The Obamas Have Spent Over $44,351,777.12 In Taxpayer Cash On Travel
[Daily Caller] The Obamas have spent over 44 million dollars in taxpayer money on travel and vacations. Some are even calling him the "most well-trvaeled, expensive" president in our nation’s history.

As Americans head off for the long holiday weekend, let’s take a look back at some of the president’s holiday spending.

Our president vacations a lot -- we’re talking $44,351,777.12 worth of "a lot," with most expenses charged to the American taxpayer.

As of March 2014, Obama has spent more time traveling internationally than any other president, taking 31 trips since assuming office in 2009. The 119 days spent overseas have cost taxpayers millions of dollars.

Obama Is Still Living In His Bubble
[Investors Bus Daily] 2016 Election: Voters just rejected his policies, rejected his Pollyannaish view of the economy and handed his party defeats at every level of government. But as far as President Obama is concerned, everything he's done is magic.

After the shellacking they took in the election last week, Democrats have been counseling each other to get outside their liberal "bubble" so they can reconnect with regular Americans. But not Obama.

At his press conference on Monday, Obama failed to show a scintilla of humility. His economic polices are working, ObamaCare is doing better than expected, all is well. "We should be very proud," he said, that "when we turn over the keys the car is in pretty good shape."

Proud? Is he kidding? Let's review the evidence.

STOP HATING WHITE PEOPLE AND MAYBE THEY'LL VOTE FOR YOU
h/t Instapundit
...After a competitive race between the FBI and sexism, the left decided to blame "white people" for Hillary’s defeat.

Racist white people refused to vote for a white woman who was married to the country’s first black president. Samantha Bee, who enjoyed 15 seconds of fame replacing John Oliver, Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart as the whiny obnoxious lefty id, declared that white people ruined America.

"Spare me the euphemisms. White people made Trump president," a Washington Post headline blared. "White people did this. And maybe (hopefully) not my friends -- but certainly their cousins, their uncles, and their friends," a racist Vox writer shrieked.

...What happened?

White men were racist and sexist. The white men who had voted for Obama but switched to Trump were more sexist than racist. The white women who voted for Trump over Hillary were, in the words of Hillary’s communications director, suffering from "internalized misogyny".

Or maybe they just didn’t like being hated. Here’s what the left’s social justice politics had to offer them.

"White Women Failed Hillary Clinton. They Also Failed Other Women", "White Women Sent a Terrible Message on Tuesday", "Blame White Women for Country's Failure to Shatter Glass Ceiling" and "White Women Sold Out the Sisterhood and the World". Maybe even the galaxy and the universe.

The latter article whined that, "Most white women don’t want to be part of an intersectional feminist sisterhood" because they "identify more with white men than they do with black women, Latina women, Muslim women, transwomen" and defected from "the coalition of nonwhite, nonstraight, nonmale voters who were supposed to carry Clinton to a comfortable victory".

...This election wasn’t about Obama’s race or Hillary’s sex. It was about power and contempt.

Imagine the monstrous entitlement of millionaires like Aaron Sorkin writing open letters to their daughters because his favored candidate lost the election. What open letters was a coal miner put out of work by his political movement writing to his daughter?

Obama and Hillary boasted about putting coal miners out of work. Does Sorkin really think that Coal Country voted against her because they didn’t want his entitled daughter to have an equally entitled role model? Does he think that Republicans took control of the Kentucky legislature for the first time since 1921 because they were racists and sexists? Or because they were put out of work by the left?

Isn’t it funny how their wives who were trying to juggle three kids and part time work, and a depressed husband, didn’t show much interest in the intersectional sisterhood of Muslim transwomen.

...Some Democrat strategists want to learn how to "talk to white people" again. Meanwhile the left is doubling down on showing them the door. The left is pushing former Nation of Islam racist Keith Ellison for DNC chair. Because if there’s anything that will save the party, it’s putting a racist who represents a district with the largest concentration of Somali Muslims in the state in charge of formulating its future.

Ellison supports racist cop killers, hates Israel, and has a past with a hate group that believes white people are "devils" who are the spawn of a mad scientist’s experiment and will be wiped out by UFOs.

If that won’t win over white voters, what will?

In Alabama, Jeff Sessions Desegregated Schools and Got the Death Penalty for KKK Murderer
h/t Instapundit
Now that Jeff Sessions is Donald Trump's pick for attorney general, you're going to hear a lot of people dig up old accusations that Sessions is a racist. In fact, CNN did so last night. However, between the nature of the accusations and Sessions's actual record of desegregating schools and taking on the Klan in Alabama, it strains credulity to believe that he is a racist.

These accusations all center around the bruising judicial nomination process Sessions went through in 1986. Ronald Reagan had tapped Sessions to serve on the federal bench and the Senate judiciary committee ultimately rejected him after they heard testimony that he had supposedly called the ACLU and NAACP "un-American" and "communist-inspired," as well as made racist remarks. The accusations came from Thomas Figures, a black assistant U.S. attorney who worked for Sessions who said Sessions called him "boy" and had made a joke about how he thought the KKK was "O.K. until [he] found out they smoked pot." Another prosecutor, J. Gerald Hebert, said Sessions had called a white lawyer "a disgrace to his race" for representing black clients.

There is no concrete reason to doubt Figures or Herbert. Sessions vehemently denied calling Figures "boy," but he didn't rebut the substance of some of the claims--though he asserted they were taken out of context. It's not exactly inaccurate to point out that the NAACP and ACLU were "communist-inspired." He said he thought it absurd to think he would make a pro-KKK joke considering he was prosecuting the Klan at the time he made the remark. And for what it's worth, Figures also directed accusations at a another assistant U.S. Attorney who worked with Figures. That assistant U.S. Attorney also said Figures wasn't telling the truth and defended Sessions's integrity. Ultimately, the charges were no more than hearsay.

...Sessions's actual track record certainly doesn't suggest he's a racist. Quite the opposite, in fact. As a U.S. Attorney he filed several cases to desegregate schools in Alabama. And he also prosecuted Klansman Henry Francis Hays, son of Alabama Klan leader Bennie Hays, for abducting and killing Michael Donald, a black teenager selected at random. Sessions insisted on the death penalty for Hays. When he was later elected the state Attorney General, Sessions followed through and made sure Hays was executed. The successful prosecution of Hays also led to a $7 million civil judgment against the Klan, effectively breaking the back of the KKK in Alabama.

As a U.S. attorney, he also prosecuted a group of civil rights activists, which included a former aide to Martin Luther King Jr., for voter fraud in Perry County, Alabama. The case fell apart, and Sessions bluntly told me he "failed to make the case." This incident has also been used to claim that Sessions is racist--but it shouldn't be. The county has been dogged with accusations of voter fraud for decades. In 2008, state and federal officials investigated voter fraud in Perry County after "a local citizens group gathered affidavits detailing several cases in which at least one Democratic county official paid citizens for their votes, or encouraged them to vote multiple times." A detailed story in the Tuscaloosa News reported that voting patterns in one Perry County town were also mighty suspicious in 2012: "Uniontown has a population of 1,775, according to the 2010 census but, according to the Perry County board of registrars, has 2,587 registered voters. The total votes cast there Tuesday--1,431--represented a turnout of 55 percent of the number of registered voters and a whopping 80.6 percent of the town's population."

So, the man fought racists of all colors in his life?

Monkey incident sparks clashes in southern Libyan city of Sabha, 16 dead
TRIPOLI (Reuters) - At least 16 people died and 50 were wounded in Libya in four days of clashes between rival factions in the southern city of Sabha, a health official said on Sunday.

According to residents and local reports, the latest bout of violence erupted between two tribes after an incident in which a monkey that belonged to a shopkeeper from the Gaddadfa tribe attacked a group of schoolgirls who were passing by.

The monkey pulled off one of the girls' head scarf, leading men from the Awlad Suleiman tribe to retaliate by killing three people from the Gaddadfa tribe as well as the monkey, according to a resident who spoke to Reuters.

