Punk rocker admits wearing ammo-studded belt on Pace campus was bad idea after sparking evacuation
[Daily News - New York] A Pace University student bit the bullet Friday and admitted that donning an ammo-studded belt to wear to his lower Manhattan campus was a serious fashion faux pas.

Saad Al Saud, a 19-year-old freshman from Saudi Arabia who goes by "Rex," said he had no idea his cartridge-carrying belt was going to cause such chaos.

"This got blown out of proportion," Al Saud told the Daily News. "Everyone was safe it was just an inconvenience. I don't think anyone should be held accountable."

A punk rocker whose wealthy family is in real estate, Al Saud said he’d worn his bullet belt many times since buying it.

Must have been an off day - a good cricket bowler hits the century mark!
[TheAmericanMirror] Even when he’s appearing with a revolutionary of modern society, Barack Obama can’t help but talk about himself.

Rhodes Univ. Decolonizing - Humanising the university (safe) space through Umrhabulo
[Rhodes - Latest News] Rhodes University launched the first series of Umrhabulo: Breaking Bread talks, a programme through which interested staff and students converge to discuss the prospect of a university committed to social justice and Ubuntu.
UMRABULO - Word used to inspire political discussion and debate among convicted terrorists at Robben Island prison. This concept was revived in 1996 when the communist ANC published the first edition of Umrabulo.
The first event of the series, hosted on Thursday, 14 September, unpacked how teaching practices can be entrenched not just in knowledge, but also in humanity under the theme Humanising pedagogy.

The discussion took inspiration from Bell Hook and intellectual Cornel West, in their book, Breaking Bread: Insurgent Black Intellectual Life.

The premise of the discussion was the collective understanding that South African universities, and Rhodes, are at a crossroads with constituencies calling for the decolonisation of the university space, a reform of curriculums, teaching methods, and knowledge offering.

Dr Siphokazi Magadla, Senior Lecturer at the Political & International Studies department, led the discussion together with retired Rhodes University scholar, Professor Michael Joseph, chaired by Nompulelelo Babeli.

"We know that things must change, but we do not know exactly how. Where do we go from here? How do we guard against disillusionment? were the pertinent questions of the evening.

According to Babeli, "our aim is to begin to imagine a university in which students are central, social justice is served, and the African context is fully recognised".

Western teaching methods were said to play a role in de-humanising and alienating the African child. Therefore, there needs to be an establishment of a safe space for mutual vulnerability.

Dr Magadla sees learning as a space of both passion and pleasure. Drawing on author, feminist and social activist Bell Hook’s work, Magadla views scholarship not as an abstract inquiry, but as community work.

Dick Morris: No impeachment for president with 60% approval rating
[Washington Times] During a speech at the Metropolitan Republican Club in Manhattan to highlight his new book, "Rogue Spooks: The Intelligence War on Donald Trump," political operative and commentator Dick Morris outlined the Deep State’s attempt to unseat duly elected President Donald Trump from power and the strategy Trump seems to be using to combat Obama operatives in our intelligence agencies.

According to Morris, upon gaining office in 2008, President Obama began a secret process to "weaponize" our intelligence capability in a bid to maintain power for the Left and weaken the Right’s hold on the American intelligence and defense establishment. Hundreds of personnel in the intelligence and military fields were fired in order to clear the way for Obama loyalists to implement the new agenda of using the military industrial complex to stay in power and promote a Marxist agenda rather than fight our enemies.

To the Deep State, Trump is seen as a disruptive figure who could end the power and privilege of those who shape American policy from a shadowy vantage point behind the scenes. Therefore the Deep State decided, upon being surprised by Trump’s election, to remove the irritant. Since none of the broadsides the Left used during the election worked, Trump’s enemies finally decided on a strategy of using a complete falsehood against him‐collaboration with the Russians. Their goal was to employ mass disinformation and create such uncertainty among the American public that a special prosecutor would be empaneled. It worked.

