Eric Holder Condemns FBI Director Comey Over Clinton 'Mistake'
[CNBC] Former Attorney General Eric Holder has written a scathing op-ed condemning FBI Director James Comey for his handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.

"I fear he has unintentionally and negatively affected public trust in both the Justice Department and the FBI," Holder wrote in an op-ed in The Washington Post published late Sunday. "And he has allowed -- again without improper motive -- misinformation to be spread by partisans with less pure intentions."

Holder accused Comey of violating long-standing policies and traditions when the FBI director wrote to members of Congress on Friday and informed them his agency was reviewing a fresh batch of emails related to the Clinton investigation.

#10  Conspiracy theory of the day:

Comey is a loyal Democrat who is in the tank for Hillary. So why do this?

Well, one theory is that the Hillary camp's internal polling is showing a loss. The public polls are just agitprop, so this is not an impossibility. There are also plenty of early mail-in ballots coming in, the results of which will be available to the Democrats.

So if you are going to lose anyway, how to snatch some kind of victory? Well, you could spend the next 4 years complaining about a stolen election. Enter Comey. Reopen the investigation. Claim to be the victim of dirty tricks. Play dirty and blame the Republicans. Rinse and repeat.

HRC's Two Official Favors To Morocco Resulted In $28 Million For the Foundation
[Daily Caller] Hillary Clinton did two huge favors for Morocco during her tenure as secretary of state while the Clinton Foundation accepted up to $28 million in donations from the country’s ruler, King Mohammed VI, according to new information obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group.

Clinton and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) chief Lisa Jackson tried to shut down the Florida-based Mosaic Company in 2011, operator of America’s largest phosphate mining facility.

Jackson’s close ties and loyalty to the Clintons were revealed when she joined the Clinton Foundation’s board of directors in 2013, just months after she left the EPA. Jackson is also close to John Podesta, Clinton’s national campaign chairman.

Morocco’s state-owned phosphate company, OCP, would ostensibly have benefited from Jackson’s move to shut down Mosaic. Mohammed donated up to $15 million to the Clinton Foundation through OCP.

#1  The story that simply won't go away, nor should it.

PAKISTAN MAROC PHOSPHORE (PMP)

PMP was created in 2004 and began its activities in 2008 on the Jorf Lasfar platform. Thus, PMP is a joint venture company held in equal parts between OCP and the Fauji Pakistani Group. PMP’s activity is mainly the production and the marketing of merchant phosphoric acid, with a fixed production capacity of 375 000 tons/year P2O5.

And much of it crossing the Pak boarder into Afghanistan for use in Improvised Explosive Devices (IED).

Protection of African mineral deposits? Possible expansion of U.S. markets, import license, something involving a huge monetary return no doubt.

Moroccan fertiliser company Office Cherifien de Phosphate (OCP), the world's leading phosphate exporter, reported 2015 net profit up 57.8% year-on-year to 8.01 billion dirhams ($825.8-million) in March 2016, attributing the rise to higher output.

Follow the money.

#5  In 1977 I was working on a study to extend the rail system in Morocco from Marrakesh to Laayoun, (or Al Aaiun), which used to be Spanish Sahara, and is now referred to as 'disputed territory'. The railroad was going to 'tie the country together', like the US transcontinental railroad in 1869, but it was also going to haul phosphate.

There must be a boatload of it there.

Global politics and phosphate. Why would Clinton be interested? Money?

Clinton Campaign: Who's Huma?

The Hillary Clinton campaign on Sunday again urged the FBI to explain why it was revisiting the Clinton email investigation and said the Democratic presidential candidate has not talked to top aide Huma Abedin, on whose laptop the new emails were purportedly found -- nearly three full days after the department announced the new probe.

"She hasn't," campaign manager Robby Mook said on "Fox News Sunday."

(Where is she? Where did they hide the body?)
FBI Director James Comey on Friday notified lawmakers about a new batch of emails possibly "pertinent" to its Clinton email investigation, while working on a case related to Abedin's husband, former New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner, "sexting" a teenage girl on a laptop he purportedly shared with his wife.