City officials could not be reached to confirm the accounts.

"There was an escalation on the second and third days with the use of tanks, mortars and other heavy weapons," the resident told Reuters by telephone, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the denigrating security situation.

"There are still sporadic clashes and life is completely shut down in the areas where there has been fighting."

Sessions pick as AG could spark exodus from civil rights division
Of course, this is a swamp that needs drained too and if they self drain... WINNING!
If this works I'd move Sessions to a new department every six months...
Donald Trump's decision to nominate Sen. Jeff Sessions as attorney general is being met with alarm at the Justice Department's civil rights division and could trigger an exodus there, former officials said Friday.

Longtime lawyers in the unit that enforces voting rights laws, conducts investigations into alleged police abuses and prosecutes hate crimes were already on edge about what Trump's victory would mean for their mission, but the selection of Sessions pushed those fears to another level, former officials said.

"If there was a level above DEFCON One, it would be that," said Sam Bagenstos, who was the civil rights division's No. 2 official from 2009 to 2011. "Jeff Sessions has a unique and uniquely troubled history with the civil rights division. ... From the perspective of the work of the enforcement of civil rights, I think the Sessions pick is a particularly troublesome one ‐ more than anyone else you can think of."

The concern at the Justice Department's anti-discrimination unit stems largely from the same accounts of alleged racist remarks and racially tinged incidents that emerged when Sessions was nominated to a district court judgeship in 1986. The Senate Judiciary Committee heard a black lawyer testify that Sessions referred to him as "boy," and another attorney testify that Sessions said about the Ku Klux Klan that he thought the group was "OK, until I heard that they smoked pot."

Sessions said that was a joke and he denied allegations that he'd used an ugly racial epithet. But his nomination was voted down 10-8, only the second time that had happened in half a century.

However, the grievances many of the Justice Department's civil rights enforcers have with Sessions go beyond his language to his actions as U.S. attorney in Mobile, where he unsuccessfully prosecuted black civil rights leaders on charges of ballot-tampering.

#3  Huge exodus from the Civil Rights Division? That can only be a good thing. CRD is not about civil rights.

BTW, I recall Dirty Harry Reid suspended cloture in the Senate (nuke option) so that only 51 votes were needed to pass or stop legislation in the Senate and to confirm cabinet appointees. Sessions ought to breeze through confirmation with 51 votes in a Trump administration.

Trump urged to issue 100-year bonds
[Wash Examiner] Barron's financial weekly urged President-elect Donald Trump to consider issuing US government bonds that don't mature for 100 years.

Editor Randall Forsyth made the case for this new debt vehicle in the paper's Saturday edition to address both "America's heavy debt burden and its need for faster economic growth."

Forsyth wrote that because of entitlements the debt would be likely to climb to $45 trillion in 20 years before any of Trump's own spending and tax cuts are factored in.

"Given the incoming administration's ambitious plans, and the nation's already high debt, the president-elect might ask: What would Hamilton do?" the Barron's editor wrote.

Stocks of the industry’s strongest players could climb by 10% to 20% over the next year as panic recedes, earnings improve and price-to-earnings multiples expand.”

Julian Christian, 26, of the 2500 block of 14th Avenue in Broadview, Dejuan Collins, 20, of the 9500 block of South Avalon Avenue in reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown
... home of Al Capone, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel,...
, Rajane Lewis, 21, of the 7800 block of South Euclid Avenue in Chicago, and a 17-year-old girl who is charged as a juvenile, were each charged with one felony count of vehicular hijacking, police said.

A video of the incident went viral and the victim, 49-year-old David Wilcox, acknowledged he supports Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
but said that's not what started the beating on the West Side.

Wilcox said he was about to turn left from Kedzie Avenue to Roosevelt Road around 1 p.m. Nov. 9 when a black sedan pulled up and scraped the right side of his Pontiac Bonneville.

"I stopped and parked. And I asked if they had insurance, and the next thing that I knew they were beating the s--- out of me," Wilcox said.

Police said the four were identified as the people responsible for striking a man during a traffic altercation.

The man was then dragged as he held on to the window of the vehicle. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital and was treated and released, police said.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
1948 Palestinians, Nazareth churches, Gazans protest Israel 'quiet mosques' bill
This story is of no interest whatsoever except for the interesting locution 1948 Palestinians, which is apparently the Al Ahram/Egyptian term for Arab Israelis.
[AlAhram] Hundreds of Palestinian Muslims and Christians in Israel and the occupied Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza Strip demonstrated on Friday against a bill to limit the volume of calls to prayer at mosques and churches in Israel.

All Palestinian churches in Nazareth carried the Islamic call for Friday noon prayers for Muslims.

In the southern city of Rahat, more than a hundred 1948 Palestinians held a rally against the government bill, while 500 protested in the north, police said.

In Gaza, which has been under an Israeli siege since 2006,
...Israeli-Egyptian, actually, though clearly Al Ahram doesn't like to admit it. But Egypt built a steel wall around Gaza with American help in 2009, then the 2 km wide (thus far) buffer zone and tunnel-intersecting moat along the border were begun in 2014, along with the occasionally briefly relaxed closure of Rafah crossing...
hundreds of supporters of the Islamist Hamas group that controls the Palestinian territory held a protest march through the Jabalia refugee camp near the enclave's northern border.

Yusef al-Sharafi, a Hamas leader, told the crowd that "this unprecedented Zionist decision is an encroachment on the freedom of Muslims".

"Attempts to ban the Azan (call to prayer) are doomed to fail because of the steadfastness of the Palestinians," he said, reiterating the long-standing Hamas demand that the Palestinian Authority end its security cooperation with Israel.

The bill, which passed the ministerial committee for legislation on Sunday, had been appealed by Health Minister Yaakov Litzman, who demanded another discussion on it before its first parliamentary reading.

Litzman, a member of the ultra-Orthodox United Torah Judaism party, was concerned that the bill could also outlaw the weekly sirens that indicate the beginning of the Sabbath.

The bill, drafted by Moti Yogev and supported by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, will now be put on hold until a ministerial committee holds a second vote.

It was drafted allegedly in response to noise from mosques, but would in theory apply to all religious institutions.

The 1948 Palestinians, the vast majority of them Muslim, suffer from discrimination in all aspects of daily life including housing and jobs among other problems.

US officials arrive in Australia to begin assessing asylum seekers
Another President Obama phone-and-pen initiative.
[Ynet] US officials have arrived in Australia to begin assessing asylum seekers held on Papua New Guinea's Manus Island and Nauru for resettlement in the United States, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said on Saturday.

Australia announced last week it had reached a deal in which the United States would take a substantial number of the 1,200 refugees held at the Australian-funded offshore processing centres, although the election of Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
has injected uncertainty into the agreement.

Trump started campaigning for the presidency by advocating a blanket ban on Moslems entering the United States, but later adjusted his stance to propose that the ban should apply to people from nations that had been "compromised by terrorism". Many of asylum seekers at the camps are Moslems who have fled conflicts in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and Pakistain.

Europe
Dutch expert: Islamic State has 60-80 operatives in Europe
And how many do the various other jihadi groups have? How many never left Europe? We have frequent reports of arrested jihadis here at Rantburg -- how many have already been arrested and convicted? How many are on watch lists because of actions short of meriting arrest, how many because they have connections to those who went abroad to join a jihadi group or were involved in a jihadi attack at home?
[IsraelTimes] Would-be fighters reportedly heeding messages from group asking them not to come to Syria and Iraq, but to prepare attacks in cities.

Intelligence experts estimate that the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
Lion of Islam group has between 60 and 80 operatives planted in Europe to carry out attacks, the Dutch counterterrorism coordinator said Friday.

Dick Schoof said in an interview with The News Agency that Dare Not be Named that would-be fighters are also heeding messages from the group "asking them not to come to Syria and Iraq, but to prepare attacks in Europe."