The outcome we see today was created by Obama using illegal surveillance and unmasking against Trump campaign figures to plant ’time bombs’ which went off once the Trump team was put in place, further eroding public perception. Hence the clearly planned accusations against Mike Flynn, Jeff Sessions, et cetera.

These disinformation and subterfuge techniques were honed by our intelligence services during the Cold War removing communist governments around the third world. According to Morris, Obama simply decided to use them against an American president. Morris also made the case that the techniques were also used against Kennedy, as well as Nixon.

However, there is a strategy which seems to be working for Trump as he fights the Obama Deep State‐it’s called competence. Trump’s policies are working, quickly, to heal the economy and make America great again. According to Morris, a president with a 60% approval rating, simply cannot be impeached. There would be violence in the streets. He used this strategy effectively while working for Clinton during his impeachment proceedings.

Morris sees Trump’s recent statements on DACA and other explosive issues, as a way to increase the overall approval rating among Americans. Morris offered some advice on DACA‐let them stay but don’t allow them to become citizens and bring in millions of chain migrants.

The speech was insightful and well received by the audience.

Push to unseal the draft Whitewater indictment against Hillary Clinton gets court date
[McClatchy] A federal appeals court will hear a case brought by Judicial Watch on Friday to make public draft indictments of Hillary Clinton from the Whitewater scandal in the 1990s.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that files Freedom of Information Act requests, wants copies of the documents that the National Archives and Records Administration has declined to release. It filed a FOIA request for the documents in March 2015 and in October 2015 the group sued for the 238 pages of responsive records.

According to Judicial Watch: "The National Archives argues that the documents should be kept secret, citing grand jury secrecy and Clinton’s personal privacy."

But Judicial Watch says that because so much about the Whitewater case has already been made public, "there is no secrecy or privacy left to protect."

Third World Quarterly publishes "The Case for Colonialism" leading to censorship demands
BLUF:
[LI] Rather than celebrating the open mindedness of the journal’s publishing a piece challenging some of the central paradigms of their discipline, and taking this challenge as an opportunity to refute the piece, numerous academics have cried ’foul’ and are calling for the retraction of the article and for sanctioning the author and the editors.

Members of the editorial board have threatened to resign. Some have threatened to boycott the journal entirely (even not to cite it). Cries of racism and ’white supremacy’ dominating academia have naturally followed.

It is ironic that those outraged are so blinded by their own self-perceived (and frequently self-serving) victim status that they fail to see that it is precisely the overwhelming success of their own anti-colonial orthodoxy, rendering the defense of colonialism so marginal, that makes it possible for a journal like Third World Quarterly to view publishing such a piece as unthreatening in the first place.

Europe
Socialism Corrupts and Absolute Socialism Corrupts Absolutely
h/t Instapundit
There is a scene in one of Leo Frankowski’s Cross-Time Engineer series in which his main character ‐ a time-displaced engineer trying to prepare Poland for the Mongol onslaught ‐ comes across a rampaging Mongol party and a bunch of merchants.

In this scene, the Mongols order the merchants to kneel and present necks. And then start beheading them.

Frankowski’s character intervenes and slaughters the raiding party of Mongols, saving the merchants, then asks the merchants why they obeyed the order to kneel, knowing they’d be slaughtered. "Because otherwise, they’d do something worse," the merchants say.

I think of that scene every time I’m in Europe and dealing with the "local style" ‐ or even here ‐ interacting with the kind of government bureaucracy that expects us to kneel and present our necks.

By and large here it’s not advanced to the point of making us fully helpless, unless it’s in specialized areas and circumstances, like say New Orleans after Katrina.

Europe, though...

Judge Roy Moore: We Removed God from Schools, Shootings and Death Filled the Void
[Breitbart] CNN is lamenting the fact that GOP frontrunner for the U.S. Senate in Alabama Judge Roy Moore told pastors and Christians in a speech last month that shootings and killings in American society are the result of removing God from schools.

Andrew Kaczynski’s KFile on CNN dug up a video of Moore from late August speaking at Citizen Impact USA, making the comments that have CNN and the GOP establishment in Washington similarly freaked out.

