MA Gov. Baker (R?) To Sign Transgender Bathroom Bill
Boston, MA - In the midst of national controversy over so-called "bathroom bills," Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker told the Boston Globe Tuesday he will likely sign a bill protecting transgender individuals' access to restrooms, locker rooms and other public facilities of their choosing.

Baker has remained steadfastly ambiguous on the bill since its inception, at times infuriating supporters while heartening those who would rather see the legislation die. A moderate Republican in a deep blue state, this isn't the first time Baker has broken from the party line. It is, however, an especially notable difference, given the tenor of national conversation on this and similar issues.
'Republican' my ass. Establishment Republican - sure thing!

Glenn Reynolds: Donald Trump is the response to a bullying culture
Back in February, analyzing Donald Trump's appeal, David Gelernter wrote: "Political correctness. Trump hasn't made it a campaign theme exactly, but he mentions it often with angry disgust. Reporters, pundits, and the other candidates treat it as a sideshow, a handy way for Trump (King Kong Jr.) to smack down the pitiful airplanes that attack him as he bestrides his mighty tower, roaring. But the analysts have it exactly backward. Political correctness is the biggest issue facing America today.

...Political correctness is not, as some might claim, just an effort to encourage niceness. As Gelernter notes, it's an effort to control people. Like the Newspeak in George Orwell's 1984, the goal is to make it impossible for people to speak, or even think, unapproved thoughts.

...So nobody "respectable" was willing to launch a full-scale counterattack on PC, on or off-campus. Crack the occasional joke, maybe. But actually do something? Not so much.

But when "respectable" people won't talk about things that a lot of voters care about, the less-respectable will eventually rise to meet the need. That's what Trump's doing. And a lot of people are cheering him on not so much because they're fans of Trump personally as because they're happy to see someone finally stand up to the PC bullies.

Will electing Trump solve all the nation's problems? Nope. But, as mentioned above, it will show that more than half the country rejects the culture of political correctness, and the political class that let it take over. And for many people, that’s reason enough.

#1  So we have an estimated 12 million illegal aliens now living in the United States. I give you this number but I don't believe anybody knows how many there really are. Anyway, they came here illegally. They broke our nation's laws the minute they stepped across the border. Then they proceeded to take advantage of all the resources and benefits available in our nation regardless of the cost to the tax paying citizens. They take jobs and housing that would normally be available for citizens. They wave their Mexican flags and walk around like they own the place. They threaten our political system by creating a vast new voting block that votes consistently for the Democrats. Most of them are basically good people but there are those among them who are criminals and others who have dubious, foreign political agendas. They have no legal or logical argument to justify what they have done but they have something that seems to work even better whenever anybody calls for them to be deported and for the border to be secured: They call us racists. It is a base and dishonest appeal to emotions that has no place in our political discourse.

There are a great many Hispanics who are citizens, whose families have been in this country for generations. If you have friends who are among these Hispanics, if you value those relationships, it really hurts to be called a racist. That's what political correctness will do for you.

#2  EU, in New Mexico, the 'Hispanics' in the southern tier identify themselves of Mexican decent. The middle and northern tier identity themselves as Spanish decent. I live not far from a village that was founded 60 years after Jamestown. They are not amused about the 'illegals' anymore than you or I. Governor Martinez comes from the southern portion, thus the friction with the Trump.

Mass Sexual Assault Reported At Music Festival In Germany
Eighteen women have said they were sexual assaulted at a music festival in Germany.

Three men from Pakistan aged between 28 and 31 have been arrested and police are still searching for three men who may also have been involved.

The attacks are similar to those reported in Cologne and other cities on New Year's Eve, when as many as 1,000 women were groped and robbed.

Police said three women reported being groped at the Schlossgrabenfest music festival in Darmstadt on Saturdaym saying they had been encircled then sexually harassed by a group of men.

By Tuesday, 15 more women had made complaints of being sexually assaulted in a similar manner at the festival.

Secret Service rescues the Bern from Animal Rights nut cases
[The Mail] Members of an animal rights group rushed the stage at a Bernie Sanders rally in Oakland on Monday, causing Secret Service to jump in and protect the presidential candidate. Sanders is campaigning in California ahead of the primary of June 7.
Hey YOU! Agent Cupcake, get in the fok'n game and grab a leg please.
While speaking on Memorial day, at least four activists were detained by police when they attempted to get on the stage with the Vermont senator.

Secret Service hugged a flustered Sanders to get him out of the way of the activists who stormed the stage.

Please continue to wave that Mexican flag
[Wash Times] The ugly protest scenes outside Donald Trump’s rallies are doing more damage to the protesters than to Mr. Trump’s political chances, according to analysts who say the violence and anti-American sentiments are backfiring.

Protesters in Albuquerque, New Mexico, last week toted Mexican flags, burned American flags and clashed with police, racking up $50,000 in damage to the neighborhood.

Perhaps even worse for the rioters, they are likely chasing undecided voters toward the side of the man they are protesting.

"When people show up throwing bottles and waving the Mexican flag, you have had a lot of people who may have not been willing to support Trump who see this and say the enemy of my enemy is my friend," said former Rep. Tom Davis, who ran House Republicans’ campaign committee for two cycles a decade ago. "There is no question these are helping Trump, and Democrats know that."

The billionaire businessman’s stern calls to tighten border controls, his vow to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico and his declaration that Mexican society is sending "rapists" and other bad elements to the U.S. have angered Hispanic activists, who view Mr. Trump’s campaign as a tipping point in politics.

Disagree. The narrative says Trump is such an evil, nasty person that he is driving normally decent people to acts of third-world violence and savagery. And riots make for good TV.

Buchanan: GOP 'Under A Demographic Death Sentence'
"Middle-class white folks" and "working class whites" are "culturally under assault," said Pat Buchanan on Saturday, speaking with left-wing CNN’s Michael Smerconish on the anchor's eponymous show.
'Cultural assault?' Well yes, but only for the past 50 years or so.
Speaking about an article he published last Thursday, Buchanan headline "The Great White Hope" described Donald Trump as appealing to the aforementioned whites as he said President Barack Obama appeals to blacks.

"Are the good times really over?" was being answered in the affirmative by disillusioned white voters, aid Buchanan.

Pointing to Trump’s record-breaking volume of total votes in the Republican presidential nomination process, Buchanan said the majority of the increase was driven by the whites he identified.

"Nationalism and populism," aid Buchanan, were primary drivers of Trump’s base of white supporters.

"Are you helping or hurting [Trump] when you cast his campaign in those terms?" asked Smerconish about the racial element of Buchanan’s analysis, a question not asked of Democrat appeals to racial, ethnic, gender, and other identity politics.

#4  Though it is fair to post this article after JosephMendiola referenced it.

The bigger point, it seems to me, is that the things that made America great are not encoded in a single race or any other particular group, but are available to anyone willing to be law-abiding, tolerant, frugal, hard-working, independent, and creative in their approach to problem solving. Mr. Trump cannot save the white race -- which to Mr. Buchanan preferably would not include people of my faith despite the colour of my skin, or JosephM's, either -- without saving the culture that makes race completely irrelevant.

Hamas Is Co-Opting Humanitarian Cement Shipments For Military Use
[Daily Caller] Palestinian terrorist group Hamas is seizing as much as 95 percent of the cement entering the Gaza Strip and using it for military purposes, said the Israeli Foreign Ministry Thursday.

Director-General Dore Gold said the finding was a the result of his ministry's investigation into Israeli aid shipments entering the Gaza strip as part of humanitarian aid efforts. Hamas has reportedly been using cement meant for civilian construction projects in order to build tunnels into Israeli territory from which the group can engage in terrorist attacks.

"From our own investigations we found that out of every 100 sacks of cement that come into the Gaza Strip [from Israel], only five or six are transferred to civilians," said Gold, addressing the United Nations World Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul, Turkey. "A hundred sacks is what is necessary to rebuild a home, the rest are confiscated by Hamas and used for military purposes."

Hawking: 'Brixit a disaster for science, Trump's popularity inexplicable'
[Guardian] Stephen Hawking has said that he fails to understand the popularity of Donald Trump, the presumptive US Republican presidential candidate.
The multi-messenger speaks !
ITV’s Good Morning Britain asked the man who has widened the world’s understanding of time, space, stars, galaxies and black holes if he could explain the popular appeal of the billionaire tycoon.
'Inexplicable' to some possibly.
Hawking, perhaps the world’s most famous living scientist and the author of one of the world’s best-selling books, replied: "I can't. He's a demagogue who seems to appeal to the lowest common denominator."
But isn't the 'lowest common denominator' an essential key to solving the problem ?
Scott Adams of Dilbert fame appears to understand Mr. Trump's appeal. I think he's about as smart as Dr. Hawking...
He also ventured once again into political issues, appealing to British voters to back the remain campaign in the EU referendum on 23 June - not just for economic and security reasons, but for the sake of science as well. In March, he pronounced the prospect of Brexit "a disaster" for science.

A statement by NDS said the Afghan intelligence operatives confiscated 2 Ak-47 assault rifles with their 8 magazines, 2 communication devices, and some ammunition and explosives.