One result is that over the last six months the number of "foreign terrorist fighters" hasn’t grown, he said, but the fact that they’re not traveling "does not mean that the potential threat of those who would have traveled is diminished."

Schoof said military operations to oust the Islamic State from its self-declared caliphate in Syria and Iraq are scattering the Lion of Islam group’s fighters and supporters.

This will probably lead to a gradual increase of refugees that will pose a danger to the national security of the Netherlands and other European countries, he said.

Schoof said even though the Netherlands hasn’t been hit by a major attack by Islamic snuffies such as those in Belgium and La Belle France, "the chance of attack in the Netherlands is real."

"We have seen 294 terrorist fighters go overseas in Iraq and Syria and there are still 190 over there," he said. "And what happened in La Belle France and Brussels and Germany could happen to us."

There are probably between 4,000 and 5,000 European "foreign terrorist fighters" in Iraq and Syria, Schoof said.

While the number from the Netherlands, a nation of 17 million people, may seem low, he said, "whether there’s 190 or 350, I think the number is big enough to worry."

Schoof, who was in New York to speak at a roundtable on "returning foreign terrorist fighters," said the Netherlands’ program to deal with the threat balances "repression and prevention" and relies on strong cooperation between local and national authorities.

On the "repression" side, he said, fighters returning from Syria or Iraq are taken into custody and prosecuted, and courts have recently handed down six-year prison sentences in several cases. The government also takes away passports, freezes assets, and has beefed up security measures and the police force, he said.

On the prevention side, Schoof said, there’s a lot of family support, with local authorities deciding the best interventions and providing education and psychological help if needed -- but there also could be arrests.

Jozias van Aartsen, the mayor of The Hague, said building trust and having close relations with the Moslem community is very important.

"They are Dutch citizens," he said. "There are some in the Netherlands who say shut down mosques. That’s absolutely wrong policy."

But Van Aartsen said there is a need for vigilance. "The apparatus of local government can be very important as a watchdog against radicalization," he said.

Schoof stressed that the Netherlands does not tolerate "anti-democratic behavior."

"We try to prevent hate preachers coming in by not giving them a visa," he said.

The government is also concerned about the development of an ultraconservative strain of Islam known as Salafism, he said.

Last week, Schoof said, the Federation of Mosques, without any urging, sent a letter to all mosques in the country saying "the mosques themselves must realize that hate speech should not be accepted in the mosques."

"Those are important signals that you can build on in your trust relationships," he said.

Four reported killed in Indian firing across Line of Control
[DAWN] Three maidens of tender years and a teenage boy were killed and three other people, including a minor girl, were maimed as Indian troops shelled villages in Azad Kashmire along the Line of Control (LoC) on Saturday, residents and officials said.

The killings occurred in the Keri sector of Charhoi tehsil in the southern Kotli district, where assistant commissioner Raja Arif Mahmod said, shelling had started at about 9:45am.

"The shelling has been heavy, but intermittent. They (Indians) are hitting the areas randomly," he told Dawn.com.

"One shell landed on a house in Sabzkot village, killing a teenage boy, his young sister and a cousin," he said, identifying them as Shehzad, 18, Faiza, 10, Shanza 12 and Areeba, 5.

Shehzad’s siblings Mahmood, 24 and Areeba’s elder sister Iqra, 12, were critically injured and shifted to Combined Military Hospital Mangla.

Officials in the southernmost Bhimber district said the villages in Samahni and Barnala tehsils were also receiving shells from across the Line of Control.

"There was intense shelling since morning to 3pm, leaving one woman injured in Baroh village," an official from Samahni cop shoppe told Dawn.

The woman, identified as Tazeem Bibi, was shifted to district headquarters hospital, Mirpur, the official added.

From 3pm onwards, shelling had started in Barnala tehsil.

"It is indiscriminate but so far we have not received any report about casualties," an official from Barnala cop shoppe told Dawn.

India's National Investigation Agency raids Zakir Naik's NGO offices
[DAWN] India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday conducted raids on 10 offices of preacher Zakir Naik's NGO, NDTV reported.

Raids were conducted at 10 locations in Maharashtra linked to his banned
...the word banned seems to have a different meaning in Pakistain than it does in most other places. Or maybe it simply lacks any meaning at all...
organization
Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), which is also named in the case by the anti-terror agency.

Times of India (TOI) reported that the NIA had started the paperwork but haven't done much else against Naik and others on Friday under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and Indian Penal Code (IPC) for allegedly "spreading enmity" among religions.

The searches began on Saturday morning with the help of local police after a case was registered by the NIA's Mumbai branch on Friday night.

The Indian government banned IRF as an ’unlawful organization’ for five years with immediate effect, on Tuesday. The ban was enforced under UAPA and approved at a meeting of the Union cabinet.

TOI had earlier reported that the government intended to ban IRF citing Naik’s "objectionable and subversive" speeches, the criminal cases filed against him and other members of IRF in Mumbai and Sindhudurg in Maharashtra and Kerala, as well as his "dubious" links with Peace TV that allegedly features "communal" and "pro-jihad" content as grounds for such a ban.

An ’unlawful’ association is different from a ’terrorist’ organization listed under UAPA. The law defines ’unlawful association’ as any organization "which has for its object any activity that is punishable under Section 153A or 153B of IPC" -- provisions dealing with threat to social and communal harmony.

Declaration of IRF as ’unlawful’ under Section 3 of the UAPA will force closure of its offices and interests across the country.

‘MP Azad took part in attack’

Bngla: ‘No Hindus will be left after 30 years’
Part of our continuing series "Living with Moslems"
[Dhaka Tribune] Eminent economist and researcher Dr Abul Barkat estimates that there will be no Hindus left in the country three decades from now.

"The rate of exodus over the past 49 years points to that direction," the Dhaka University teacher said in his book "Political economy of reforming agriculture-land-water bodies in Bangladesh" published yesterday.

From 1964 to 2013, around 11.3 million Hindus left Bangladesh due to religious persecution and discrimination, he said. It means on an average 632 Hindus left the country each day and 230,612 annually.

From his 30-year-long research, Barkat found that the exodus mostly took place during military governments after independence.

Before the Liberation War, the daily rate of migration was 705 while it was 512 during 1971-1981 and 438 during 1981-1991. The number increased to 767 persons each day during 1991-2001 while around 774 persons left the country during 2001-2012, the book says.

DU teacher Prof Ajoy Roy said the government grabbed the properties of the Hindus during the Pakistain regime describing them as enemy property and the same properties were taken by the government after independence as vested property.

According to the book, these two measures made 60% of the Hindus landless.

Retired Justice Kazi Ebadul Haque said the minorities and the poor were deprived of their land rights. For example, when a shoal rises in a river the local leaders register them in the name of poor people, but the same leaders file a case and take the land under the possessions showing the court’s stay order.

The deprived people remain deprived, he said, adding that the land management system should be reformed.

Dhaka University teacher Prof Farid Uddin Ahmed said that the government has to ensure that the indigenous people would not be affected or harmed. "The government must ensure that the people do not think about leaving the country for once."

How an underground network gets Yezidi girls and women out of ISIS-held Mosul
[RUDAW.NET] Rescuing women and girls held captive by ISIS in Iraq is much more difficult than getting them out of Syria, says an activist involved in helping captives escape the forces of Evil from the Iraqi city of djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
Khalid Aldakby says that is because the forces of Evil in Mosul are far more ideologically committed and not as amenable to cash payments to let the prisoners go than their counterparts in Syria, where money talks.

"In Iraq, they never sell women," Aldakby told Rudaw English. "That’s why not many women survive ISIS in Iraq. Most of the women survivors are coming from Syria, because it is just about money there," he explained.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] A Saudi officer has died of his injuries after being shot at in the eastern city of Dammam early on Saturday.

