A muleta is a stick with a red cloth hanging from it that is used in the final third (tercio de muleta or de muerte) of a bullfight. It is different from the cape used by the matador earlier in the fight (capote de brega).
The muleta obscures the sword, and as in his earlier work with the cape, the bullfighter uses it to attract the bull in a series of passes, demonstrating his control over it.

I see where CNN has chased down the identity of the person who created the GIF, but they can't chase down any real facts during their anti-Trump attacks. Curiouser and curiouser.
The younger techie folks here at the office are saying that 4chan and Reddit geeks are starting an offensive against CNN for threating to expose the kid who made the CNN/WWE gif initially.
Could be popcorn time.

[LI] The Illinois Senate has just approved the massive income tax hike, two days after the House approved it. This bill will permanently raise the income tax 32% from 3.75% to a little under 5%. It also raises the corporate tax rate from 5% to 7%.
Republican Governor Bruce Rauner vetoed the bill this afternoon. The Senate voted to override Rauner’s veto 36-18. Now the bills go back to the House, which will vote tomorrow. As predicted right here, and across the globe.
State and national constitutions need a clause that if the legislature is unable to balance the budget, outside of extreme circumstance (ie a state of war), all members of the body are barred for 10 years of any elected or appointed governmental position. You better believe they'll start compromising way before things like this occur.