NDS also added that the intelligence operatives discovered a weapons cache and confiscated 2 Ak-47 rifles with their 12 magazines, 3 mortar rounds, 1 missile and 4 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) during a separate operation.

According to NDS, the weapons and explosives cache belonged to Taliban group commander Mullah Khel.

UAE clears US-Libyan father, son of extremist links
[Al Ahram] The UAE's supreme court on Monday acquitted a Libyan-US citizen and his son of terrorism charges, almost two years after their arrest on allegations they financed hard boy groups.

Businessman Kamal Eldarat and his son Mohammed were locked away
Youse'll never take me alive coppers!... [BANG!]... Ow!... I quit!
in August 2014, along with other suspects of Libyan origin.

The pair, who later lived in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, before moving to settle in the United Arab Emirates, had faced charges of financing and links to Islamist "terrorist" groups in their native Libya.

US embassy officials were present when the verdict was announced on Monday, capping a four-month trial.

"We welcome the court's decision and we are pleased that the Eldarats will be reunited with their family soon," said David Duerden, a front man for the US embassy in Abu Dhabi.

2 men sentenced to life terms for bombing Somali airliner
[Al Ahram] A military court in the Somali capital has given life terms to two men convicted of criminal masterminding the bombing in February of an airliner which made an emergency landing despite a gaping hole in its fuselage.

The kaboom happened aboard a Daallo Airlines Airbus A321-111 shortly after the jet, with 75 passengers, took off from Mogadishu airport.

Abdiweli Mohammed Maow, a former senior security officer at the Mogadishu airport, was convicted of making the bomb that appeared to be a laptop computer. Areys Hashi Abdi was convicted in absentia.

The kaboom, claimed by the Islamic holy warrior group al-Shabaab

Photo of missing Japanese man in Syria emerges
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] A fresh photo of a Japanese journalist who went missing in Syria last year has emerged online, showing the heavily bearded man holding a sign saying this is his "last chance."

The photo, which received widespread coverage in Japanese media Monday, shows freelance journalist Jumpei Yasuda, who has been missing for almost a year, wearing an orange shirt, his hair and beard grown long.

He is seen holding a piece of paper with a handwritten message in Japanese that says: "Please help. This is the last chance. Jumpei Yasuda."

In a one-minute video posted online in March, the bearded man wearing a black jumper with a scarf around his neck says in English: "Hello, I am Jumpei Yasuda. Today is my birthday, 16 March."

The footage was posted online by Tarik Abdul Hak, who told AFP it had been provided to him by a group called al-Noor, which he said "has been mandated by (the al-Qaeda-linked) al-Nusra to carry out a mediation for his release".

NHK reported that it was the same person who had posted the new photo online.

Egypt court sentences MB leader Badie and others to 25 years in prison
[Al Ahram] An Ismailia court sentenced on Monday Moslem Brüderbund Supreme Guide Mohammed Badie and 35 others to 25 years in prison in the "Ismailia festivities" trial.

The Ismailia Criminal Court sentenced nine defendants to 15 years, 20 defendants to 10 years, and 20 defendants to three years.

According to Badie's lawyer, Badie is currently facing nearly 40 trials, with most sentences under appeal.
The court found them guilty of killing three citizens in Ismailia governorate and attempting to kill 16 others, as well as attempting to occupy a governorate building in July 2013 following the ouster of Islamist president Mohammed Morsi.

The sentences are subject to appeal.

The court also acquitted 20 people in the case.

This is the seventh life sentence in several different trials issued for the supreme guide of the Moslem Brüderbund since his arrest in 2013.

Three previous life sentences against Badie have been successfully appealed, with the court ordering retrials.

Badie was also sentenced to death in three other trials, with the Court of Cassation revoking two of the death sentences and ordering retrials. An appeal against the third sentence is under deliberation.

According to Badie's lawyer, Badie is currently facing nearly 40 trials, with most sentences under appeal.
He's doing his bit for the national economy by providing lifetime employment to his lawyers and their support staff. Possibly all those cases will be resolved before he dies, but the odds don't look good.
The Moslem Brüderbund was designated a terrorist organization in November 2013 by the Egyptian government.

Iraq Kurds retake nine villages from Islamic State group
[Al Ahram] Iraq's Kurdish peshmerga forces wrapped up an operation east of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
group's northern hub of djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
Monday after recapturing nine villages, a statement said.

The Kurdistan Region Security Council said the operation launched before dawn on Sunday "had achieved its key objectives".

The KRSC statement listed nine villages that had been occupied by IS group since the summer of 2014 and were previously mainly inhabited by northern Iraq's Kakai and Shabak minorities.

The operation involved around 5,500 peshmerga fighters backed by US-led coalition air strikes and reconquered an area of 120 square kilometres (46 square miles).

The area, near Khazir, lies near the main road between Mosul and the autonomous Kurdish region's capital Arbil.

The KRSC claimed that in the course of the two-day operation, 140 IS group fighters were killed and 14 boom-mobiles were destroyed.

The peshmerga officer in charge of the region said at a news conference that four Kurdish forces were killed and 34 others maimed during the operation.

The fresh push against the myrmidon organization in the north came a week after Iraqi forces launched an operation against Fallujah,
... the City of Mosques, which might have somthing to do with why it's not called Center of Prosperity or a really nice place to raise your kids...
IS group's only other major urban hub in Iraq.

Algerians make arms find near Libyan border
[Libya Herald] The Algerian army announced today it uncovered a terrorist arms cache near the Libyan border.

The Defence Ministry in Algiers said this evening that the find, near Bordj Badji Mokhtar in Adrar province, contained two powerful machine guns, a Kalashnikov, three grenades and almost a thousand rounds of assorted ammunition.

The circumstances of the discovery are unclear. However,
there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened...
the Algerian armed forces have increased the number of troops and boosted their border patrols following the January 2013 attack on the In Amenas gas plant in which 39 foreign hostages and an Algerian security guard died. That assault was mounted by a group loyal to Mokhtar Belmokhtar which was believed to have been armed and trained beforehand in Libya.

IS Bardo massacre mastermind reported killed in Sirte battle
[Libya Herald] A senior IS commander in Libya, Tunisian Khaled Al-Shayeb, who Tunisian security forces thought they had killed last October is reported to have finally died this week in festivities with Misratan fighters to the west of Sirte.

Shayeb, also known as Luqman Abu Sakhr, was believed to have been one of the Death Eaters who organised last year’s attack on the Bardo museum in Tunis in which 22 people, mostly foreign tourists, were murdered.

The Tunisian National Guard claimed last year that Shayeb had been one of several commanders killed during an operation in Gafsa.

The operations room of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous which is running the Misratan push towards Sirte said that Shayeb’s body had been identified by detained terrorists.

Sanders: We need to take the Palestinians into account, too
[ISRAELNATIONALNEWS] Democratic presidential candidate says he supports Israel’s right to exist, but stresses the Palestinians must also be considered.
Of course he did. The honourable senator joined the boycott of Bibi Netanyahu's speech to both Houses of Congress, urgently needed to wash his hair instead of speaking to AIPAC, and insisted on adding BDS supporters to the Democratic Party platform committee. No doubt his supporters are a good portion of the 1/3rd of Americans who think boycotting Israel is legitimate, versus the 2/3rds who think it blatant antisemitism.
If he were to win the general election he'd go about showing everyone how 1/3 matters more than 2/3s...

Afghanistan
Hezb-e-Islami demands schedule for foreign forces exit before peace agreement
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Hezb-e-Islami party led by Gulbuddin Hekmatyar
... who used to be known in intelligence circles as The Most Evil Man in the World but who now seems merely run-of-the-mill evil...
and the Afghan government are at odd regarding the confirmation of scheduled exit of foreign forces from the country to conclude a peace deal.
Sounds like Hek's found a new source of funding.
An official of Hezb-e-Islami has told Radio Free Europe that certain issues remains unresolved between the party and the Afghan government to conclude the agreement.

The acting head and deputy of Hezb-e-Islami Mohammad Hakim Hakim has said the Afghan government must confirm a schedule for the exit of foreign forces.

Hakim has said the outstanding issue on the way to peace deal is the exit of foreign forces and the government must at least ascertain a schedule for the exit of the foreign soldiers.

He also added that the party supports peace talks with between the Afghan government and the Taliban group.

This comes as Hekmatyar said earlier last month that he has changed his conditions for grinding of the peace processor with the Afghan government by stepping back from his demands for the complete withdrawal of foreign forces.

Hekmatyar earlier demanded the complete withdrawal of the foreign forces from Afghanistan before officials talks begun between his party and the Afghan government.

However,
ars longa, vita brevis...
an official in his party said last month the "departure of foreign troops is not a condition, it is a goal."

In the meantime, the Afghan government officials said last week that there is no specific timeframe for the conclusion of peace deal with Hezb-e-Islami led by Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.

Deputy presidential front man Syed Zafar Hashemi told news hounds that grinding of the peace processor is always complicated and it would be a mistake to confirm a timeframe regarding the peace agreement.

Hashemi further added that small and big changes normally takes place every day, in every seconds and at the final seconds of grinding of the peace processor.

He said the Afghan government will update the Afghan people once the two sides reach to an agreement.