Adel Khardali was killed after an unknown gunman opened fire as he was inside his private vehicle after work just past midnight in the al-Noor neighborhood in north-west Dammam.

AlArabiya.net has published first pictures of the 30-year-old man, who served on Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
's army ranks in al-Qatif for nearly seven years.

According to his wife, whom he was married to for the past four years, Khardali dreamed of moving back to Jizan to be close to her and his family.

Police are now opening investigations into the attack to conclude motive, a front man from the Saudi ministry of interior has said.

The attack comes less than a month after two other coppers were killed after coming under heavy gunfire in the same city.

Why are Hezbollah militias involved in Peru’s violence?
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] A Peruvian citizen’s death during a union protest in La Pampa district is raising questions regarding Hezbollah-linked militia presence in the Latin American country.

As protesters were confronting security officers a few weeks ago, one of the demonstrators was reportedly shot in the head by sniper fire.

Local media in Peru then accused one militia group linked directly with Hezbollah cooperating with the Sandero Luminoso Party, a communist group with an krazed killer history.

These accusations were based on evidence that a Hezbollah-backed charity La Pampa district is supported financially and ideologically by Iran and Lebanese Hezbollah.

Hezbollah operates in Peru in cooperation with political groups such as the Sandero Luminoso ‐ also known as the Shining Path Party.

The party and its affiliates follow the Peruvian communist party and the military and political Maoist communists in Peru.

Earlier in July, Iran-proxy Hezbollah registered its own party in Peru under the name "Peruvian Hezbollah branch" and pledged allegiance to the banned group and Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

In March, The Arab League
...an organization of Arabic-speaking states with 22 member countries and four observers. The League tries to achieve Arab consensus on issues, which usually leaves them doing nothing but a bit of grimacing and mustache cursing...
designated Leb’s bully boy Hezbollah group "a terrorist organization". The United States also brands the group as such.

Iraq
Tal Afar Sunnis oppose Shiite Hashd forces entering their town
[RUDAW.NET] Sunni Turkmen and Arabs from Tal Afar are against the state-backed Hashd al-Shaabi liberating their town, as the paramilitary Shiite force continues to make advances toward the ISIS-held town west of djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
The Sunnis of Tal Afar say they want a neutral, non-sectarian force to liberate their town.

"According to the previous plan the Iraqi army, federal police and anti-terror forces were to take part in the operation (to liberate Tal Afar)," Nabil Harbo, former MP and independent Turkmen politician from Tal Afar, told Rudaw English on Saturday.

"But the Iraqi government exceptionally has allowed the Hashd al-Shaabi to participate in the Tal Afar operation," he complained.

"We, as the Turkmen tribal council and politicians from Tal Afar, plus all the Sunni blocs, have asked Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to not allow Hashd in the Tal Afar operation," he added.

Harbo explained that the reason for concern over a partisan force entering Tal Afar is because of the sectarian tensions that went kaboom! in Iraq after the 2003 US-led war.

"Whether or not the Hashd are going to commit crimes, we want a neutral force to retake Tal Afar in order to prevent violence and solve the problems," Harbo said.

"The Iraqi people and politicians know well that the first sectarian sedition in 2003 rose up in Tal Afar. If the Hashd enter Tal Afar, would they not retaliate?" he asked.

"History shows us that the stability of Tal Afar is important for Nineveh, Kurdistan and Iraq," Harbo said.

"Whoever allows Hashd to retake Tal Afar is wrong, because this will strengthen ISIS extremism," he claimed.

With Hashd forces already in control of Tal Afar airport and continuing to make advances toward the town, Harbo said he believes the only way to dissuade the paramilitary force from Tal Afar is for coalition forces to call for a withdrawal and replace the paramilitaries with the Iraqi Army.

"There is one hope for preventing Hashd from entering Tal Afar, which is the global collation led by the US. It can make them withdraw from the area," Harbo said. "There are two Iraqi army brigades now in Baghdad. They have been trained by the Americans to retake Tal Afar. They can replace Hashd."

Minn Trial Shows a Glimpse of Domestic ISIS cell
[Star Tribune] In sentencing nine young Somali-Minnesotans on terror conspiracy charges this week, U.S. District Judge Michael Davis closed a chapter in the federal government's long, extraordinary investigation of ISIL recruitment in Minnesota.

But the full story is far from over....

In nine hearings over three days before a courtroom packed with the families of the young men who sought to give their lives to ISIL, Davis repeatedly underlined a clear message: There is a terrorist cell in Minneapolis and it is still alive today.
Saying the Minnesota public had "danced around" the issue, Davis described the cell's size as being between nine to 20, including those sentenced last week and others killed abroad.
The Star Tribune has never reported that many friends of the Defendants interrupted the court and threatened families of prosecution witnesses. They have also given space for interviews with neighbors sympathetic with the defendants. But here, at least, they report on the comments of the presiding judge, including his skepticism of so called rehab programs for terrorists. Also, US Rep Ellison wrote the Judge to ask for leniency in sentencing but this is not reported

Soviet T-34 tank spotted in use in Yemen War
From the Downright Romantic Department:

At 45 tons the German Panther was considered to be a medium tank.

Video at the link

T-34 in use in Hungary in 1956.
[SouthFront.org] A video, showing a process of combat usage of the Soviet T-34-85 tank in Yemen, was published online.

According to an annotation to the video, the tank is used by Arab military, fighting on the side of Saudi Arabia, as a stationary firing point in the province of Dhale. The footage shows a tankman, who shoots from a turret gun with the help of a rope cord, being outside of the tank.

The best medium tank of the times of World War II, the T-34-85, is actively used in local conflicts in the Middle East. In August of this year, such tanks were spotted in Syria.

Soviet tanks became even more popular in Yemen, where fighting has been ongoing for more than ten years. During this time, the most part of tanks, which were in service in the Yemeni Army, has been destroyed by supporters of expelled President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi. This led to the fact that the Houthis and Yemeni troops also began to actively use very old military hardware – the T-34 tanks and the SU-100 self-propelled guns.

The SU-100 was a 100mm antitank gun mounted on a T-34 chassis. It was introduced in 1944. It could penetrate the sloped 80 mm front armor of the German Panther from 1,500 m. The same gun was used on the later T-54 and T-55.
The T-34-85 tank became a part of the Red Army in the spring of 1944. In contrast to its predecessor, the T-34-76, the tank had a new cast turret with reinforced armor protection and a 85-mm cannon. Its armor-piercing projectile, weighing 9.2 kg, was capable to pierce a 102-mm armor from a distance up to 1000 meters, as well as to hole a 111-mm armor from a distance up to 500 meters. An AP composite shot could break through a 138-mm armor from a distance of 500 meters. The number of a tank’s crew increased to five people. Officially, the T-34 tank was removed from service in the Russian Army in 1993.

Several Army posts, villages under intense Pak shelling
[Daily Excelsior] Faced by the worst ever humiliation of suffering extensive damages at the hands of Indian Army, Pak troops today resorted to heavy shelling using 120mm and 82mm mortars and firing with automatic weapons targeting over two dozen Army posts and civilian locations spread over three sectors of Nowshera, Sunde-rbani and Pallanwalla along the Line of Control (LoC) in which two jawans of Army and BSF and a woman were maimed.

A number of houses were damaged in fresh round of mortar shelling while entire population of five villages in Pallanwalla sector of Jammu district shifted to safer locations in Khour as soon as heavy shelling and firing started around this noon.

Though there has been no migration in Nowshera sector by late this evening, the people were panicked and could shift to safer areas if shelling continued. Over a dozen goats of a nomad were killed and almost an equal number of others were maimed in shelling at forward village of Gai Panyas in Sunderbani sector this evening.

Houthi militias violate Yemen truce 185 times
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] A shaky 48-hour truce has seen at least 185 violations committed by Houthi
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The Yemeni government has accused the Houthis of having ties to the Iranian government, which wouldn't suprise most of us. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews ...
militias, mostly in the beseiged city of Taiz, Al Arabiya's sister channel Al Hadath News Channel has reported.