"We are losing the acknowledgement of God and I’m standing here talking to Christians and pastors and I’m telling you we’re losing the acknowledgement of God," Moore said, per CNN’s report.

After, per Kaczynski, Moore began "reciting several verses from the Old Testament book of Hosea that deal with lack of knowledge of God," the front-running candidate for the U.S. Senate in Alabama argued that shootings and killings in U.S. society today is because of the lack of God in public life.

"You wonder why we’re having shootings, and killings here in 2017? Because we’ve asked for it," Moore said. "We’ve taken God out of everything. We’ve taken prayer out of school, we’ve taken prayer out of council meetings."

#1  Hear Hear!!! Couldn't be more correct! Government replacing personal and congregational values means that there are NO values. Note the violence in colleges; the lack of any moral values including the attack on the concept of marriage. Government decided that if there was a marriage of a man and a woman, it would not help support any children of that union; so, we have multi-generations of single parent children usually with either no committed male role model or a revolving door of here today gone tomorrow people.

Pelosi: DREAMers' Parents Did A Great Thing For Our Country By Bringing Them Here Illegally
[Hot Air] Watching this, I keep thinking of that Hillary clip from 2014 that made the rounds a few weeks ago in which she said "Just because your child gets across the border, that doesn’t mean the child gets to stay." Conservatives pointed to that as proof that even the reigning Democratic nominee opposes a DREAM amnesty, but huffy lefties complained that Clinton was being taken out of context. She was referring to children who had *recently* crossed the border, they said, not to children who were brought here years ago and had built a life in America. Obviously Democrats don’t support opening the borders to let any child in whose parents want them to come.

But they do support that, in principle. If that’s not the takeaway from Pelosi’s shpiel here, what is? DREAM kids have contributed much to America, she notes, therefore it’s wonderful that their parents broke the law in bringing them here. (Pause here to reflect on the Democratic leader in the House openly praising illegal immigration as "great.") Unless she has evidence that child illegals crossing the border today would contribute less than current DACA enrollees, there’s no obvious reason by her logic why the practice shouldn’t be allowed to continue. Which, in fact, is what a lot of Democrats do want, including the lovely people who shut down her press conference a few days ago and whom she won’t criticize here except in the gentlest, most politic terms.

China-Japan-Koreas
Russia-China NORK Electromagnet Pulse (EMP) Nuclear Blast Testing?
[PJ] If North Korea detonated a nuclear device 200 kilometers above the Earth in order to create an electromagnetic pulse, would the U.S. counterstrike North Korea with conventional and perhaps nuclear weapons?

The answer had better be "hell yes."

Everyone agrees: an EMP attack over or near U.S., Japanese, or South Korean territory is a physical attack that would wreak havoc with communications, the power grid, and civilian physical infrastructure.

This quip makes the point with bumper sticker clarity: "EMP kills EMS."

American emergency medical systems, or EMS, depend on mobile communications to route EMS ambulances to accident sites and citizens in physical distress. An EMP attack would knock out a seizure victim's cell phone, the county EMS communication center, and the communications on the EMS ambulance. It would likely fry all of the electronics on the vehicle. If the ambulance has an electronic microchip key and a fancy-superkeen electronic ignition button, it might not even start.

#4  Re: #3, most likely won't happen. Vacuum tube tech too bulky and consume too much power as well. Not likely to meet human safely regulations (to prevent electrocution of patents) Also will need a generator to power the equipment, batteries will not last very long.

Miniature vacuum tube tech too small to survive EMP. No such thing as vacuum tube computers/controllers (there are low bits processors, but not enough to be useful in complex medical tech.) It would be easier and probably cheaper to just harden current medical techs.

#6  Re: #3, most likely won't happen. Vacuum tube tech too bulky and consume too much power as well. Not likely to meet human safely regulations (to prevent electrocution of patents) Also will need a generator to power the equipment, batteries will not last very long.
They had EKG's etc. long before semiconductor technology was invented. The old tech didn't kill that many people. Either make the equipment EMP resistant or accept that many will die when an EMP event occurs, an event that can't be prevented. After the EMP event, power will come either from generators or not at all. I don't know how solar panels respond to EMP.