Kabuli urges govt to immediately hang militants sentenced to death
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] A political party in Afghanistan has called on the Afghan government to take immediate actions in hanging the Death Eaters that have been sentenced to death on terror offences.

Najibullah Kabuli, the head of National Partnership Party, said the Death Eaters are killing the Afghan security personnel who are serving to protect the nation.

He was speaking during a gathering in capital Kabul to declare support to the Afghan National Security and Defense Forces (ANSDF).

The remarks by Kabuli comes as the Afghan government hanged six Death Eaters sentenced to death over terror offences earlier this month.

The execution of the Death Eaters followed days after the myrmidon groups carried out a deadly suicide kaboom in capital Kabul leaving at least 64 dead and 347 others maimed.

The deadly attack forced the Afghan government to change stance against the myrmidon groups by pursuing strict military operation.

The Afghanistan's Caped President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani
...former chancellor of Kabul University, now president of Afghanistan. Before returning to Afghanistan in 2002 he was a scholar of political science and anthropology. He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money. ..
asked for a list of Death Eaters sentenced to death over terror offences and approved the execution of at least 6 Death Eaters who were involved in major attacks in the country, including the liquidation of former President and High Peace Council Chief Burhanuddin Rabbani
... the gentlemanly murdered legitimate president of Afghanistan...

China-Japan-Koreas
Japan on alert for Nork missile launch
Japan’s military has been put on alert, and ordered to prepare to intercept a possible North Korean missile, a government source told Japan’s Kyodo News. Japan's Defense Minister Gen Nakatani gave the order amid signs that Pyongyang may go ahead with a ballistic missile launch.
"Set up for target practice, gentlemen."
"Hai!"
"Hai!"
"Hai, sir! All set up, sir!"
Patriot Advanced Capability-3 surface-to-air guided interceptors in central Tokyo were readied as a response to Nakatani's order, and surveillance activities were also stepped up.

A separate government source today told Kyodo News that the Japanese have received indications that Pyongyang is preparing to launch a ballistic missile, possibly an intermediate-range Musudan missile, in the eastern part of North Korea facing the Sea of Japan.

The U.N. Security Council voted unanimously in favor of sanctioning North Korea in March after a resolution drafted by the United States and China, which is considered to be an ally of the North Korean government.

"Virtually all of [North Korea's] resources are channeled into its reckless and relentless pursuit of weapons of mass destruction," U.S. Ambassador Samantha Power told the council after the vote.

OTOH, TRUMP'S POSITION STILL ALLOWS CHINA AMPLE POT-OBAMA OPPORTUNTY + MILPOL FLEXIBILITY TO ACHIEVE ITS AMBITIONS OF CONTROLLING EAST ASIA + 1/2OF THE PACIFIC [Westpac] IFF US EAST ASIA ALLIES REFUSE TO PAYOUT.

Like it or hate it, POTUS Obama's policy of US-led anti-US "Minimalism" in post-911 Foreign Policy [US-led anti-US OWG-NWO] WON'T BEVER BY THE ELECTION OF A POTUS TRUMP, NOR EVEN A POTUS HILLARY OR SOCIALIST POTUS SANDERS.

David Horowitz on Kristol's perfidy
A typically wordy David Horowitz criticism of Bill Kristol and his diehards... Sounds like a 60s era pop band.
Over the Memorial Day Weekend, Bill Kristol doubled down on his betrayal of this country with a pair of tweets:

“Just a heads up over this holiday weekend: There will be an independent candidate — an impressive one, with a strong team and a real chance,” Kristol tweeted.

He also said, “Those accused of betraying GOP by opposing Trump can take heart from P. Henry 251 years ago today: ‘If this be treason, make the most of it!’”

This fatuous invocation of an American patriot to justify the betrayal typifies the arrogant disregard for political realities shared by all those involved in a defection that could produce even greater disasters than the Obama era’s 400,000 deaths by jihad and 20 million refugees across the Middle East.

A week earlier, a “Never Trump” diatribe appeared in National Review, written by Charles Murray. To summarize why “Trump is unfit outside the normal parameters” to be president, Murray cited these words by NY Times columnist David Brooks:

Donald Trump is epically unprepared to be president. He has no realistic policies, no advisers, no capacity to learn. His vast narcissism makes him a closed fortress. He doesn’t know what he doesn’t know and he’s uninterested in finding out. He insults the office Abraham Lincoln once occupied by running for it with less preparation than most of us would undertake to buy a sofa … He is a childish man running for a job that requires maturity. He is an insecure boasting little boy whose desires were somehow arrested at age 12.

This is a perfect instance of “Trump derangement syndrome,” the underlying animus that motivates Kristol and his destructive cohorts. Dismissing Trump as an ignoramus and a stunted twelve-year-old is the stuff of schoolyard put-downs, not a serious critique of someone with Trump’s considerable achievements. Yet this is typical of Trump’s diehard opponents on the right. Is Trump more unprepared than Barack Obama whose qualification for the presidency was a lifetime career as a left-wing agitator? And how did that work out? Despite the lacunae in his executive resume, Obama is now regarded as “one of the most consequential presidents in American history” by reasonably qualified experts.

Can Trump be reasonably criticized, and is he something of a loose cannon? Of course he can, and yes he is. But criticisms that focus exclusively on the candidate miss the larger reality of this election, which is not merely a contest between two candidates but a clash between two parties and constituencies with radically differing views of what this country is and should be about, and even more importantly about the threats we face and how to deal with them.

Obama’s most consequential domestic legislation is the Affordable Care Act, which he had no part in writing. It was the work of left-wing think tanks and the congressional Democrats. So it will be with Trump, which is why all the blather about his vagueness or impracticality on policy issues is beside the point. Will he build a wall the length of the Mexican border? Probably not. But will he secure the border? Probably so. Will a Democrat — whether Hillary, Bernie, or Joe Biden — secure our borders and stop the flow of illegal immigrants, criminals, and terrorists? Certainly not. In addition to their decades-long war for amnesties and open boarders, Democrats are responsible for the more than 350 “Sanctuary Cities” that openly defy federal law and provide safe havens for those same illegal immigrants, criminals, and terrorists.

Open borders, Sanctuary Cities, importing unvetted Muslim refugees from the Middle East are but the tip of the iceberg in assessing the threat that the Democratic Party and its candidate (whoever it is) pose to America’s national security. For twenty-three years since the first bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993, the Democratic Party has been the party of appeasement and retreat in the holy war that fanatical Muslims have declared on us. The first bombing of the World Trade Center misfired but still killed six people and wounded 1,000 others. Clinton never visited the site while his administration insisted on treating it as a criminal act by individuals who needed to be tried in criminal courts, an attitude that would culminate in Barack Obama’s refusal to recognize that we were in a war at all, and certainly not one with fanatical Muslims. To a man and woman, the Democratic Party’s elected officials continue to participate in and support this denial.

A gray-bearded former rock musician, Hadzic founded this "dzemat" (religious community) in the late 2000s ‐ one of dozens in Bosnia that refuse to comply with the country’s official Muslim leaders.

Yemen parties review 6390 detainees list
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Yemeni peace talks in Kuwait have witnessed positive progress regarding the issue of the detainees and prisoners, as close sources to the negotiating parties said U.N. envoy Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed has received lists of a total of 6390 prisoners, detainees and kidnapped people to review them, check their validity and the fate of each one of them.

Sources from the negotiating parties said the Yemeni government's delegation submitted a list that includes 2630 names of which the most important is Major General Mahmoud al-Sobeihi, the minister of defense detained by the rebels since March 25, 2015. The rebels' list included 3760 names of which the most important is Brigadier General Ahmad President-for-Life Ali Abdullah Saleh

Hungary Bolsters Anti-Migrant Fence on Serbia Border

[AnNahar] Hungary said Monday it had begun reinforcing its anti-migrant fence on the Serbian border following an increase in arrivals after the evacuation of Idomeni camp on the Greece-Macedonia frontier.

Last week, Greek officials moved some 8,400 people from the squalid, makeshift Idomeni encampment to reception centres elsewhere in the country. But Hungarian authorities said some people had managed to make their way up the migrant route, despite the border closure imposed in mid February by many Balkan states in a bid to halt the influx to northern Europe. An AFP photographer on the Serbian side of the border spotted between 200 and 250 people waiting to enter Hungary on Monday.

Bulgaria stops 100 migrants at Greek border

[AlAhram] Bulgaria has for the first time blocked around a hundred migrants colonists from entering through its southern border with Greece, sending a "strong message" to human traffickers, a minister said Sunday. Among them were 56 Afghans who were found hiding on board a freight train, as well as another group of some 40 Syrians and Iraqis.

Both groups were stopped on Saturday in what was the largest number of people caught trying to enter the eastern European country since the start of the migrant crisis. "Their return was carried out at a record speed for Europe," said Prime Minister Boyko Borisov after meeting border police and an army unit in the southwestern town of Blagoevgrad.

The Afghans were returned to Greece the same day, while the other 40 are being investigated and will likely be sent back in the coming week, Borisov said.

The migrants colonists had each paid traffickers 200 euros per person believing they were being taken into Macedonia, he said.