Spokesman of the Arab coalition supporting the legitimacy in Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of. Except for a tiny handfull of Jews everthing there is very Islamic...
Maj. Gen. Ahmed Asseri was quoted by Al Hadath as saying most of the violation took place in Taiz.

"Houthi militias attempted to shoot a ballistic missile targeting Marib city," he said. "They did not abide by the truce at all. All violations," he added.

The truce which began mid-day on Saturday aimed at getting humanitarian assistance to several areas at the request of Yemen's President Abedrabbo Mansour Hadi.

Saturday's truce, the third announced this year, could be extended if the Iran-aligned Houthi movement shows commitment to abide by it and if the group allows humanitarian aid into areas under siege.

"The truce will be renewed if the Houthis adhere to it, include its representatives in the DCC (De-escalation and Coordination Committee) for Dhahran al-Janoub, and lift the siege on Taiz," a statement carried on Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.

Six attempts to clinch a ceasefire in Yemen have foundered, including a three-day October truce that fell apart as soon as it went into force.

Turkish FM says his country has killed 700 ISIS militants in Iraq
[RUDAW.NET] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
has killed more than 700 ISIS bully boyz in Iraq’s Bashiqa alone, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Saturday, as he strongly rejected claims that his country supports the terrorist group.

"What country has killed as many ISIS (ISIS) turbans as Turkey did?" the official Anadolu Agency quoted Cavusoglu as saying. "We eliminated more than 700 turbans in our Camp Bashiqa alone," he added. "Who is maintaining an active operation against ISIS beyond the Turkish border?"

In Iraq’s northern Nineveh Province near Bashiqa town, Turkey deployed military advisors to train Kurdish Peshmerga forces and the Sunni Hashd al-Watani militia to fight ISIS in that province last year.

Addressing a NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A single organization with differing goals, equipment, language, doctrine, and structure....
Parliamentary Assembly meeting in Istanbul, Cavusoglu was responding to claims by Armenian delegation head Koryun Nahapetyan about Ankara’s support for ISIS.

"Turkey is actively supporting ISIS, and the country's policies caused instability in the region," Nahapetyan had reportedly said.

"Unfortunately our Armenian friends are not honest," Cavusoglu retorted. "How can you say that we are supporting ISIS?"

Until early this year, Turkey was accused by the United States and European countries of allowing ISIS bully boyz passage across its borders into Syria.

"ISIS hates us," the Turkish foreign minister claimed. "We are fighting against them actively, both at home and abroad."

In early September Turkey launched Operation Euphrates Shield to support the Free Syrian Army
... the more palatable version of the Syrian insurgency, heavily influenced by the Moslem Brüderbund...
(FSA) in evicting ISIS from Syria's northern border area.

Around 1,760 square kilometers (680 square miles) of land in northern Syria have so far been cleared of ISIS turbans as part of the operation, according to Anadolu.

The Turkish foreign minister concluded his speech by adding that Turkey has also barred thousands of recruits from joining ISIS in Syria using Turkish land.

"No one is more effective than us at killing ISIS’s ideology," he said.

12 killed in fresh clashes in Sabha city
[Libya Observer] Seven people were killed and 25 others were maimed on Friday after festivities renewed in al-Minshiya neighborhood in downtown Sabha between tribal gangs.

The festivities first erupted on Thursday, when five people were killed, which makes the total of casualties hit 12 over the last two days.

The front man for Sabha Medical Center, Osama al-Wafi, said the center had declared the state of emergency and called on all of the medics to be present for assistance and treatment.

"Over 30 people arrived at the Sabha Medical Center and some needed urgent surgeries, but the lack of equipment and shortage of medics had entangled the situation."Al-Wafi added.

A delegation from notables and elders in Sabha was reportedly approached for pushing for a ceasefire, said the member of the Sabha municipal council, Ibrahim Mehrez, adding that the two conflicting tribal gangs could settle the fight straight.

Clashes continue, in the meantime, in al-Minshiya and al-Mahdiya neighborhoods amidst a closure of many main roads in the city and a huge presence of gunnies within residential areas.

"Some families had already started to leave the festivities zone to safer areas in Sabha due to the festivities." Sources indicated.

(LeT) Lion of Islam was killed in an encounter in Kakapora area of South Kashmire’s Pulwama district this evening while his accomplice fled.

Sources said that acting on a specific input, Police and Army’s 50 RR had laid an ambush in Begumbagh village of Kakapora in district Pulwama on a link road. Two holy warriors came on a motor cycle and on seeing the Army and Police, they tried to flee during which one Lion of Islam was killed.

Sources said that one Lion of Islam Majid was driving the bike and anther one Rayees Ahmad Dar was his pillion rider. When Majid noticed the security forces’ ambush, he made a quick U-turn and Rayees fell of the motor cycle and was killed in a brief shootout. One AK-47 rifle and magazines were recovered from him. Majid also left the bike a short distance from the encounter site and fled away on foot.

Security forces immediately cordoned off the area but the Lion of Islam had managed to flee from the area. The operation was later called off.

Rayees had joined the militancy a month ago. The killing of the Lion of Islam triggered massive protests and festivities in Kakapora and several areas of Pulwama district as youth came out on the streets and pelted stones on security forces and vehicles plying on roads.

The stone pelting was reported from Gadoora, Newa, Pahoo, Kakapora, Pinglina and Hassanwani areas of the district. The protesters at these places targeted scores of vehicles that were plying through these areas.

Deputy Inspector General of Police, South Kashmire, Nitesh Kumar told Excelsior that Rayees was a local newly-recruited Lion of Islam. He urged the local holy warriors to lay down arms before security forces and said that they will be rehabilitated.

Kumar said that he has directed all district SPs and SSPs of South Kashmire to open a special cell for the surrender and rehabilitation of local holy warriors in their districts. He appealed all the local holy warriors especially those who joined recently to surrender before the police.

The DIG said that the holy warriors who surrender would be rehabilitated so that they earn their livelihood. He said that they have tied up with some NGOs who will provide vocational training to the surrendered Lion of Islams. He said that there are 84 local holy warriors in South Kashmire.

Thousands protest PKK terrorism in Belgium
Thousands of Turks protested the PKK terrorist organization in Belgium's capital Brussels on Saturday, Anadolu reported.

According to Anadolu Agency reporters in the field, Turkish-origin protesters gathered in Schuman Square – home also to EU institutions such as the European Commission and the Council of the European Union. During the demonstration, people carried anti-terror banners, urging the EU to stop backing terrorism.
Apparently the Turkish government is as good at organizing rallies as ANSWER...
On Thursday, sympathizers of the PKK terrorist organization also held a protest in Schuman Square with the permission of the Belgian authorities.

Belgium has been criticized in the past for failing to act against the PKK. In August, the group's supporters in Brussels were allowed to celebrate the anniversary of the terror organization's first attack; five months earlier, sympathizers set up tents outside EU buildings ahead of a Turkey-EU summit.

Aside from Belgium, the PKK is also active in other EU countries such as Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Greece.

Obama Tries To Pass Last Second Executive Order, Furious After Congress Blocks His Attempt
As we all know the country has spoken and Donald Trump is set to be the 45th president of the United States. He won the election fair and square, despite what the whiny liberals have to say about it. Of course that means that with his victory, President Obama is on his way out.

We are literally two months away from having President Obama leave the White House. That is something that should be applauded, considering the destruction that he has caused the country over the past eight years. But there was a fear that some Republicans had regarding the time leftover in office.

This was put into place to make sure that Obama doesn’t try to sneak any last minute laws by that would further his agenda. Which means that any law that he thinks is going to get through is going to get shut down by the GOP controlled Congress.

All East Aleppo hospitals out of action
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] All hospitals in rebel-held eastern Aleppo are out of service after days of heavy air strikes on the besieged area of the Syrian city, its health directorate said late on Friday but a war monitor said some were still working.