#9  I once worked an ER in a hospital where outside power and backup generators failed in succession. Flashlights were the only way to see anything. The only link between the hospital and the outside world was a standard land-line phone in the ER. All the other phones in the entire facility depended on either outside power or the backup generator. Most of our high tech gear had hours of built-in battery backup.

Samantha Power Sought to Unmask Americans on an ‘Almost Daily Basis'
[Free Beacon] Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power "unmasked" some 260 people in 2016, including in the lead-up to President Donald Trump's inauguration, according to a new report.

Most of Power's unmasking happened in the final months of former President Barack Obama's administration, Fox News reports.
And you were providing the names of the unmasked to whom again Ms. Poser ?
"Unmasking" refers to the process of revealing the names of individuals which are otherwise obscured but incidentally collected in intelligence reports. Some have suggested that Power, along with former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, may have misused the unmasking procedure, including by unmasking Trump campaign associates in the lead-up to the 2016 election.

In July, Rep. Devin Nunes (R., Calif.), the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, wrote to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats to inform him that the committee had learned "that one official, whose position had no apparent intelligence-related function, made hundreds of unmasking requests during the final year of the Obama Administration." That official is likely to be Power.

Power, who served as U.N. ambassador from 2013 to 2017 during the Obama administration, did not respond to a request for comment from Fox. However, a previous statement from her lawyer noted that "while serving as our Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Power was also a member of the National Security Council responsible for advising the President on the full-range of threats confronting the United States. Any insinuation that Ambassador Power was involved in leaking classified information is absolutely false."

U.S. Officials Express ‘Urgent Need' to Unravel Mystery of ‘Sonic' Attacks on Diplomats
[Free Beacon] The United States and Cuba went forward with their first formal diplomatic meeting since President Trump was elected in the face of calls from several GOP senators to kick out all Cuban diplomats in Washington‐and possibly shut down the embassy‐if the Cuban government cannot provide more information about the mysterious "sonic" attacks on U.S. diplomats in Havana.

State Department officials and Cuban government representatives met in Washington Tuesday for the sixth meeting of the Bilateral Commission, a formal working group established under President Barack Obama's policy of renewing diplomatic and economic ties with the island nation.

The State Department provided a terse read-out of the meeting Wednesday morning, noting that it "provided an opportunity to discuss the incidents affecting diplomatic personnel at the U.S. Embassy in Havana."

"The United States reiterated its deep concern for the safety and security of the U.S. Embassy community in Havana and the urgent need to identify the cause of these incidents and to ensure they cease," the read-out states.

Stop it with the advanced Cuban acoustic technology. I blame DARPA volunteers and improper implant settings.

Teenage boy, 17, is sixth person arrested over Parsons Green bucket bomb attack as police raid address in south London
[DailyMail]
  • Police raided the house in Thornton Heath, south London shortly after midnight

  • A 17-year-old boy was taken to a south London police station for questioning

  • Officers are continuing to search five houses in connection with the attack
And an earlier Daily Mail article identifies yesterday's arrested painter-decorator:
The man, named as asylum seeker Bilal Mohammed, 25, was pinned down by armed officers in the middle of the street in Newport, South Wales – more than 130 miles from the scene of Friday's attack in London.

Two other suspects, aged 30 and 48, were arrested a few hours later just two miles away in a raid on a 'halfway house' for asylum seekers.

Locals said Mohammed is a Kurdish student and part-time painter and decorator from Iraq, the same country as the teenage refugee suspected of planting the Parsons Green bomb.

Bilal Rehman, an elder at the mosque where Mohammed is said to have worshipped until around six months ago, claimed last night that he may have already been on the police radar. He said: 'He came to the UK when he was 15 or 16 for a safe haven.

'He was a gentle, quiet man who was studying construction or something to do with the building trade at college in Cardiff. But I think he may have already been known to the police. Officers went to his house about a year ago – they found books, I think.'