Leading French Jihadist 'Falsely Announced Death to Receive Surgery'
[AnNahar] Omar Diaby, believed to be a leading French recruiter of jihadists in Syria, has declared himself alive after falsely announcing his death to receive medical treatment, La Belle France 2 television reported.

Speaking on Skype, Diaby, who also goes by the name Omar Omsen, told a La Belle France 2 journalist: "The emir Omar Omsen is not dead. His death was announced for a very precise reason."

The 40-year-old said his parents had announced his death on Twitter last year so he could "leave Syria to have major surgery in a neighboring country" while avoiding detection by security services.

La Belle France 2, which made contact with Diaby via intermediaries, is due to air a program Thursday showing footage of the Frenchie's camp in western Syria's Latakia province.

La Belle France has an international arrest warrant out on Diaby, whom the program showed running a cell of around 30 young French jihadists, most of them from the southern Nice region like himself.

Operating out of a pine forest, his cell has pledged allegiance to the al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Nusra
...formally Jabhat an-Nusrah li-Ahli sh-Sham (Support Front for the People of the Levant), also known as al-Qaeda in the Levant. They aim to establish a pan-Arab caliphate. Not the same one as the Islamic State, though .. ...
Front.

A Syrian cameraman filmed Diaby's camp for three days, with the jihadist carefully controlling what could be filmed and which fighters could speak.

While Diaby is not suspected of any direct link with the terror attacks in La Belle France last year, he expressed approval for the deadly shootings at the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo
...A lefty French satirical magazine, home of what may well be the majority if the active testicles left in Europe...
in January 2015.

"Those who insulted the prophet were executed," he said, referring to Charlie Hebdo's publication of cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed. "I wish I'd been chosen to do that," he added.

Middle Eastern Writers Find Refuge in the Dystopian Novel
Basma Abdel Aziz was walking in downtown Cairo one morning when she saw a long line of people standing in front of a closed government building.

Returning hours later, Ms. Abdel Aziz, a psychiatrist who counsels torture victims, passed the same people still waiting listlessly — a young woman and an elderly man, a mother holding her baby. The building remained closed.

When she got home, she immediately started writing about the people in line and didn’t stop for 11 hours. The story became her surreal debut novel, “The Queue,” which takes place after a failed revolution in an unnamed Middle Eastern city. The narrative unfolds over 140 days, as civilians are forced to wait in an endless line to petition a shadowy authority called The Gate for basic services.

“Fiction gave me a very wide space to say what I wanted to say about totalitarian authority,” Ms. Abdel Aziz said in a recent interview.

Family planning not for Muslims, says Turkey's Erdogan
[DAWN] Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan
... Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him...
said on Monday that family planning and contraception were not for Muslim families, in his latest comments promoting population growth that angered women's activists.

Erdogan said it was the responsibility of mothers to ensure the continued growth of The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
's population, which has expanded at a rate of around 1.3 per cent in the last few years.

"I will say it clearly... We need to increase the number of our descendants," he said in a speech in Istanbul. "People talk about birth control, about family planning. No Muslim family can understand and accept that! As God and as the great prophet said, we will go this way. And in this respect the first duty belongs to mothers."

Erdogan and his wife Emine have two sons and two daughters.
This puts the Erdogans on par with Turkey's Kurds. Turkey's Turks average a bit more than 1.5 children for a total national birthrate of below-replacement 2.05, which is lower than France. President Erdogan has long expressed concern that in a generation the Turks will be a minority in their own country.
Earlier this month, the president attended the high-profile marriage of his younger daughter Sumeyye to defence industrialist Selcuk Bayraktar.

His elder daughter Esra, who is married to the up-and-coming Energy Minister Berat Albayrak, has three children.

The Platform to Stop Violence Against Women, which campaigns to stop the killings of hundreds of woman every year, condemned Erdogan's comments as violating the rights of women.

"You (Erdogan) cannot usurp our right to contraception, nor our other rights with your declarations that come out of the Middle Ages," the group said in a statement on Twitter.

"We will protect our rights," it added.

Israel intercepts communication equipment en route to Gaza terror groups
[IsraelTimes] Drones, rifle scopes, and radio and video receivers discovered in mail packages bound for Paleostinian enclave, Defense Ministry says

Dozens of packages containing drone parts and other communications equipment en route to terror cells operating inside the Gazoo Strip were intercepted by Israeli security forces in recent weeks, the Defense Ministry said Monday.

The packages, which were shipped through the Israeli postal service, contained disassembled drones, rifle scopes, radio receivers, cellphone signal boosters and video transmitters, a statement from the ministry said.

Some of the equipment, including the 5.8 GHz video transmitters confiscated at the border crossing earlier on Monday morning -- are banned for private use both in Israel and Paleostinian Authority-controlled areas of the West Bank.

According to the statement, a joint operation by border authorities, police, the Shin Bet security agency, and the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories intercepted the packages at the Erez border crossing at the Gazoo-Israel border over the past several weeks.

Security forces have launched an investigation into locating the source of the equipment and those responsible for their attempted smuggling into Gazoo.

The ministry said a number of other smuggling attempts of drones have been foiled by the Shin Bet in recent weeks.

Earlier this year, guards at the Kerem Shalom border crossing into the southern Gazoo Strip uncovered a shipment of drones equipped with high-quality cameras hidden in an Israeli truck carrying toys.

In March, Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, drones reportedly flew out of the Gazoo Strip and into Egyptian airspace above the Sinai Peninsula several times as the Egyptian army stood by helpless to prevent the incursions. Egyptian radar picked up three drones flying out of the southern Gazoo Strip on numerous occasions, the Egyptian Al Osboa newspaper reported at the time. The unmanned aerial vehicles penetrated as far as El Arish and Sheikh Zuweid, some 50 kilometers from the Egypt-Gazoo border.

Border forces opened fire on the drones but couldn’t hit them because they were flying at an altitude of 750 meters (2,250 feet), the report said. Under the terms of the 1979 peace deal with Israel, Egypt is not allowed to station any anti-aircraft weapons in the Sinai region.

In December 2014, Hamas’s military wing launched a locally manufactured drone during a Gazoo City march in honor of the founding of the group, prompting the Israel Air Force to summon jets to the area, but no shots were fired at the unmanned aircraft.

Earlier that year, during Israel’s war against Hamas in Gazoo, the terrorist group launched two drones into Israeli airspace before they were promptly blasted out of the sky by IAF-launched Patriot missiles.

Two Philippine Soldiers Killed in Clashes with Militants
[AnNahar] Two Philippine soldiers were killed during festivities with Islamic Death Eaters trying to regain their base in a remote, mountainous region of the southern Philippines, the military said on Monday.

Ten soldiers were also maimed and about 2,000 residents displaced during the festivities with gunnies from the Maute group which has pledged allegiance to the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. group.

General Gerardo Barrientos, commander of the division overseeing the offensive, said the group was believed to have fewer than 100 fighters, but had been a continued threat in the area even after losing their headquarters in February.
Security officials told AFP the operation against the Maute group in the small Muslim-populated farming town of Butig in Lanao del Sur province began on Wednesday and was continuing.

The offensive was launched after the Death Eaters moved back into territory that the military secured during deadly festivities in February, they said.

"They came back to their camp and we were not able to prevent it because our troops were deployed to other areas," said Colonel Roseller Murillo, the military chief with responsibility for the area.

Murillo said soldiers had to leave the area to provide security elsewhere for the national elections on May 9.

He said, based on intelligence reports, about 37 Death Eaters were believed to have been killed. But he said no bodies had been recovered and AFP could not independently verify the corpse count.

General Gerardo Barrientos, commander of the division overseeing the offensive, said the group was believed to have fewer than 100 fighters, but had been a continued threat in the area even after losing their headquarters in February.

He said the military launched the latest offensive after the Death Eaters bombed power transmission towers, and kidnapped and beheaded two workers at a local sawmill in April.

Barrientos said the Maute group was believed to have links with the Southeast Asian terror group Jemaah Islamiyah, which carried out the 2002 bombings in the Indonesian holiday island of Bali, killing 202 people.
"The group intends to regain the area," Barrientos said.

The southern Philippines has been plagued by a Muslim separatist insurgency for over four decades, with the conflict leaving more than 120,000 dead.

President Benigno Aquino's outgoing administration secured a peace deal with the largest Muslim rebel group, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), but talks collapsed after parliament failed to pass a law that would have created a new Muslim autonomous region. MILF leaders have repeatedly warned that Muslim rebels frustrated at the setback could be lured into more extreme forms of resistance, and that the Islamic State group could establish a stronghold in the south.

The future of peace talks under incoming president Rodrigo Duterte is unclear. He has said he can secure peace by establishing a federal form of government, devolving power to the regions.

Barrientos said the Maute group was believed to have links with the Southeast Asian terror group Jemaah Islamiyah, which carried out the 2002 bombings in the Indonesian holiday island of Bali, killing 202 people. Jemaah Islamiyah Death Eaters have had a long presence in the southern Philippines and have trained locals.

Arms haul in Doda
[Daily Excelsior] Army and police today recovered a large quantity of arms, ammunition and explosives by destroying a Death Eater hideout at Sunarthau forests in Doda district.

Official sources said a joint team of Army and police carried out searches in Sunarthau forests for past several days after getting specific information about suspicious unidentified movement and a dump of weaponry lying deep inside the forests.