"This destruction of infrastructure essential to life leaves the besieged, resolute people, including all children and elderly men and women, without any health facilities offering life-saving treatment ... leaving them to die," said the statement, sent to Rooters by an opposition official.

However,
there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened...
the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britannia-based war monitor, said that some hospitals were still operating in the besieged parts of Aleppo but that many residents were frightened to use them because of heavy shelling.

Medical sources, residents and rebels in eastern Aleppo say hospitals have been damaged in recent days by air strikes and helicopter barrel bombs, including direct hits on the buildings.

Health and rescue workers have previously been able to bring hospitals put out of service by air strikes back into operation but a lack of supplies is making that harder.

Intense air strikes have battered eastern Aleppo since Tuesday when the Syrian army and its allies resumed operations there after a pause lasting weeks, and they staged ground operations against hard boy positions on the front lines of besieged areas on Friday.

Syrian state television
... and if you can't believe state television who can you believe?
said on Tuesday the air force had targeted "terrorist strongholds and supply depots" in Aleppo. Russia has said its air force is only conducting air strikes in other parts of Syria. The Damascus government describes all the rebels fighting it as terrorists.

NSA turmoil could threaten Roger's job
A potential structural change to the US surveillance apparatus has thrown the tenure of the National Security Agency director, Michael Rogers, into doubt and increased the likelihood that Donald Trump will have a chance to substantially reshape the US intelligence agencies.

Even before Trump’s presidential victory, which Rogers last week said followed efforts by “a nation-state” to influence the electoral outcome, US intelligence was roiled by FBI director James Comey’s unprecedented interference in the election. US intelligence is experiencing internal turmoil just as Trump is placing hardliners in key national security roles.

Sources confirmed to the Guardian on Saturday that Rogers’ job as head of the NSA was in jeopardy, as his superiors ponder a decision that would divorce the surveillance giant from its adjunct military command, the US Cyber Command (Cybercom).

Since its 2010 inception, Cybercom, a cybersecurity and digital-attack entity, has been a conjoined twin with the surveillance and cryptographic specialists of the NSA. While the NSA collects vast communications and digital data and performs acts of subterfuge, Cybercom is charged with protecting US military networks and attacking the digital networks of foreign adversaries. Also since Cybercom’s inception, critics have fretted that the two missions – espionage and military operations in cyberspace – are not a natural fit.

A resolution to that debate has long been deferred, since the NSA’s technical expertise was considered essential to creating Cybercom. Rogers testified to Congress in 2015 that he “strongly recommend[s]” keeping both entities united.

But in recent years, splitting the so-called “dual hat” arrangement, whereby a single military officer runs both enterprises, has taken on momentum. James Clapper, the director of national intelligence (DNI), has recommended the divorce.

“I do think that we’ve reached the point where each of these responsibilities, as, you know, the Cybercom commander and director of NSA, are large enough and of sufficient magnitude that they should be separate,” Clapper told a New York audience last month.
That's a statement of either magnificent stupidity or epic malignancy. It would leave one collecting to no particular point and the other operating blindly. The two are dependent on each other, with the tasking chains driving each other in a feedback loop.
Should the split go forward, Rogers would be a casualty. Sources said Ashton Carter, the US defense secretary, would replace Rogers at Cybercom. Carter has lost confidence in Rogers following high-profile security breaches at the NSA – precisely the situation Rogers was tapped in 2014 to prevent after whistleblower Edward Snowden’s disclosures. With a post-divorce NSA run by a civilian, instead of a general or flag officer, Rogers would be out of a job.

It is unclear whether Barack Obama will resolve the NSA-Cybercom future before leaving office. Clapper this week announced he would resign once Trump took office, a move likely to limit his influence over what is sure to be a contentious reshuffling – and one that Obama cannot make unilaterally. The chairman of the Senate armed services committee, John McCain of Arizona, has vowed to reject the next NSA director if Obama “prematurely” separates the NSA and Cybercom.

The precariousness of Rogers’ directorship was first reported by the Washington Post. NSA representatives did not immediately return a request for comment.

Rogers may end up having a stabilizing force in Trump. The Post reported that Rogers, without notifying his superiors, met with Trump on Thursday in New York. On Friday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Rogers was Trump’s leading candidate to replace Clapper as DNI, though the Intercept reported the Trump team was considering abolishing the position altogether.

Should Rogers leave the NSA, Trump would have a freer hand to remake the surveillance giant in his image than supporters or critics expected. The NSA directorship is not tied to the presidential calendar, and Rogers’ predecessor, army Gen Keith Alexander, for example, served for nine years.

NC governor race still undeclared as Republicans say 'dead people and felons were casting ballots'
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News]
  • Gov Pat McCrory is trailing Democratic challenger Roy Cooper in race

  • McCrory, who is trailing by nearly 6,300 votes, has not conceded

  • Republican's allege that dead people and felons were casting votes

  • If McCrory trails by 10,000 or fewer votes once final tallies are submitted, he could demand a recount
Posted by: Fred || 11/20/2016 00:00 || Comments || Link || E-Mail|| [6 views] Top|| File under:

#1  Key element is McCrory was ahead by over 20 thousand until well after most counts were tallied, Durham county "found" 90,000 ballots that went about 70-30 for the Democrat. A Superior Court Judge was recently quoted as saying, “Durham historically hasn’t figured out how to carry out an election properly.”

examination of same-day student registrations revealed that 240 students at Duke University were living at ‘1 Duke University Road, Durham.’ no such address was located. However, did find a gravel parking lot that had about 20 cars in it and a shed.

a quick check on 30 names on the list through Social Media found that at least 60% of the names linked to a social account that identified the students as from another state.

At North Carolina Central University (NCCU), 340 students were registered to the college’s generic address of 1801 Fayetteville Road, Durham, NC.

several hundred fraudulent absentee ballots, corroborated by a forensic handwriting expert, all voting a straight Democrat ticket ... described the situation as an “absentee ballot mill,” and it was perpetuated by the Bladen County Improvement Association PAC, which is funded by the North Carolina Democrat Party.

Absentee ballots require two witnesses to sign off on their authenticity, unless a notary signs as witness. The witnesses who signed off on these ballots have all received financial compensation from the Bladen County Improvement Association PAC, for “Get Out the Vote” efforts, according to financial disclosures.

That's just TWO counties and a thousand or more improper or forged ballots. There are allegedly irregularities in 50 or more of the 100 counties, most of them Democrat strongholds, enough to swing local races and in aggregate enough to swing the state wide races.

And remember this Democrat Cooper is the one that had the VoterID Law in North Carolina suspended before voting began and has fought all fraud prevention efforts in that state as the Attorney General.

How convenient on all those accounts.

Thank God Trump managed to exceed the margin of cheating and win the state. Think how much wider his margin of winning was if you get rid of the fraud Hillary votes!

#5  ...In hindsight, this was the race where we should have expected the Dems to really run up the black flag, show no mercy, and give no quarter - McCrory literally spat in their face with the bathroom laws, and made it clear he wasn't backing down. IMHO, as far as they were concerned they HAD to win this one. On top of that, the MSM ignored the fact that the social beating NC was taking wasn't getting them to think twice but rather making a lot of people dig in who would otherwise might have been urging popular opinion towards a compromise/repeal.

Perhaps our new AG-designate might mention that elections like this need, perhaps, a quick look from the new DOJ. Might end this right quick.

#1  In my opinion it is immigration and the French economy that will determine the outcome of the French election. But Brexit and Donald Trump are undeniable harbingers of thing to come.

Mayor Anne Hidalgo's apparent delusion with climate change, as a political strategy, may very well be the overriding misconception that dooms her to the same fate as Hillary Clinton.

For those who may not be familiar with Marine Le Pen I think this would be an excellent introduction.
This interview took place before the U.S. election and I dearly wished at the time (and I still do) that Donald Trump would be able to enunciate these things as clearly in English as Marine Le Pen does in French.