One local Muslim resident claimed the suspect had recently started receiving visitors in expensive cars from London. He said: 'He was always very humble, happy to be in the UK. But recently he started to receive visitors from people driving Mercedes and Jeeps, expensive cars with registration plates from London dealerships. It was very odd.'
Update at 10:40 a.m. EDT from the headline DM article -- wa haz a photo and a more accurate name for the painter-decorator, or what used to be called a handyman: Mahdi Ramadi, known as Bilal

Syrian Army kills Al-Qaeda emir of Aleppo in northern Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] The al-Qaeda linked Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham group launched a large-scale offensive in the northern countryside of the Hama Governorate, Tuesday, targeting the key town of Ma’an near the Hama-Idlib Highway.

However,
ars longa, vita brevis...
the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham would not go according to plan, as the terrorist group lost scores of combatants while attacking the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) positions in the northern Hama countryside.

Among the Lions of Islam killed in northern Hama were several high ranking commanders of al-Qaeda, including the so-called ’emir’ of Aleppo: Abu al-’Abbas ’Anadan.

The jihadist rebels are still launching sporadic attacks in the northern Hama countryside; however, they have failed to yield any advance near Ma’an.

Palestinian deported from US over 1970 blast lands in Jordan
Finally, after decades, we've got rid of her.
[Ynet] A 70-year-old Palestinian woman who was deported from the United States for concealing a decades-old bombing conviction has arrived in Jordan.

Rasmea Odeh said Wednesday that she was "exhausted and angry."
Enjoy life as an old, unconnected female in the Muslim Third World, my dear. Even the PFLP won't care anymore.
In 1970, Odeh was convicted of two Jerusalem bombings, including one that killed two people. She says she confessed under torture. She was released in a 1979 prisoner swap between Israel and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

Odeh didn't disclose her criminal record when applying for a US visa and later for US citizenship. Her 2014 conviction for lying on her application was vacated after an appeal, but she made a deal with the government when prosecutors said they would take her to a second trial.

In Chicago, Odeh was associate director of the Arab American Action Network, which provides social services and education.

U.S. Seeks Up to 27 Months in Prison for Ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner
[FREEBEACON] U.S. prosecutors on Wednesday sought a prison sentence of 21 to 27 months for former U.S. Congressman Anthony Carlos Danger Weiner
...aka Hot Dog Tony, the remarkably offensive sex maniac six-term New York congressman who resigned in 2011, then decided everybody had forgotten by 2013, when he decided to run for mayor of New York City...
, who admitted to sending sexually explicit messages to a teenage girl in a "sexting" scandal that played a role in last year’s U.S. presidential election.

"Weiner, a grown man, a father, and a former politician, willfully and knowingly asked a 15-year-old girl to display her body and engage in sexually explicit conduct for him online," prosecutors said in a filing in Manhattan federal court. "Such conduct warrants a meaningful sentence of incarceration."

A lawyer for Weiner, who is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Denise Cote next Monday, could not immediately be reached for comment.

Bright Pebbles submitted an article from Ay Pee that adds considerably more detail.

Turkish warplanes kill three Kurdish militants in northern Iraq: Army
[AlAhram] Ottoman Turkish warplanes struck Kurdish holy warrior targets in northern Iraq on Tuesday, killing three holy warriors, the military said, as part of a widening campaign against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).

In a statement, the military said the air strikes targeted the Zap region, the Ottoman Turkish name for a river which flows across the Ottoman Turkish-Iraqi border and is known as Zab in Iraq.

The air strike was the second on Tuesday and the third in the past two days since Ottoman Turkish soldiers started a military drill along the Iraqi border.

The army was training tank guns and rocket launchers across the southern border on Tuesday, less than a week before a Kurdish independence referendum in northern Iraq.

The show of force ahead of the vote reflects the scale of concern in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
, which has the largest Kurdish population in the region, that the plebiscite could embolden the outlawed Kurdish PKK which has waged a three-decade insurgency in Turkey's southeast since 1984.

The Ottoman Turkish air force has frequently struck against PKK units in the mountains of northern Iraq. The group is designated a terrorist organization by Turkey, the United States and European Union

Israeli warplanes regularly violate Leb's airspace.