Recoveries were made this morning which included one AK-56 rifle, two 9mm pistols, one country made pistol, seven AK magazines, two 9mm pistol magazines, one Pika magazine, four grenades of Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL), five hand grenades of Pakistain origin, 1696 rounds of 7.62 mm AK-47, 1340 rounds of 7.62mm CTN, 40 belted rounds of Pika, two binoculars, one telescopic night sight, one camera, 10 recording cassettes and sustenance stores.

The arms and ammunition had been dumped by the former holy warriors inside a natural cave hideout, sources said.

They added that the Army had been getting information of suspicious unidentified movement of personnel in the general area for the last three months and therefore, a close watch was being maintained. The recovered arms reportedly belonged to one of the Death Eater outfits of the area, active in the past, which could have been hidden for later usage, sources said.

"The area due to its remoteness and rugged terrain makes it an ideal location for establishing a hideout. The dense forest and steep gradient increased the degree of difficulty in approach to the intended target area and subsequent search," sources said.

The recovery of war like stores was possible only due to the accurate intelligence developed by the Army and launching of well synchronised joint operation with SOG in the dense jungle, in a relentless day and night operation of 36 hours, sources said.

Apart from the three columns of the Army, the team also included one head constable with 6 persons of SOG from Thathri cop shoppe. The recovered arms and ammunition were handed over to the Thathri cop shoppe wherein a FIR has been lodged.

"The recovery of a huge cache has given a major success to the security forces and a massive blow to the murderous Moslems in the area, thereby preventing the arms and ammunition from falling into the hands of inimical elements, aiming at revival of militancy in Doda district," sources said.

Breakaway Taliban faction ‘expresses support for talks with Afghan govt’
[DAWN] A breakaway Taliban faction is willing to hold peace talks with the Afghan government but will demand the imposition of Islamic law and the departure of all foreign forces from Afghanistan, a big shot of the group said on Sunday.

Mullah Abdul Manan Niazi told a group of around 200 followers in eastern Afghanistan that his faction had no faith in the government but was willing to negotiate without pre-conditions.

Niazi is deputy to Mullah Mohammad Rasool, who split from the Taliban last summer after Mullah Akhtar Mansour was chosen to succeed the group’s late founder, Mullah Mohammad Omar. The main Taliban faction’s front man, Zabihullah Mujahid, has branded Rasool’s faction "a government army in the shape of the Taliban".

Speaking on Sunday, he claimed that Rasool was supported by Kabul
...the capital of Afghanistan. Home to continuous fighting from 1992 to 1996 between the forces of would-be strongman and Pak ISI/Jamaat-e-Islami sock puppet Gulbuddin Hekmayar and the Northern Alliance, a period which won Hek the title Most Evil Man in the World and didn't do much for the reputations of the Northern Alliance guys either....
and Washington. "For us he is nothing more than a local policeman or a puppet of Afghan intelligence," he said.

Rasool’s followers met in the mountainous Shindand district, near the border with Iran. Snipers on hilltops surveyed dirt roads leading to the area, which serves as the main base for the mobile fighters.

The encampment where the meeting was held is only accessible by cycle of violence or horse. The turbaned followers of Rasool appeared to be armed with new weapons, including automatic rifles and grenade launchers.

The Taliban have continued to launch major attacks on government forces despite the internal conflict, and the war has shown no sign of abating over the past year.

Among those killed was local police commander Safar Mohammad, who in recent years had successfully kept highways in the area open to traffic. Zawaq said another nine coppers and one soldier were maimed in the attack.

during a special night operation conducted by the Afghan National Security and Defense Forces (ANSDF) in northern Kunduz province.

Provincial police chief Abdul Bashir Rashid said the detained key Taliban leader has been identified as Qari Salim and was arrested with six other forces of Evil accompanying him.

He said Qari Salim was also acting as the shadow district governor of Khanabad district and was involved in majority of terrorist attacks in this province.

At least two forces of Evil were also killed and two others were maimed during the operation that led to the arrest of Qari Salim, the officials added.

The Talibs group has not commented regarding the report so far.

The arrest of Qari Salim comes as the Taliban Lions of Islam have stepped up terrorist attacks in Northern provinces, including the Kunduz province during the recent months.

The group launched a major offensive earlier last month as they announced their spring offensive and attempted to retake the control of the strategic Kunduz city which briefly fell to Taliban control last year.

province of Afghanistan where the loyalists of the terror group are active in a number of its districts.

The provincial government’s media office said the women were detained in the vicinity of Kot district, an area which hs been a stronghold of the terrorist group since they launched their operations in Afghanistan.

According to the provincial officials, the documents seized from the two women included information on how to make bombs and other weapons.

The source further added that the two women are in jug of the security personnel and an investigation is underway in this regard.

The loyalists of the terror group continue to maintain presence and attempt to expand foothold in this province despite they have been hardly suppressed in Afghan and US forces raids.

The detention of the two women further strengthens claims by Afghan officials regarding the role of Pakistain security agencies in supporting the turban groups in Afghanistan.

The Afghan officials have long been criticising Pakistain for supporting the Afghan bandidos bully boyz by providing sanctuaries to them inside their soil from where they plan and coordinate attacks in Afghanistan.

Libertarian Party chair candidate strips on stage at national convention
[WASHINGTONTIMES] Something you’ll never see at a Democrat or Republican convention: A candidate for Libertarian Party chair on Sunday danced and stripped down to his thong before leaving the stage amid a chorus of boos.

James Weeks announced immediately after his striptease, which was performed to music, that he would drop out of the race, adding, “I’m sorry, that was a dare.”
Don't look. Not a performance you want to see.
The booing Libertarians made it clear they didn't want to see it either.

Govt’s policies pushing Pakistan into isolation: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

...Pak dynastic politician, son of Benazir Bhutto and grandon of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. As far as is known, Bilawal has no particular talents other than being pretty and being able to memorize political slogans, but he had the good luck to be born into the right family and he hasn't been assassinated yet...
on Monday criticised the PML-N government for its foreign policy which he said pushed the country into isolation, demanding resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif

Addressing a rally, the PPP supremo asked the people of Azad Kashmire not to vote for the Pakistain Muslim League ‐ Nawaz as it would be tantamount to supporting government’s anti-Kashmire and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi-friendly policies.

"Terrible violation of human rights

-- after coming in power.

"But I cannot forget CoD because it has a signature of my mother," Bilalwal said, adding that his mother Benazir Bhutto faced fake cases and her bank accounts were freezed before being forced into exile.

The PPP chairman said the accountability was a threat to "throne of Raiwind" and not democracy. He said there was no need for the prime minister to avoid accountability if he was clean.

Arabia
Kuwait upholds death sentence for mosque blast ringleader
[Al Ahram] Kuwait's supreme court on Monday upheld the death sentence handed down to the main convict in the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
group bombing of a Shiite mosque that killed 26 people.

The court confirmed the sentence of capital punishment passed on Abdulrahman Sabah Saud, a stateless man who drove the Saudi jacket wallah to the mosque in June last year.

The court also upheld jail terms of between two and 15 years for eight people, including four women, and acquitted 15 others including three women.

The court did not hear the appeals of five others -- four Saudis and a stateless man -- who had been sentenced to death in absentia by a lower court.

Under Kuwaiti law, sentences issued in absentia are not reviewed by higher courts until those convicted appear in person.

The four Saudi men still on the lam include two brothers who smuggled the explosives belt used in the attack into Kuwait from neighbouring Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
. The fifth man is a stateless Arab.

Twenty-nine defendants, including seven women, had been charged with helping the Saudi suicide bomber attack a Shiite mosque in the capital, which was the bloodiest in Kuwait's history.

An IS-affiliated group calling itself Najd Province claimed the bombing as well as suicide kabooms on two Shiite mosques in Saudi Arabia in May last year.

Najd is the central region of Saudi Arabia.

The Sunni turbans of IS consider Shiites to be heretics and have repeatedly attacked Shiite targets in the region.

In addition to driving the suicide bomber, Saud was also charged with bringing the explosives belt from a site near the border and aiding the bomber.

At his initial trial, Saud confessed to most charges, but later denied them all in the appeals and supreme courts.

The death penalty in Kuwait is carried out by hanging, and to be implemented it requires the approval of the Gulf state's ruler.

Among the supreme court's main verdicts on Monday, the court upheld the commuting of the death sentence for the alleged IS leader in Kuwait, Fahad Farraj Muhareb, to 15 years in prison.

It also upheld the acquittal of Jarrah Nimer, owner of the car used to transport the bomber.

Courts in Kuwait have previously handed down several verdicts against IS supporters and financiers.

The attack occured close to the Kirya base, which is the IDF headquarters. The soldier arrived at Ichilov hospital and is being treated in the emergency room. He is fully conscious.

East Jerusalem teens nabbed in stabbing of elderly women

[IsraelTimes] 2 allegedly carried out attack on group out for stroll in Peace Forest, near Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, while a third conspired with them, officials say

The Israel Police and Shin Bet security service incarcerated
Keep yer hands where we can see 'em, if yez please!
three underage East Jerusalem residents in connection with a stabbing attack earlier this month, in which two elderly Jewish women, one of them a Holocaust survivor, were moderately injured, officials said Monday.