Clinton, hours later, in a hastily called news conference, declined to answer a reporter's question about whether she had spoken directly to Abedin, a close, long-time aide.

"I want to know what's in these emails too," Mook said Sunday, arguing that Comey has yet to specifically say whether the agency is looking at Clinton emails. "It could be anyone in the world."

Mook's desperate. He picked the wrong team and realizes it.

Most likely the results of this FBI investigation will drag on past the election. Mook and the Donks know that because some of this info might be highly classified it can't be released. They are trying to blunt the effect.

FBI Now Has Warrant to View 650,000 Huma Fed Emails on Pervert's Laptop
by Katie McHugh30 Oct 20161,011

Federal investigators now have a warrant to review some of top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin's emails, the New York Times reports.

Investigators will seize and review emails related to the Clinton investigation found on the computer belonging to disgraced Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner and his wife Abedin. Some of Abedin's emails passed through Clinton's illicit, homebrew private server that she used to conduct official state business. Investigators will review the Abedin emails related to the Clinton case.

The FBI plans to review some 650,000 emails found on Weiner's computer to see how many are related to the re-opened Clinton case. The Wall Street Journal reported earlier Sunday that the FBI had to wait for a court order to being its search.  Thousands of those emails may have been "sent to or from" Clinton's private server.
I think Hillary did have the server bleached, AFTER entrusting Huma to have a copy of all emails put on a device not owned by them so Huma and Hillary could say during interrogations they do not have a copy of the emails to the Federal gumshoes and a meek Congress. I think that the third party device chosen was owned by the husband of Huma. And now he has nothing to loose, and even something to gain by singing like a canary to the Feds after being thrown under the bus by the Huma and Hillary. This is evasion which Weiner will get them himself. H&H KNOW they are toast now.

#1  That's one idea about the laptop. But I wonder if Hillary didn't know about it cause it was to be Huma's leverage over Hillary later. But then it got lost in the shuffle with Weiner or she figured it'd never get discovered.

#2  If Abedin is a Saudi agent, then it would be a convenient way to get them out of the country.

Emailing stuff to another account of hers that the Saudis had access to. That they got onto Weiner's laptop was just incompetence.

#3  The question that needs to be answered is, why forward emails to another account, when she could access the unsecured Clinton server from anywhere?

#4  Not sure what format the emails are in. Could be a backup file from Outlook on the server, that was put on a flash drive, then loaded onto the laptop then extracted back to Outlook Express for viewing.

#5  ...650,000 emails? Six hundred and fifty thousand? Without for one moment lessening the impact and active evil of Malificent's actions, that works out to roughly 445 emails a day during her term as SoS that her or Huma were working on. Something just does NOT seem right here, though I will cheerfully admit to error.

#6  The question that needs to be answered is, why forward emails to another account, when she could access the unsecured Clinton server from anywhere?

And a good question it is. Perhaps only selected items were sent to the YAHOO account for harvesting and sharing ?

With classification markings removed, YAHOO could have contained documents originally classified as SECRET. Another account such as Hotmail, could have contained documents originally marked as TOP SECRET.

Sorting for forwarding or the 'convenient' access of the viewer (either HRC or... others). Quite similar actually to the platforms from which they were originally obtained, i.e., SIPRNET and High Side.

Perhaps specific cell phones were used by HRC for Yahoo accounts (or others), then later smashed with a hammer ?
Posted by: Besoeker || 10/31/2016 5:16 Comments || Top||

#7  The bottom line actually IS: the FBI has it all now. It is a week until the Vote. They have a Warrant to dig in the half a million plus E-mails. The Election proceeds ANYWAY. And the election is within a single digit of contention. a flip of a coin close.
That means that even IF Hillary is elected the FBI is in possession of the E'mails. Hillary as President can cut the FBI's throat and in so doing cut her own throat for legitimacy. And if she does then she will have to fight AFTER she is elected to BE legitimate. The media will have to choose about their credibility then. They will smell raw meat. And they will have to cover their own ass or be meat themselves..