El-Sisi stresses importance of reforming religious discourse to fight terrorism
Unfortunately, the scholars of Al Azhar are adamantly uninterested in such changes.
[AlAhram] Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has renewed calls for reforming Islamic discourse, saying it is a key element in defeating terrorism.

"By speaking of renewing religious discourse, we look to promote the correct understanding of [Islam] and filter out false ideology and misconceptions," El-Sisi said in an interview with Fox News in New York on Wednesday.

The Egyptian president reiterated the need for a comprehensive strategy that is not confined to military and security confrontation, to combat holy warrior ideology and terrorist organizations around the world.

"The international community needs to stand firm against [extremism] with a comprehensive strategy that is not confined to military security confrontation, but which involves other aspects: economic, social and cultural," El-Sisi said.

El-Sisi, who is currently in New York for the 72nd United Nations

Baghdad Bomb and Bullet Bulletin

Vendor dies in bombing attack at Kreyaat region

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An alcoholics seller was killed Wednesday when an explosive device fitted beneath his car exploded in northeast Baghdad, according to security sources.

According to security source speaking to Baghdad Today, the explosion took place at Kreyaat region, northeast of the capital. Perpetrators and motives have not been unveiled yet, but attacks against alcoholics stores have been rampant at Iraq’s religiously conservative regions over the past years.

Iraq’s parliament banned the import selling and manufacturing of alcoholics in October 2016, to the dismay of several personal freedoms activists.

An earlier law in 2001 had conditioned that alcoholics sellers be non-Muslims, Iraqi nationals and not less than 21 of age.

Baghdad Iraq
The Iraqi capital has seen almost daily bombings and armed attacks against security members, paramilitary troops and civilians since the Iraqi government launched a wide-scale campaign to retake Islamic State-occupied areas in 2016. While most of of the explosions and attacks went without a claim of responsibility, Islamic State has claimed several incidents.

1 dead in bombing in Abu Ghraib

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A civilian was killed, while four others were wounded as a blast occurred in southwestern Baghdad, a security source said.

“A bomb placed on the side of the road in Khan Dhari in Abu Ghraib district exploded on Wednesday evening, leaving a person killed and four others wounded,” the source told AlSumaria News.

“Security cordoned the accident spot. The wounded were taken to hospital, while the victim was transferred to forensic medicine department,” the source added.

Maxine Waters pushes Trump impeachment ‐ during eulogy!
[TheAmericanMirror] Donald Trump is living rent-free in the head of Maxine Waters.

The California congresswoman went on a stem winder of a eulogy during comedian Dick Gregory’s funeral on Saturday, quickly turning it political and attacking the president of the United States, instead of remembering her friend.

"I’m cleaning out the White House," Waters declared. "We’re going to sanitize the White House. We’re not going to take what is happening in this country.

"Haven’t you taken enough?" she yelled to the crowd.

"And then comes along this person," she said with a sneer, referring to Trump.

"This person who does not respect you. This dishonorable human being who cheats everybody! This dishonorable human being who will lie at the drop of a hat.

"This dishonorable human being who has the alt-right, and the KKK and everybody else inside his Cabinet!" she bellowed to applause.

"This dishonorable human being who can criticize everybody but (Vladimir) Putin and Russia," Waters said, referring to the man who just increased sanctions on the blustering country.

Moments later, Waters said, "Not only are we going to clean out the White House. We’re going to take back the house that slaves built!

Closing, she said, "And I know my colleagues get very upset. Some get afraid when I say ’impeachment,'" she told the cheering mourners.

Islamic State backers find ephemeral platform in Instagram
[Ynet] Researchers say Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
supporters have found an ephemeral platform to share propaganda on Instagram, using the service's "stories" feature which sees posts disappear in 24 hours.

Instagram is owned by Facebook, which has come under pressure to close accounts linked to Islamic State supporters after governments said they were being used as propaganda tools.