On May 10, a group of five elderly Israelis were walking along the Armon Hanatziv promenade in the capital -- in an area of the park known as the Peace Forest -- when two Arab teenagers wearing masks pulled out knives and the "wooden handle of an ax" and attacked two of the women before fleeing the scene, police said. The victims, aged 82 and 86, were hospitalized in moderate condition.

According to police, the attack was premeditated, and the suspects had discussed it "while they were at school through social media, specifically Facebook."

The three suspects are all 16 to 17 years old and are residents of the Jabel Mukaber neighborhood of East Jerusalem, police said. Due to their young age, their identities will not be made public. Two of them are accused of carrying out the assault, while the third is believed to have conspired with them and planned to "carry out the stabbing attack if the other two died," the Shin Bet said in a statement.

On the morning of the attack, the trio gathered at a mini-market in Jabel Mukaber before setting off for the promenade to "wait for Jewish victims," the police said.

The third teenager, who allegedly helped plan but did not actually take part in the stabbing, told Sherlocks he decided not to join his friends in the terror attack "for fear that it would cause his parents’ home to be destroyed," the police said.

After the attack, the suspects are believed to have stashed the weapons nearby before one went home and the second went to school. Later on, one of them returned to the scene, retrieved the knives and cudgel, and hid them in Jabel Mukaber, police said.

Throughout the day, the two suspects "spoke with one another through WhatsApp and Facebook messages and planned to carry out another stabbing attack in light of the ’success’ of the Peace Forest attack," the police said. However,
a person who gets all wrapped up in himself makes a mighty small package...
the pair were arrested before they could carry out such an attack, a police spokesperson said.

The mother of one of the two attackers was also arrested last week at a checkpoint east of Jerusalem when border guards discovered a knife in her possession, the police said.

The three suspects were arrested on May 19, but information about their arrests was kept secret under a court-approved gag order. That order was lifted on Monday when the three teenagers were officially informed that they would be charged in a Jerusalem District Court.

The Arab neighborhood of Jabel Mukaber borders the Jewish Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, an area that has been the site of contention for years with rock and Molotov cocktail attacks on an almost nightly basis at times.

#5  I agree wholeheartedly wid Trump being labeled s the "The GREAT WHITE HOPE" during Pat Buchanan's CNN interview the other day.

AFAIC Trump can also be labeled the "LAST WASP/WHITE MAN/IMMIGRANT". The Marxist-SOcialist-Globalist Lefties + aligned Special Interest have given the US until roughly or circa Year 2025 to be suborned under OWG-NWO + Socialism, iff not after which thy reserve their unilateral right to resort to armed militancy + insurrection to make it so.

We've seen a precursor in the violent or confrontational mass protests agz Trump occurring now in CA.

FYI I still don't se anything in the above-mentioned Trump-vs-Anti-Trump protests in CA to indic that the Lefties can control or will control the various factions.

ADVANTAGE = JIHADIS + GLOBAL JIHAD.

I will say again that its safe to say that SHARIA LAW WILL BE MANIFESTED IN AMERIKA BECAUSE THE SECUALR LEFTIES ARE ALREADY FORCING = ATTEMPTING TO IMPOSE THE VARIOUS ALTERNATIST AGENDAS WHICH ARE ACCEPTED OR TOLERATED BY HARDLINE ISLAMIC GOVTS-SOCIETIES.

In the end, the Hard Boyz + their violence will only militarily impose what the Marxist-Secularists already had.

#8  One wonders is this is yet another symptom in real time of the metastasizing cancer in the body politic. The established elites inside the beltway have really become disconnected from the bulk of the nation, the coastists (left coast and right) cannot fathom that fundamental expectations have not been met as they have heaped on regulation, confiscatory taxation, political correctness, gay agenda, minority rights, educational vapidity, and deindustrialization that has left the working class increasingly hopeless.
Trump represents the growing "fuck-it, it can't be worse than this crap" attitude of a great number of white men and their families who see their heritage squandered and pilfered to buy votes from imported aliens. This in the national petrie dish for violence protest and civil unrest, not by oppressed minorities or clueless students but angry citizens who despair that the American dream is dead!

Egypt's Sisi tells Christian woman from Al-Karm village ‘not to be angered’
He's a pious Muslim ruler, who doesn't want her legitimate fury to upset his wobbly applecart.
[Al Ahram] During a speech inaugurating a new housing project in Katamaya on Monday, Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi condemned a recent sectarian mob attack in El-Karm village in Minya Governorate, saying that those responsible would be held accountable.

For the first time since the attack last week, El-Sisi spoke publicly about the incident in which several houses, belonging to Christians, were burned and a woman dragged naked in public.

"When I address my speech to this woman I don’t say this [Christian] Egyptian because we are all one," El-Sisi said.

"We are all Egyptians who are equal in rights and duties. It is not appropriate that what happened be repeated. Whoever commits an offense will be held accountable," El-Sisi said.

A group of 300 people carrying various types of weapons went at 8pm on 20 May to attack seven houses owned by Christians, burgling some of them and torching others.

The sectarian attack in the village of El-Karm followed a rumour that a Muslim woman and a Christian man were involved in an affair, according to a statement from the Coptic Church on the day of the attack. The statement also added that the woman attacked and stripped naked was the accused man's mother.

The incident was first reported on social media and by activists several days ago.

The Christian man who was the subject of the rumours has been forced to leave the village after receiving threats.

"I call on this Egyptian lady not to be angered by what happened," El-Sisi said.

During the inauguration ceremony on Monday, El-Sisi, along with a number of officials including Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, handed 1200 residential units -- marking the first two phases of the project -- to families who previously lived in informal settlements.

You can be fined for wearing a cloak that is too tight ($25), not wearing socks or gloves ($30), possessing a pack of cigarettes ($23) or showing your eyes ($10).

You can be taxed for each irrigated hectare of farmland ($46 per year), the wheat you produce (10 percent) and any crops you sell at your local market. You can also be punished if your sheep wear bells

You can be fined if your car does not have an official Islamic State license plate ($43), for failing to correctly answer religious questions at checkpoints ($20), for giving a ride to violators ($23 per passenger) or for driving on the wrong side of the road ($25).
DeBlasio and Obama will look at this less as human rights violations and more as a 'how to' manual.

French jihadi network linked to Bataclan killer on trial
[IsraelTimes] All seven defendants tell court they were duped into traveling to Syria and joining Islamic State

The French jihadi network that groomed one of the Nov. 13 Gay Paree attackers went on trial Monday minus its most infamous member, a man killed in the Bataclan concert hall on a night of bloodshed that left 130 people dead in the French capital.

The seven defendants, friends from the eastern city of Strasbourg, were nabbed
You have the right to remain silent...
in 2014 on suspicion of unspecified terrorist activity after returning from Syria. Court documents show no indication they were planning a specific attack at that time.

Two other members of the 10-person network died in Syria. And the final member of the Strasbourg group, Foued Mohammed-Aggad, remained on the lam and went on to participate in the Nov. 13 Gay Paree attacks.

The defendants in Monday’s trial in Gay Paree -- who include Mohammed-Aggad’s brother Karim -- insisted they had nothing to do with the Gay Paree attacks.

The men insist they went to Syria for humanitarian reasons and were forced to join Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
as one thing after another went wrong with their journey. All returned to La Belle France by April 2014, telling Sherlocks they were desperate to escape.

"Humanitarian or jihadist?" the judge asked each man sharply. With different levels of equivocation, each man said they went to Syria with the intention of helping.

Karim Mohammed-Aggad asked that the group be judged for what they had done, and not for the deadly Nov. 13 attacks.

The group was recruited by Mourad Fares, who once boasted of grooming dozens of French citizens to join jihadists in Syria and who was arrested separately in late 2014 by French authorities. The Strasbourg men uniformly blamed their plight on Fares, who was not among those on trial Monday.

Fares did not meet the group at the border as they arrived in Syria, they told Sherlocks -- instead, they said they were picked up by members of the group later known as Islamic State and said they had little choice but to go along.

"We were had by smooth talk. Islam was used to trap me like a wolf. When we arrived there, it was clear to me that the people there had nothing to do with Islam," Karim Mohammed-Aggad told Sherlocks, according to court documents.

He did not know, however, if his brother felt the same.

"It is obvious that the shadow of Fouad Mohammed-Aggad hangs over this case," said Eric Lefebvre, lawyer for defendant Mohammed Hattay. "(But) what this man did, that’s his responsibility, his guilt, and it wouldn’t be fair today to tell these people today that they are partly responsible for what happened (on Nov. 13)."
An Nahar adds:
The defendants have told investigators that while they occasionally handled weapons when they were in Syria, it was only for training or propaganda photos, never for combat.

All seven face charges of criminal association with a view to commit acts of terrorism, punishable by up to 10 years in jail.

Last week, defense lawyers objected to the prosecutor's decision to use leaked Islamic State documents -- which list the defendants as "combatants".

The documents, acquired by Sky News television in March, include an estimated 173 names of French citizens or residents of La Belle France, said a source close the investigation, but the defence says their authenticity must first be investigated.