It's about 23 minutes long but I think you will find it well worth your time.

Others make me laugh. But you all have one thing in common, you only have a place in my world to entertain me. Your entire existence depends on my patronage. That’s it.

I don’t really care where you stand on issues. Honestly, your stance matters far less to me than that of my neighbor. You see, you aren’t real. I turn off my TV or shut down my computer and you cease to exist in my world. Once I am done with you, I can put you back in your little box until I want you to entertain me again.

And I'm also supposed to care that you will leave this great country because Trump has becomes president? Ha. Please don't forget to close the door behind you. We'd like to reserve your seat for someone who loves this country and really wants to be here.

‐ ISIS-affiliated bad boy group in Egypt ‐ has released images purporting to show the execution of a 100-year-old man.

The group, who rebranded as ISIS-Sinai when they pledged allegiance to the bad boy group holding swathes of Iraq and Syria, killed Sheikh Sulaiman Abu Haraz after kidnapping him earlier.

Abu Haraz, considered one of the symbolic Sufi holy mans and elders of the Sinai Peninsula, was taken by the group from in front of his house in Arish city under gun point.

ISIS-Sinai accused the elderly sheikh of "practicing witchcraft".
Ynet adds:

affiliate in Egypt says it has beheaded two men that it mistakenly described in a statement as priests, but were later identified by locals as leading religious figures from among Sinai's Bedouins.

Pictures were posted on the Twitter accounts of the group's supporters. They showed one of the men, elderly with a white beard and kneeling in an orange jumpsuit with his neck pressed against a steel stand. Masked IS executioners dressed in black raised long swords over his head.

Locals identified the man as the blind Sufi sheikh Suleiman Abu Heraz, who was kidnapped two weeks ago from his farm south of the peninsula's town of el-Arish. The second man was identified as sheikh Said Abdel-Fattah, a top Religious Endowment holy man kidnapped a month ago.

Thousands march in Malaysian capital calling for PM Najib to step down
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Thousands of anti-government protesters marched in Malaysia’s capital on Saturday demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Najib Razak over his alleged involvement in a multi-billion dollar misappropriation scandal.

Clad in yellow shirts and unfazed by arrests of activists and opposition leaders just hours before the rally, protesters marched from various spots towards the heart of Kuala Lumpur amid tight security.

The mood among those gathered was festive, with drums and vuvuzelas heard along with speeches, songs and chants by participants calling for a clean Malaysia and people power.

Denial
The demonstration is unlikely to shake Najib, who has denied wrongdoing and weathered the crisis, consolidating power by cracking down on dissenters and curbing media groups and activists.

The head of pro-democracy group Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih) - the organizers of Saturday’s rally - was placed in durance vile
Don't shoot, coppers! I'm comin' out!
on Friday, along with several other supporters of the demonstration, including opposition leaders and student activists.

Police have said the Bersih rally is illegal.

"We are not here to bring down the country. We love this country! We are not here to tear down the government, we’re here to strengthen it," Bersih deputy chair Shahrul Aman Shaari told the crowds gathered at the National Mosque.

Another Bersih leader Hishamuddin Rais was arrested on Saturday at the protest area, with police also issuing warnings to other participants. State news agency Bernama said about 7,000 coppers will be on duty near the protest area.

In a speech uploaded on his website on Friday, Najib said the protesters were "a tool of the opposition".

"Their movement is deceitful. It is clear that these street protests are in fact the opposition disguised as an independent NGO working to unseat a democratically elected government," said Najib, who is in Peru to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.

Azalina Othman Said, a minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, on Saturday said it was unlawful for any party to try to unseat a democratically-elected government via street protests.

Moslem Leader In US: Islam Is Not Here To Integrate. Islam Is Here To Dominate
At least there is one Muslim in America who is open and honest about what Islam is and what it is here for. No taqiyya, no mincing of words. Islam is here to dominate.

Haitham Ibn Thbait, of the American chapter of Hizbut Tahrir,
...an al-Qaeda recruiting organization banned in most countries. It calls for the reestablishment of the Caliphate...
told American Muslims earlier this year that Islam was not here to integrate, but rather to dominate.
The Hizb is an al-Qaeda recruiting front, which is why it's banned in most countries, to include Great Britain. It was the parent of al-Muhajiroun, Anjem Choudry's mob.
"The Prophet said: ’There is no god but Allah,’ said Thbait. "Instead the [elites of Mecca]rejected. They offered the Prophet wealth, status, and political representation ‐ a seat on the executive branch within Mecca’s secular order ‐ all to avoid this statement and its implications. Yet he rejected their offers and continued his journey towards radical change, providing us with step-by-step instructions on how to make this religion supreme."

"The elites of Mecca would use every possible measure to coerce or contain Muhammad’s call for change within specific parameters," he added. "Those parameters would permit the changing of anything that did not threaten their system and infringe on their power. But this message is not here to integrate. It is here to dominate. Islam is here to dominate! This was an ideological struggle, the sole purpose of which was to organize Man’s affairs in accordance with a system revealed by Allah."

"There was no room for compromise," Thbait continued. "Instead Allah revealed to the Prophet, saying: ’Proclaim openly, as commanded, and turn away from those who associate others with Allah.’ ’Proclaim openly, as commanded by Allah’ ‐ this is our activism. It is free of polytheism, the polytheism of a secular system. Activism within a flawed infidel system is forbidden."

There is definitely a problem with polytheism in our land, but Islam will not help that since it is a flawed ideology that thrives on death, not life, and because it is an anti-christ religion at its heart.

According to the witnesses, two pistil-wielding men have carried out the murder of the SNA soldier which occurred at Mogadishu’s Tarabunka junction last night. Reports said the gunmen have fled from the scene before the arrival of the security forces who later conducted an investigation into the shooting incident.

In a separate incident, unidentified assailants killed another soldier in Suqa Holaha area in Mogadishu, where is believed to be a hotbed for Al Shabaab militants.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, but police said they believed Al Shabaab was responsible for both killings in Mogadishu last night.

-Lurid Crime Tales-
Grandson of Rep. Danny Davis shot to death in Chicago
[CNN] The grandson of a sitting congressman was shot to death in reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown
... home of Al Capone, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel,...
Friday evening.

Jovan Wilson, 15, was shot in the head over a dispute about gym shoes in the boy's Englewood home, police said. Rep. Danny Davis, a Democrat who has represented Chicago in Congress for two decades, confirmed his grandson's death Saturday.

"His father had just told me about how proud of him," Davis said at a news conference, "that he was because he was catching on and realizing that all of his life was in front of him."

Police said two people forced their way into Wilson's residence before a physical altercation ensued and an unknown male offender began to fire shots.

No suspects were immediately in jug Saturday morning, but Anthony Guglielmi, a Chicago police front man, said a person of interest has been identified.

Chicago Police front man Officer Jose Estrada, who earlier characterized the incident as a home invasion, said police believe it was "not a random act" and that "somebody in the residence did know the offenders."

Estrada could not confirm whether Wilson knew the suspect.

A source with knowledge of the investigation said the incident began as an argument over a personal matter related to clothing and eventually led to the victim being shot. The offenders then expeditiously departed at a goodly pace.

Pentagon and intelligence community chiefs have urged Obama to remove the head of the NSA
Typical: gestures matter to them so much more than effectiveness. By the time President Trump's person takes over shortly after January 21st, the replacement will have just about found the executive washroom, but still won't know about the private dining room.
[WASHINGTONPOST] The heads of the Pentagon and the nation’s intelligence community have recommended to President B.O. that the director of the National Security Agency, Adm. Michael S. Rogers, be removed.

The recommendation, delivered to the White House last month, was made by Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter and Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr., according to several U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

Action has been delayed, some administration officials said, because relieving Rogers of his duties is tied to another controversial recommendation: to create separate chains of command at the NSA and the military’s cyberwarfare unit, a recommendation by Clapper and Carter that has been stalled because of other issues.