If Trump wins then he will proceed deliberately to drag Hillary all the way to Prison..slowly and methodically and terminally. It amounts to a Coup d'tat.. Drawn-out but definite.
Huma Abedin needs to watch the back of her head. Just about the base of the brain. That or a blond wig and a night flight to Saudi or someplace Moslem.
Weiner is a weiner in any case. He gets to stay alive, just. And they send him to someplace where his butt is a bowling alley.

#16  How much space do 650,000 emails require? I might dump off 100-200/day. That would translate into about 17-18 years worth of emails at 100/day. That seems high. Weiner and Huma haven't been married that long. Something doesn't sound right.

I wonder if the Feds had Weiner in their crosshairs because of ton of State and Federal child protection laws. As the result of that investigation, someone said: "Oh, shit look what else is here!" Is Anthony Weiner sexting his way to the slammer?

If there were 650,000 emails, can you imagine some FBI agent having to sort our Carlos Danger's dic pics from Humas emails. Would this Feeb have the proper security to even go through these files if they were SAPs emails?

#18  The number 650,000 means Huma has copied every email sent on the private server for the entire time HRC was SecState...meaning that Huma is a spy and was conveniently setting it up for her handlers to have access using the Yahoo account instead of a blind drop or other clandestine method.

#20  650,000 is simply impossible

As I understand it, the 650,000 is the total number of emails on the computer, going back some number of years. Some subset of these are related to the Huma/Hillary mess.

An email message is formatted, machine-readable text that can be searched automated tools. The existence of *any* Clinton emails on Weiner's computer would be of interest.
Posted by: SteveS || 10/31/2016 12:18 Comments || Top||

#21  I would think that if the Hillary campaign believed that significant discoveries were to be made, they would try to stall the process until Election Day and later appoint an Attorney General who will drop the whole thing.

#22  Ah, but you recall months ago, Hilly said the e-mails were a non-issue? Now she wants to know what they have.

That tells me there is something she thought was hidden that she now thinks might not be.

Emails from AbodinH@state.gov to humamabedin@yahoo.com
[WND] NEW YORK – Yahoo.com holds the key to determining just how severely Huma Abedin and Hillary Clinton may have violated national-security laws with emails that Huma forwarded to herself at humamabedin@yahoo.com, which ended up on a laptop owned by her husband, former Congressman Anthony Weiner.
Appears Judicial Watch FOIA requests have uncovered a bridge or two concerning the classified documents. If all the IP addresses are located, a bit of sloppy tradecraft has potentially been revealed. This is getting curiouser and curiouser.
Yahoo is pretty much in the tank for Hillary. What can they do to prevent this stuff from getting out without getting nailed later for conspiracy?

Tax form Indicates Podesta Put Kremlin-Tainted Shares In Daughter's Company
Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta received a K1 income tax form indicating that he was a partner sharing income with Leonidio Holdings, according to emails released Sunday by WikiLeaks. Another form was made out to Podesta's daughter, Megan Rouse, his partner in Leonidio Holdings.

Podesta has always maintained that he transferred his 75,000 shares from Joule Unlimited Technologies, a Kremlin-financed energy company, to an "anonymous" holding company named Leonidio Holdings. Not only does Leonidio share an address with Podesta's daughter, Rouse, but they share a tax return.

The other beneficiaries are all in the family too.

#1  The reporter, David Krayden, isn't exactly right here. They do not 'share a tax return', they get K-1's (share of income / loss) from a partnership in which they are both partners (shareholders may be a better way to describe it).

Left unmentioned, of course, is the transfer of shares to his daughter, the value over $14,000 in a given year (damn near certain when 75K shares are involved) would require Podesta to file a gift tax return (Fed. Form 709).

FBI in Internal Feud Over Hillary Clinton Probe
Laptop may contain thousands of messages sent to or from Mrs. Clinton’s private server
Snip to just the new stuff.
The surprise disclosure that agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation are taking a new look at Hillary Clinton’s email use lays bare, just days before the election, tensions inside the bureau and the Justice Department over how to investigate the Democratic presidential nominee.

Investigators found 650,000 emails on a laptop used by former Rep. Anthony Weiner and his estranged wife Huma Abedin, a close Clinton aide, and underlying metadata suggests thousands of those messages could have been sent to or from the private server that Mrs. Clinton used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter.