The Grand Turk
Six killed, many injured, by roadside bombs in southeast Turkey
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Roadside bombs killed at least six people in two separate attacks on security forces in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
's largely Kurdish southeast on Monday, security sources said, adding to the violence that has flared across the region in the last 24 hours.

One bomb hit a passing police vehicle in the town of Silopi in Sirnak province near the border with Iraq, the sources said, hours after Turkish warplanes struck camps belonging to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in northern Iraq.

Four non-combatants were killed and 19 other people were maimed, including five security force members, in that attack, the sources said. Turkey's Dogan News Agency said the bomb had been placed inside a manhole and exploded as a police vehicle passed.

Earlier, near the eastern city of Van, PKK fighters detonated a roadside kaboom by remote control targeting a passing armoured vehicle. Two coppers were killed and a third was maimed, the sources said.

Clashes between Turkish security forces and the PKK have reached their most intense in two decades since the breakdown of a two-year ceasefire last July.

Thousands of turbans and hundreds of civilians and soldiers have been killed since the PKK resumed its armed fight. The government has refused to return to the negotiating table and has vowed to "liquidate" the PKK, considered a terrorist organization by Turkey, Europe and the United States.

Late on Sunday, PKK snipers attacked a Turkish base located inside Iraq, killing a lieutenant, the sources said. In the past Turkey has garrisoned a battalion in Iraq's Kani Masi region to prevent PKK fighters from crossing into Turkey.

A man suspected of smuggling goods across the border between Iraq and Turkey was killed and five others injured, when unidentified forces opened fire on smugglers across the border in the Uludere district, they said.

Uludere was the site of an Arclight airstrike in December 2011 that killed 34 young men and boys after the military mistook them for PKK bad boys. Smuggling of cigarettes, fuel and household items is widespread in the poverty-stricken border region.

The PKK also attacked a base in the Turkish town of Siirt, killing one soldier, the military General Staff said. A police officer was also killed in Sirnak province, under a round-the-clock curfew since March 14, security sources said.

In the village of Kulp in Diyarbakir province, a civilian and five members of the village guard, a state-backed militia that fights the PKK, were maimed in a car-kaboom, they also said.

The General Staff said on its website it had destroyed PKK shelters and weapon stores in the Metina area of northern Iraq on Sunday during the air strikes. It gave no casualty count.

The PKK has been based in the remote, mountainous region of northern Iraq, which borders southern Turkey, since the 1990s. The PKK launched its insurgency against the Turkish state in 1984 and more than 40,000 people have been killed in the conflict.

Residents Return to Ravaged Turkish Town as Curfew Lifted

[AnNahar] Residents on Monday cautiously returned to a war-ravaged town in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
's southeast after authorities partially lifted a more than two-month curfew following a major operation against Kurdish turbans.

The curfew in Yuksekova, which has been in place since March 13, was lifted between 6:00am and 8:00pm (0300-1700 GMT) and the hours are to be further extended during the upcoming Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, the local province of Hakkari said in a statement.

After the measure was announced, hundreds streamed back to the town which lies in Turkey's extreme southeastern corner on the border with Iran and Iraq, an AFP photographer said. On some streets, there were near apocalyptic scenes, with some buildings reduced to mountains of rubble while others sustained severe damage. Elsewhere, a young man walked through the devastation, waving a two-finger victory sign to passers-by.

Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said Monday that a total of 6,320 buildings had been badly damaged or destroyed following festivities in five areas, including Yuksekova, and that rebuilding would cost one billion lira ($340 million/303 million euros). State media said that a rebuilding process would now begin in Yuksekova, backed by interest-free loans.

Pudgy loses Uganda, might declare war (or sea of fire)
Uganda is cutting military ties with North Korea to comply with U.N. sanctions over North Korea's nuclear program, a Ugandan official said Monday following a meeting between President Yoweri Museveni and South Korea's visiting president.

Uganda's government is simply "disengaging from military co-operation" and not cutting diplomatic ties with the North Koreans, said Col. Shaban Bantariza, a spokesman for the Ugandan government.
Pudgy is going to throw a tantrum. Likely will execute a few hapless diplomats with an anti-aircraft gun. Maybe he'll have an aneurysm...
The policy shift came as South Korean President Park Geun-hye visited Uganda. She later flew to neighboring Kenya for a three-day visit, the last leg of her three-nation African tour in which she has pressed for the isolation of North Korea and has offered trade and development agreements.

Speaking to the African Union in Ethiopia on Friday, Park urged African leaders to support international efforts to persuade its hostile neighbor, North Korea, to stop its production of nuclear weapons.

In Uganda, Park attended a state banquet Sunday hosted by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni. At the event, Uganda and South Korea signed 10 cooperation agreements in areas such as defense, health and education. It appears Museveni assured the South Korean delegation he would sever security ties with North Korea, which has good diplomatic relations with Uganda.

North Korea has been training the Ugandan security forces in physical fitness, marine warfare and weapons handling, and senior leaders from North Korea have visited Uganda over the years.

Museveni, in power since 1986, previously praised Pyongyang as an exemplar of the fight against what he described as Western imperialism. In 2014 Museveni hosted a state dinner in honor of North Korea's ceremonial leader, Kim Yong Nam, and said the North Koreans are "friends who have helped Uganda for a long time."

Now, the recently re-elected Museveni is looking to seal development deals with Asian partners such as China and South Korea as this East African country tries to industrialize its economy. Chinese contractors are involved in road construction in Uganda and the Chinese national oil company has invested in Uganda's oil sector.

During her stay in Kenya Park is expected to sign bilateral agreements in security, health, agriculture, ICT, trade and culture, according to South Korean ambassador to Nairobi Young Dae Kwon.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Lieberman sworn in as Israeli defense minister
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Avigdor Liberman, a lightning rod for international criticism, became Israel’s defense minister on Monday as part of a political deal that widens the base of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s fractious coalition government.

Later evening, Lieberman was officially sworn in as Israeli Defense Minister in a Knesset ceremony.

Parliament approved the appointment after two weeks of political upheaval in which Netanyahu dumped Moshe Ya’alon as defense minister and embarrassed opposition chief Isaac Herzog by retracting an offer to have him steer future Israeli peacemaking as foreign minister.
Mr. Herzog, of whatever the current iteration of the Labour Party is called, was the attempt of retired prime minister Tony Blair, soon-to-be-retired Secretary of State John F. Kerry, and should-have-known-better President Sisi to bridle and curb Bibi. They got played.
Earlier, one of Netanyahu coalition partners had threatened to block the planned expansion of the alliance by voting against it in parliament, possibly sparking fresh elections, unless demands for procedural reform were met.

But a compromise between Netanyahu and his rival, Jewish Home party leader Naftali Bennett, was reached late Sunday, a Likud statement said.

The religious nationalist Jewish Home holds eight seats, enough to block Netanyahu's proposed new line-up.

Now that it was approved by parliament as expected, the deal would form what is seen as the most right-wing government in Israel's history.
The world has changed. Israeli voters, perforce, have changed as well.
Jewish Home had demanded the creation of a military liaison for the government's security cabinet, a smaller forum of cabinet members which decides on matters of national security.

Bennett says such a post is needed to avoid security cabinet members being kept in the dark on important developments, pointing to aspects of the 2014 conflict with Paleostinian Lions of Islam in Gazoo, among other concerns.

Under the compromise brokered by Health Minister Yaakov Litzman, of the United Torah Judaism alliance of ultra-Orthodox parties, security cabinet members will receive frequent personal briefings from Israel's National Security Council as an interim measure, while a committee of experts looks at ways to improve procedure.

While some analysts say such a change is needed, Bennett's demand is also seen as political maneuvering ahead of the next elections, due by 2019 at the latest.

Bennett is widely seen as aspiring to replace Netanyahu, whose Likud party is currently the largest in parliament.

Lieberman and his Yisrael Beitenu party will add five politicians to Netanyahu's previous razor-thin majority, giving it 66 of the 120 in parliament.

The move to hand the defense ministry to the 57-year-old hardliner has sparked deep concern among Israeli centrist and left-wing politicians, as well as among some of Netanyahu's Likud colleagues.

Africa North
PFG says its forces ‘almost in control’ of Ben Jawad and near Nufliya
[Libya Herald] Two units of the central region Petroleum Facilities Guards (PFG) from Ajdabiya have moved towards within a few kilometres of Nufliya and Ben Jawad. A source in the PFG close to its leader Ibrahim Jadhran told the Libya Herald that it was "almost" in control of Ben Jawad and very close to Nufliya.

Although IS forces were reported to have withdrawn earlier from the two towns, the reason for the delay in entering them, the source explained, was because the area was heavily mined.

"It is very difficult," he said, adding that two PFG fighters had been killed today in a mine kaboom near Ben Jawad and another seriously maimed. He was taken to Ras Lanuf.

Other reports speak of continuing heavy festivities around Nufliya between the PFG and IS. It was captured by the so-called Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(IS) in February 2105 and Ben Jawad in January this year.

The two PFG units have taken separate routes towards their targets, although the two places are just 30 kilometres apart. Those heading towards Ben Jawad have taken the coast road, those to Nufliya taking a more southerly route using desert tracks.

Nufliya itself is 140 kilomtres east of Sirte, the main IS base.

