John Daniello, chairman of the state Democratic Party, said in a statement that, "Each campaign season, we deal with candidates removing their opponent's signs. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. There are more positive ways in which to support your candidate regardless of party affiliation."
The charge is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year in prison and a fine up to $2,300, including restitution and other conditions set by the court.
In a prepared statement, Hall-Long apologized for the incident.

[PJMedia] An election integrity watchdog group is suing the state of Maryland, alleging that it has discovered massive and ongoing fraudulent voting by non-U.S. citizens in one county. But because of the way that the non-citizens are able to cast votes in elections, the fraud is likely happening in every single county and subdivision across the state. The group believes that the illegal voting has been happening for years.
The group, Virginia Voters Alliance, says that it compared how voters in Frederick County filled out jury duty statements compared with their voting records. The group's investigation found that thousands of people in Frederick County who stated that they are not U.S. citizens on jury duty forms went on to cast votes in elections. Either they failed to tell the truth when they were summoned for jury duty, or they cast illegal votes. Both are crimes. The same group previously found that about 40,000 people are registered to vote in both Virginia and Maryland.

The Democrats have always avered that voting fraud was a very, very small problem--so small so as to not be of any concern. Any voting fraud should be of concern; even a very small amount as it undermines the democratic process and threatens the integrity of elections. The only thing to do is to prosecute every one of these cases whenever they occur and not matter how inconsequential.
The outcome of the 2008 and 2012 presidential election would probably not be any different if all the election fraud were rooted out. The spread was just too great in Maryland. In other states, such as toss-up states where the margin was thin, fraud could sway an election.

Hmm, using this we can cross-check democrat voters against the death certificate rolls, credit cards which place them in a different state or in prison at the time of the alleged vote being cast. I think the donks are on to something....

[NYPOST] The New York State Democratic Committee is bullying people into voting next week with intimidating letters warning that it can easily find out which slackers fail to cast a ballot next Tuesday.
"Who you vote for is your secret. But whether or not you vote is public record," the letter says.
"We will be reviewing voting records .â.â. to determine whether you joined your neighbors who voted in 2014."
It ends with a line better suited to a mob movie than a major political party: "If you do not vote this year, we will be interested to hear why not."

Speaking with NBC's Chuck Todd, Landrieu said, "I'll be very, very honest with you. The South has not always been the friendliest place for African-Americans."
Pointing to herself Landrieu continued, "It's not always been a good place for women to present ourselves. It's more of a conservative place."
Landrieu oddly didn't mention that her low approval might stem from the fact she was the deciding vote for Obamacare ... aka the Affordable Care Act, an ineptly designed and worse executed piece of legislation designed to bring 17 percent of the U.S. economy under the direct control of the government. The previous iteration, known as Hillarycare, was laughed out of Washington. This stinker was passed on a party-line vote without being read... . The senator also didn't note in the interview that President B.O.'s approval ratings are dismal in northern states as well as southern.

[BREITBART] The 10th congressional district of Illinois, which was redrawn by state Democrats to make it virtually impossible for a Republican to win, is now leaning Republican, according to veteran political analyst Larry J. Sabato of the University of Virginia.
Sabato switched the race between incumbent Democrat Brad Schneider and Republican Bob Dold from "Toss-up" to "Leans Republican" in his latest ratings, less than a week before Election Day.
The shift towards Dold and a Republican victory likely heralds a nationwide trend. Of the 22 ratings changes that Sabato has released, 15 include districts moving towards Republicans, while Democrats have shown gains in only 7.
Dold was elected in the wave election of 2010 but was unseated in 2012 after the district was redrawn. The 10th district takes in some reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ... home of Al Capone, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel,... suburbs as well as urban areas north of Chicago, such as Waukegan.

Sometimes you hire relatives just to keep tabs on them so they don't do something stupid and hurt themselves or others.
When that doesn't work, you ship them to Europe.
When that doesn't work, you get them an appointment job in government (perhaps as a state Secretary of Commerce).
When that doesn't work, you get him/her elected to the governance of the local Country Club. Least damage to others possible (except for maybe the caddies and greens).
Some relatives can't help themselves and still try to create havoc for others by running for School Boards or possibly the governorship of some Midwestern state.