It will take weeks, at a minimum, to determine whether those messages are work-related from the time Ms. Abedin served with Mrs. Clinton at the State Department; how many are duplicates of emails already reviewed by the FBI; and whether they include either classified information or important new evidence in the Clinton email probe.

Officials had to await a court order to begin reviewing the emails—which they received over the weekend, according to a person familiar with the matter—because they were uncovered in an unrelated probe of Mr. Weiner.

The Amish In America Commit Their Vote To Donald Trump
Moved to Page 6, which until the election will contain articles about the election, not just seedy politicians.

--trailing wife for the moderators at 11:30 a.m. ET.
[ABC] COLUMBUS, OH (AP) -- History was made today in Columbus, Ohio when more than 3 million Amish poured into the city to see the American Amish Brotherhood (AAB), an organization which acts as an informal governing body for the Amish community, endorse Donald Trump for president. That number represents a significant portion of the total Amish population, which the United States Census Bureau says numbers more than 20 million men and women nationwide all pledging their vote to Trump for President. With the full force of the Amish community behind him, Donald Trump is now mathematically guaranteed to win the presidency in November.

The organization typically meets once a year and the meetings usually consist of about 300 Amish leaders who meet to discuss the challenges, such as urban sprawl, that face the community. This year, however, the organization wanted as many people in attendance as possible so they can effectively instruct all Amish men and women of legal voting age to cast their vote for the flamboyant Republican nominee.

The Amish, who are direct descendants of the protestant reformation sect known as the Anabaptists, have typically stayed out of politics in the past. As a general rule, they don’t vote, serve in the military, or engage in any other displays of patriotism. This year, however, the AAB has said that it is imperative that they get involved in the democratic process.
Con't.

Clinton Campaign Asks Ex-Prosecutors to Criticize FBI Director James Comey
A letter drafted by Hillary’s team is being sent to former federal prosecutors in the hopes that they will sign on to criticize the FBI director’s unprecedented moves.

#1  The FBI on this call is damned if they did and damned if they don't. Comey made the right call in sending the Letter to Congress. He couldn't just ignore the FACT that he had the e-mails. The DOJ is a tool and nothing more of the Democratic Party. Completely compromised after the meeting with Clinton back in the Summer to warn him. There IS no Justice in the modern America, two kinds of Law, one for the Elites and another for the Peasants.

Comey did the right thing for the FBI as an institution...hard call... against tradition, but very brave.

Donald Trump In Golden: ‘We Will Drain The Swamp’
[DENVER.CBSLOCAL] A rally for Donald Trump in Golden drew thousands of Colorado supporters.

Trump spoke for close to an hour at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The Republican presidential candidate promised to make health care affordable, to create jobs, and to restore honesty to the government.

"When we win on Nov. 8, we will drain the swamp," said Trump to a cheering crowd.

Supporters packed the rodeo arena and expressed optimism for a win in the upcoming presidential election.

Trump was quick to jump on the Affordable Care Act, saying that his opponent, if elected, would double down on a plan that didn’t work.

"Obamacare
... aka the Affordable Care Act, an ineptly designed and worse executed piece of legislation designed to bring 17 percent of the U.S. economy under the direct control of the government. The previous iteration, known as Hillarycare, was laughed out of Washington. This stinker was passed on a party-line vote without being read...
is a total catastrophe for Colorado," Trump said. "Doctors are quitting, companies are fleeing, and deductibles are going so high ... we will have a plan that is so much better and that is so much less expensive."

Trump vowed to put a stop to government corruption, to lower taxes for businesses, and to end illegal immigration.

"I am going to keep radical Islamic Lions of Islam the hell out of our country," he said.

A small group of protesters chanted outside of the arena as supporters left once the rally was over.

"This is my neighborhood. (Trump) came into it, and so I felt I needed to stand up," said one Jefferson County resident, Whitney Mitchell, who held a sign that read, "No Grabbing."
If I'd been there I would have asked Whitney if that applied to Hillary and money...