The news comes as Rogers is being considered by President-elect Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
to be his nominee for director of national intelligence to replace Clapper as the official who oversees all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. In a move apparently unprecedented for a military officer, Rogers, without notifying superiors, traveled to New York to meet with Trump on Thursday at Trump Tower. That caused consternation at senior levels of the administration, according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal personnel matters.

The White House, Pentagon and Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined to comment. The NSA did not respond to requests for comment. Carter has concerns with Rogers’s performance, officials said. The driving force for Clapper, meanwhile, was the separation of leadership roles at the NSA and U.S. Cyber Command, and his stance that the NSA should be headed by a civilian.

Pres. Elect Trump eyes ex-Sen. Scott Brown to run VA
[Washington Examiner] Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown is a candidate to be nominated secretary of veterans affairs for the incoming Trump administration, according to a Boston Globe report Friday evening.

Brown, a military veteran, said President-elect Trump called him Friday to tell him that he was under consideration.

"He said he's making his highest recommendation to his committee that they consider me," Brown said.

He said Trump asked him what his passion was, to which he replied, "military service."

"Quite honestly, it's the toughest Cabinet position," Brown said he told Trump. "It transcends party."

Trump once floated Brown as a potential vice presidential running mate, before settling on Indiana Gov. Mike Pence.

Brown won a special election in 2010 to replace the late Ted Kennedy as Massachusetts senator and serve out the remainder of his term ending in 2013. He later lost bid to serve a full term to Democrat Elizabeth Warren.

Brown then relocated to New Hampshire and ran an unsuccessful campaign for Senate in 2014 to unseat Democrat Jeanne Shaheen. He endorsed Trump for president in February, just before the New Hampshire primary.

I say let President Trump appoint all these people out of the senate to make it stronger by promoting moderate RINOs he can fire later, and replacing them with conservatives in the Senate.

Maybe he can find an appointment for McConel and Ryan to get them out of the way.

-War on Police-
Why So Many Police are Being Murdered
[Police and LE Magazine] The murders of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Steve Owen and Palm Springs Police Officers Jose "Gil" Vega and Leslie Zerebny by two crazed and armed career criminals underscore what all cops and their families already know--there is indeed a war on police. It is, in fact, the age-old battle of good versus evil.

Although the investigations of all three murders are currently ongoing, we already know some facts that have been released by the victim officers' individual departments. And it is important that we understand what happened in these tragedies.

The Best of Us

Career LASD Sgt. Steve Owen was, at 53, ready to retire. He was investigating a burglary on Oct. 5 when he reportedly encountered career criminal and parolee Trenton Trevon Lovell, 27, of Lancaster, CA, behind an apartment building. There was a brief gun battle between the two. Owen was wounded.

L.A. County Sheriff Jim McDonnell told the press that after wounding Owen, Lovell stood over the deputy and pumped four more bullets into his head "execution style."

Officials say Lovell attempted to flee in the sergeant's patrol car. However, he was soon confronted by a second deputy who opened fire on the suspect in the vehicle. Lovell then reportedly rammed this deputy's patrol car, injuring him as well. Lovell was wounded in the exchange of gunfire and was taken into custody.
Con't.

Sisi praises Trump, expects more US engagement in region
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi praised US President-elect Donald Trump and said he expected greater engagement in the Middle East from his administration, in an interview with Portuguese media.

The former Egyptian army chief had strained relations with outgoing President Barack Obama's administration, which had temporarily suspended military aid after Sisi toppled his elected predecessor in 2013.

"Personally I respect and appreciate" Trump, Sisi said according to an English translation of his remarks to Portuguese news agency LUSA published on Saturday.

"I believe that President-elect Trump will be more rigorously engaged with the issues of the region," he said.

"As a matter of fact President-elect Trump has shown deep and great understanding of what is taking place in the region as a whole and what is taking place in Egypt," he added. "That is why I am looking forward, and I am expecting more support and more reinforcement of our bilateral relations".

Trump's tough-on-terrorism rhetoric has appeal among Egyptian officials, as the country faces a jihadist insurgency that has killed hundreds of policemen and soldiers.

Sisi, who had met Trump in September in New York, downplayed Trump's calls to ban or extremely vet Muslims entering the United States.

"We have got to draw a distinction between the rhetoric that takes place within presidential campaigns and the real and actual administration of a country after the inauguration of a president," he said.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
At Least 17 Killed, Dozens Injured in E. Aleppo As Terrorists Disperse Protesters with Machine Gun Fire
[ENGLISH.ALMANAR.LB] At least 17 people were killed by heavy gunfire and about a dozen more were rounded up and executed after hundreds of civilians trying to leave eastern Aleppo protested against the terrorist blockade of exit routes, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Some 500 civilians took part in several protests in the terrorist-occupied eastern part of Aleppo on Thursday, and at least 200 of them were trying to reach the Syrian government-controlled area at the time they were violently dispersed with live fire, Russian Defense Ministry front man Igor Konashenkov said.

"The snuffies dispersed the demonstration, shooting at the protesters from a heavy machine gun and then mined all the approaches to the checkpoint and placed snipers on the roofs of nearby houses," Konashenkov said, as quoted by Sputnik news agency.

"Seventeen people died at the site, including two teenagers of 13 and 15 years of age, over 40 people were maimed," he added.

Upon quelling one of the rallies, snuffies launched a hunt for the presumed organizers of the protests, the ministry front man said.

"Terrorists detained about 10 men, who they held to be ’organizers’ of the riots, and drove them away in an unknown direction. They were rubbed out the same evening," Konashenkov said.

Schumer: Trump 'was not my friend'
[THEHILL] Incoming Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer

had a close relationship in the past.

"He was not my friend. We never went golfing together, even had a meal together," Schumer said in an interview with Politico published Saturday.

"He’s called me, we’ve had civil conversations a couple of times. But I’ve got to see what he does."

Schumer is set to be the Senate Democratic caucus's lead negotiator with Trump's administration.

During the campaign, Trump claimed that his relationship with Schumer would help him reach bipartisan deals as president.

"Hey look, I think I’ll be able to get along well with Chuck Schumer," Trump said in an interview with MSNBC’s "Morning Joe" in January. "I was always very good with Schumer. I was close to Schumer in many ways."

Trump's father and Schumer's father were both in the construction business and worked together on many projects. The kids would play together while the parents inspected the property. There were other occasions they got together as well.

Three Pakistani Men Apprehended in U.S. at Arizona Border
[BREITBART] Three Pak men were apprehended after crossing into the U.S. from Mexico in the Tucson Sector. A combination of sources -- including official confirmation from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) -- revealed the men were in fact apprehended and are currently in U.S. federal custody.

Breitbart Texas sources first released the information and CBP confirmed via email. CPB responded:

U.S. Border Patrol agents in Nogales, AZ, apprehended three Pak nationals on Nov. 11. As a standard procedure, agents processed the individuals and checked their identities against numerous law enforcement and national security related databases. Record checks revealed no derogatory information about the individuals. The individuals are currently in Federal custody while they await the outcome of their immigration cases.

Additional information on the individuals was obtained by federal agents working under the umbrella of CBP, but it is important to note that the additional details were not confirmed by CBP.

"One of them had a shit load of hits from a bunch of places he’s been. He had entered and exited numerous countries that were not in his route to the U.S. This raises red flags because people leaving a foreign country to come here usually take the quickest route, but one of them did not," said one of the sources.

The source continued, "One of the men had his hair died blonde to disguise his appearance and all of the men spoke perfect English."

Breitbart Texas previously broke the news that five men from Pakistain and one from Afghanistan were caught within 17 miles of the U.S.-Mexico border in the same vicinity as the current apprehensions of Pak men. In that case, the FBI later confirmed to other news outlets that the details from Breitbart Texas sources were correct.
