But hey Nieto - what if a person considered Mexico building a wall and paying an annual sum to cover illegal Mexico citizens' use of USA medical systems and/or law enforcement fees as paying your fair share? Really for any nations' citizens here illegally.

A wall will cause a drastic drop in money sent back from Mexican migrants/illegals. This will in turn force political reform or revolution in Mexico. It might get worse before it gets better but it needs to happen eventually.