Wallace Grills Clinton Campaign Manager Over Response to FBI
[MEDIAITE] Chris Wallace put Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as Deplorable, Irredeemable and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Condoleezza Rice ...
campaign manager Robby Mook on the hot seat today over how their campaign has responded to the FBI letter on potentially relevant new emails they found.

Mook again emphasized that Team Clinton wants FBI Director James Comey to release all relevant information, but Wallace pointed out that the Clinton campaign could very well find out quite a bit of information by simply asking Huma Abedin.

Wallace proceeded to repeatedly grill Mook on whether Clinton has directly asked Abedin what’s in the emails. Mook objected that he’s basing this question on a hypothetical, but Wallace repeatedly pointed out that Abedin’s involvement in this revelation (thanks to her ex-husband) has been widely reported and confirmed.

Wallace asked, "Why wouldn’t Clinton ask her?" Mook exclaimed, "They could be emails from anybody in the world!"

Wallace went on to grill him on why both John Podesta and Clinton would throw out the "flatly untrue" claim that the FBI only sent the letter to Republicans.

As Wallace pointed out, there were Democrats cc’ed on the email. He told Mook, "Frankly, it was a dishonest talking point."

The bizarre day that blunted Clinton's good mood
[CNN] Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as For a good time at 3 a.m. call Hillary and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Henry L. Stimson ...
was riding high. Then Anthony Carlos Danger Weiner
...aka Hot Dog Tony, the remarkably offensive sex maniac six-term New York congressman who resigned in 2011, then decided everybody had forgotten by 2013, when he decided to run for mayor of New York City...
resurfaced.

A string of strong swing state polls, an expanding battleground map and the end of the presidential debates had Clinton -- and her aides -- feeling good about the final days of the campaign. The normally careful candidate was dancing on television, celebrating her birthday with gifts of tequila and seemingly having fun during a campaign that, at times, seemed to be a slog for her.

Then her nagging email controversy roared back.

News broke on the flight between New York and Iowa that the FBI was reviewing new emails related to Clinton's personal server, bringing an issue they had assumed was behind them back into the campaign.

Later in the day, those same aides learned the emails being examined are part of an investigation into Weiner, the estranged husband of Clinton's longtime aide Huma Abedin. The two separated over the summer after a sexting incident.

Dumbfounded looks

Clinton's flying campaign headquarters, though, kept the nominee, her top aides and the press cordoned off from the outside world. The plane's unreliable WiFi wasn't functioning at all on Friday, making it impossible for journalists to know what was going on outside their tube in the sky 30,000 feet over the Midwest.

Before the news broke, Clinton's top aides spoke to news hounds in flight, touting the fact that their candidate planned to visit Arizona, a traditionally red state, and early voting that proved their base of women, minority and young voters were turning out in record numbers.

After news hounds peppered the aides with questions, the conversation ended and news hounds went to write their stories about a confident Clinton going to Arizona.

Then the wireless flashed on for a mere minute and phones buzzed.

Reporters informed Clinton's top aides traveling on the plane about the FBI's updated investigation, news that was met with dumbfounded looks from Clinton's staffers who quickly retreated to huddle in the front of the plane.

Huma doesn’t know how her emails wound up on Carlos Danger’s computer
[WASHINGTONPOST] Top Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as Deplorable, Irredeemable and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Jeremiah S. Black ...
aide Huma Abedin has told people she is unsure how her emails could have ended up on a device she viewed as her husband’s computer, the seizure of which has reignited the Clinton email investigation, according to a person familiar with the investigation and civil litigation over the matter.
This story is starting to read like a really bad novel. My guess: The butler, with the croquet mallet, in Fort Marcy Park. Inspector Camembert is on the case!
The person, who would not discuss the case unless granted anonymity, said Abedin was not a regular user of the computer, and even when she agreed to turn over emails to the State Department for federal records purposes, her lawyers did not search it for materials, not believing any of her messages to be there.