Yesterday, forces that are part of the Bunyan Marsous operation moving from the west of Sirte claimed to have taken the Khaleej power plant 20 kilometres west of Sirte which Misratan forces abandoned a year ago.

Today, the Bunyan Marsous operations room (BMOR) called on air support from Misrata to take out a truck, believed to be a suicide bomb, heading towards the power plant. It was reported destroyed and those inside killed. Two other vehicle said to belong to IS were also attacked on the main road between Sirte and the power station.

According to BMOR front man Mohammed Al-Gasri, the aim is to encircle Sirte. It is not clear, however, if this is to be done in collaboration with PFG.

The central region PFG supports the Government of National Accord and the Presidency Council which set up the BMOR. For its part, the BMOR Facebook page indicates that the two are working together, putting out reports about the PFG members killed in the mine kaboom

However,
the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits...
asked if the PFG and the BMOR were now coordinating their plans, the PFG source not only said he did not know, he added that it would not allow Misratan troops to move east to Nufliya or Ben Jawad.

The PFG still strongly supports Cyrenaica and federalism.

Third Australian fighter killed in north Syria
[ARA News] KOBANE – Jamie Bright (45), also known by his revolutionary codename Gabar Amed, was killed on 25 May in the village of Malha, near Shaddadi in northeastern Syria, in an attack by Islamic State (ISIS) militant fighters, Kurdish leadership of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) said in a statement.

Bright is the third Australian to die as part of the YPG forces fighting ISIS extremists in northern Syria.

“The reason I came to Kurdistan was for the people, their struggle, and their fight,” Jamie Bright previously said. “I came to assist the revolution as much as possible,” he added.

Born in 1971, Jamie Bright was the father of one child, but nevertheless he decided to join the YPG as an ex-Australian soldier.

One day after the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) launched the campaign to capture Northern Raqqah on 25 May, he was killed in an attack by the ISIS group. Bright was killed alongside with three other YPG fighters.

“As YPG, we promise again that we continue your struggle, and we bow our heads for these four martyrs who sacrificed their souls in this revolution,” the YPG leadership said.

Previously, two Australian citizens were killed while fighting as part of the YPG. Reece Harding (23) also known as Heval Bagok Australia was killed when he stepped on a landmine on Saturday 27 June 2015. Also, Ashley Johnston died in the battle between the YPG and ISIS in the city of Tel Hamis near the Syria-Iraq border on February 24, 2015.

“Foreigners are attracted because of the simplicity of right and wrong. Defending a secular people’s homeland,” said Chris Scurfield, the father of Konstandinos Erik Scurfield, 25, an ex-Royal Marine from Barnsley who died while fighting ISIS near the Syrian Kurdish city of Qamishli.

“Jamie was an amazing special guy. I met him in Sulymaniya shared a kebab and he offered me £2k just to help my family out after Kosta passed,” Scurfield told ARA News.

“Yes, but it was difficult time for me. He was enjoying some rest and relaxation, but never met my son, but we talked about how he didn’t have too many relations just his mum and he kept a low media profile because of her. He was worried about his lost passport so it was difficult for him to travel out but he was very happy to stay, he loved the work and the guerilla style of fighting. He had been in the Australian military so was well trained,” he added.

“I do not know exactly why he joined other than why get trained if you never use your skills properly, to help a people find resistance and independence,” he told ARA News.

The Beatings Will Continue: Fallujah Edition
ISIS uses lethal injections to care for wounded

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Monday, an informed medical source in the city of Fallujah stated, that the so-called ISIS terminated its fighters who were wounded during the latest battles using toxic injections.

The source reported for IraqiNews.com, “The ISIS terrorist gangs deliberately killed eight of its wounded fighters who were in a hospital in Fallujah City using Potassium Chloride injection that causes the heart to stop suddenly,” adding that, “ISIS killed the wounded members due to its inability to deal with the large number of wounded fighters that will have a negative psychological effect on the other fighters.”

Earlier today the security forces stormed the city of Fallujah from three axes backed by the international coalition aviation, Iraqi Army Aviation and Iraqi Air Force.

The Grand Turk
Turkey offers US joint Syria operation, without the Kurds
Turkey is offering to "join forces" with Washington for a special operation inside Syria on condition it doesn't include a Syrian Kurdish militia blacklisted by Ankara but seen as an ally by the US, the foreign minister said.
You guys are the same ones who wouldn't let our boys through to northern Iraq back in 2003, right?
Washington's support of Kurdish fighters in Syria in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) jihadists has angered Ankara, especially after pictures last week revealed US commandos wearing patches of the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) outlawed by Turkey.

"If we join forces, they (the US) have their own special forces and we have our special forces," Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu told a small group of journalists at the southern holiday resort of Antalya.

"The subject we are discussing with the Americans is the closure of the Manbij pocket as soon as possible... and the opening of a second front," he said, referring to a backdoor border route favoured by ISIL for smuggling jihadists into and out of Syria.

"We say okay, a second front should be opened but not with the PYD," he said, referring to the Democratic Union Party (PYD).

Çavuşoğlu said Syrian Arab opposition forces opposing President Bashar al-Assad could be backed up with special forces from Turkey and NATO ally Washington as well as from France, Britain and Germany.

"Unfortunately, both Russia and the United States see a terrorist organisation as a partner and support it," he said of the YPG.

The minister also said that recent deal with Washington, which would have seen American light multiple rocket launchers deployed along its border with Syria to combat ISIL, had been delayed. Under the deal, the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) was to have been deployed along the Turkish border by the end of May, but Çavuşoğlu said it would now only happen in August.

"The United States is unfortunately not keeping its promise," he charged. "We are completely ready. Not us, but the US is responsible for the delay."

-Lurid Crime Tales-
Assault rifle-wielding lunatics cause chaos across Houston - riddling cars with bullets, killing a bystander
  • [DAILYMAIL.CO.UK] Two gunmen started firing at each other in residential Houston at 10.15am

  • One 'hit a gas pump, starting fire' as shooting went through a gas station

  • A civilian was shot dead by a random bullet that burst through his window

  • Eventually one gunman was shot dead by the other, then a SWAT team officer shot and wounded the surviving gunman

  • Two police officers were wounded - one shot in the body, one in the hand

  • Three other civilians were shot and wounded and taken to hospital

  • Both supsects were armed with assault rifles, possibly AR-15s, police said
From Houston ABC13 news, there was one shooter -- the second 'suspect' was an unrelated armed man who tried to take the shooter down and was himself shot. Whether that was by the suspect or by police isn't clear from the report. The suspect was shot by a SWAT team officer, who apparently was the only law enforcement officer who fired a weapon. The victim was a customer at an auto parts store. The gas station next door was shot up by the suspect, who also shot at and hit a police helicopter.

So the two dead are the customer at the parts store and the suspect himself. The 2nd shooter is at the hospital; both wounded police officers were treated and released. One officer was shot in the chest but was protected by body armor; the second officer was wounded in the hand by flying debris from a shot.

...the latest incarnation of various Qaeda and Qaeda-allied groups, including the now-defunct Aden-Abyan Islamic Army that boomed the USS Cole in 2000...
(AQAP) in 2011.

In January, Pham admitted three counts of terrorist-related activity based on his support for the group, Scotland Yard said, though he denied that he ever intended to carry out his plot or harm anyone. No attack ever occurred.

in the UK in June 2012 and was extradited to the US in early 2015.

Scotland Yard said its Counter Terrorism Command provided key evidence that helped shape the case against Pham, also known as Amin, and led to this successful prosecution.

He pleaded guilty to one count of providing material support to AQAP, one count of conspiring to receive military training from AQAP and one count of possessing and using a machine gun in furtherance of crimes of violence.

Prosecutors say Pham was directed by al Qaeda leader Anwar Al-Awlaki to detonate explosives in Heathrow’s arrivals area, to coincide with arrivals from Ben Gurion airport.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Kuwaiti police said they have nabbed

a citizen who appeared in a viral video assaulting a naked Egyptian expat, the Kuwait Times reported.

There was outrage on social media over footage posted recently of a man dressed in a traditional Gulf white thobe insulting a naked Egyptian and hitting him with a stick and his hands. The video prompted Egypt’s Foreign Ministry to coordinate with Kuwaiti authorities over the incident.

Kuwait’s Interior Ministry said the suspect has been arrested and identified as Ali al-Shamry, who made a "detailed confession."

Shamry reportedly told police he assaulted the Egyptian, who works for him, after a theft occurred at the mobile store that he owns.

Another Egyptian man was arrested for filming and posting the video online.

An investigation into the case is in progress pending referral of the two suspects to public prosecution.

#1  Saw the same thing happen in Kuwait back in the First Gulf War...must be a common occurrence. The owner of a Kuwaiti trucking company started beating one of his employees with a tire tool in front of our guys. Our guys stepped in and took the tire iron from the Sheikh, roughed him up, and run his azz off. The "employee" was an indentured servant/slave owned by the Sheikh for two years while he worked off the cost of his flight into the country. When the Kuwaiti government attempted to pay the US troops to fight when their young men would not, it pissed our guys off - we knew then they only considered us mercenaries. If they had the power - they would beat us like slaves too.