That could be a significant oversight if Abedin’s work messages were indeed on the computer of her estranged husband, former congressman Anthony Carlos Danger Weiner
...aka Hot Dog Tony, the remarkably offensive sex maniac six-term New York congressman who resigned in 2011, then decided everybody had forgotten by 2013, when he decided to run for mayor of New York City...
, who is under investigation for allegedly exchanging lewd messages with a 15-year-old girl. So far, it is unclear what -- if any -- new, work-related messages were found by authorities. The person said the FBI had not contacted Abedin about its latest discovery, and she was unsure what the bureau had discovered.

She simply forgot that she sent them to herself from her state.gov account for processing and redistribution. Quite a lot going on, who can possibly remember everything ?

Voter Fraud In Minnesota [updated]
Oct 29, 2016
[PowerLine] That’s a big topic, as Minnesota’s same-day registration scheme is notoriously subject to–in fact, invites–abuse. But a group called Minnesota Voters Alliance has brought to light another problem: substantial numbers of felons, among others, are illegally being allowed to vote, because Minnesota’s Secretary of State refuses to follow the law. Yesterday, lawsuits were commenced by three election judges:
Power Line has a voter fraud tag here with lots of stories -- they've been blogging on the subject for years.
Two Dade County Florida Campaign Operatives Arrested For Voter Fraud…
Oct 28, 2016
[ConservativeTreehouse] We noted earlier that Broward and Dade County (FL) held a particular importance for Democrats around two issues: Electing Hillary Clinton and supporting John Morgan’s legalized marijuana initiative. Neither is possible without overwhelming support from Broward and Dade county. There has been some very sketchy activity.

Today, news breaks of two women in Dade County who were arrested as part of an election fraud scheme:
Conservative Treehouse has a voter fraud tag here with some interesting stories, but most of the stories do not merit that particular tag, in my opinion.
2 Investigators: Chicago Voters Cast Ballots From Beyond The Grave
Oct 27, 2016
[CHICAGO (CBS)]Susie Sallee was buried in 1998. Yet records show she voted in Chicago 12 years later.

Victor Crosswell died in 1994, but records show he’s voted six times since then.

And then there’s Floyd Stevens. Records show he’s voted 11 times since his death in 1993.

Action News Investigation: Voting From The [Philadelphia] Grave
Oct 29, 2016
[6ABC] The key to one of the most contentious presidential elections in history could be right here in the Keystone state.

Republican candidate Donald Trump has made allegations of fraud at polls in the City of Philadelphia. So, Action News dug through a decade's worth of election and death records to see if there was any truth to the claim. Some of what Action News investigation found was stunning.

Rita A. Pezzano, who passed a decade ago, was found listed as an active voter. Her daughter-in-law was shocked when we shared the news. Pezzano passed in 2006. But state voting records show the South Philadelphia native still listed as an "Active Voter" who cast ballots in 2008, 2012, 2014, and the 2016 primary election.

Drudge links to an Oct 28 InfoWars story: Maryland Trump Supporter: They Switched My Vote To Hillary
InfoWars has a video with the unnamed woman who claims her vote was flipped, but no additional evidence. The key take away for me from this and the referenced Texas vote flipping story is to vote each individual, rather than telling the machine to vote the Republican party ticket where that is an option. And always check to make sure your choices are actually reflected in the final result.

Instapundit has a vote fraud tag here.

Judicial Watch Files Lawsuit for FBI Records on Clinton Email Investigation; Tarmac Meeting Between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch
(Washington, DC) ‐ Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit to obtain Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records relating to its "investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a non-government email server during her tenure." The lawsuit includes a demand for FBI "302" documents, which are reports of FBI investigation interviews. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:16-cv-02046).

The Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit was filed after the Justice Department failed to comply with a July 7, 2016, FOIA request seeking the following:

- All FD-302 forms prepared pursuant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server during her tenure.

- All records of communications between any agent, employee, or representative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding, concerning, or related to the aforementioned investigation. This request includes, but is not limited to, any related communications with any official, employee, or representative of the Department of Justice, the Executive Office of the President, the Democratic National Committee, and/or the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton.

- All records related to the meeting between Attorney General Lynch and former President Bill Clinton on June 27, 2016.

There is significant controversy about whether the FBI and Obama Justice Department investigation gave Clinton and other witnesses and potential targets preferential treatment.