With successive military defeats and its Twitter and Facebook accounts being shut down by the thousands, Islamic State's propaganda drive is increasingly homemade. But, the analysis found the supporter networks crop up elsewhere.

The analysis beginning this summer identified more than 50,000 accounts linked to Islamic State supporters posting Instagram stories, according to Andrea Stroppa, who is part of the software research group Ghost Data.

Instagram had no immediate comment.

ATC in Haripur starts hearing Mashal Khan lynching case
[DAWN] An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Haripur on Wednesday began hearing the Mashal Khan lynching case against 57 suspects indicted a day earlier by the court.

The court held its proceedings inside the Haripur jail's premises, where strict security measures were put in place to avoid a possible confrontation with zealots.

Of the 18 witnesses presented before the ATC, only five coppers could record their statements on the first day of the case's proceedings. The court subsequently adjourned till September 27.

Mashal Khan, a journalism student at the Abdul Wali Khan University in Mardan, was killed in April after a charged mob beat and shot him after accusing him of publishing blasphemous content online.

A report compiled by a 13-member team investigating the incident stated that a group of people in the university had incited the mob on the pretext of blasphemy. The team found no proof that Mashal Khan had ever committed the offence.

The report said that Mashal Khan had been vocal about the rights of students at the university and even challenged the appointment of a new vice chancellor (VC) to ensure that students were able to obtain their degrees, which was not possible without the VC’s signature.

Mashal Khan was murdered in line with a plan allegedly hatched by Sabir Mayar, the president of the Awami National Party
founded by Abdul Wali Khan in 1986. Part of the PPP-led cabinet 2008-13. The ANP is considered left wing, advocating for secularism, democratic socialism, public sector government, and economic egalitarianism....
-aligned Pakhtun Students Federation (PSF), and Ajmal, the president of the university’s employees association, the report found.

Nisar says PM should not be making courtesy calls to US after latest drone strike
[DAWN] In a strongly worded speech in the National Assembly (NA), former interior minister Chaudhar Nisar Ali Khan on Wednesday criticised Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi for making a "courtesy call" on US Vice resident Mike Pence.

Continuing his recent criticism of the federal government's relationship with the US, Nisar said: "There is no need for us to be paying courtesy calls to the US; in fact, after the latest dronezap, there should be a strong condemnation sent their way."

"A resolution against Pakistain was passed in the latest BRICS conference held in China ‐ Pakistain's greatest friend. This shows the amount of convincing [by Pakistain's detractors] that went into getting that resolution passed," he continued.

"I call it a resolution against Pakistain because the organizations that have been named in it have existed in Pakistain," Nisar said, adding that India had tried to pass a similar resolution in the previous BRICS conference, "but after failing to do so last year, India spent its time lobbying and managed to get the resolution passed in the latest conference."

"My question is, when India was lobbying for the resolution, why was Pakistain not making contact with friendly members of BRICS ‐ like Brazil, Russia and China ‐ to make sure that the resolution was blocked again?"

Nisar added that diplomacy is not an "on and off game between two meetings," rather it is a full-time job to keep a country in touch with its allies at all times.

"Entry of these groups in mainstream political process is a positive step. "If they (jehadi and krazed killer outfits) are joining the mainstream politics without giving up their previous activities, then it will be dangerous for the society," he told a news conference here at the Bacha Khan Markaz after chairing a meeting of the party’s central council.

Twitter suspends 300,000 accounts tied to terrorism
[DAWN] TWITTER Inc., under pressure from governments around the world to combat online extremism, said that improving automation tools are helping block accounts that promote terrorism and violence.

In the first half of the year, Twitter said it suspended nearly 300,000 accounts globally linked to terrorism. Of those, roughly 95 per cent were identified by the company’s spam-fighting automation tools.

Meanwhile,
...back at the mall, Clarissa suddenly spied Mr. Bartlett at the checkout counter. He was buying Grecian Formula!...
the social network said government data requests continued to increase, and that it provided authorities with data on roughly 3,900 accounts from January to June.

The increasing role of machines in fighting extremism is a function of necessity, with manually identifying violent material within the millions of messages sent every day an impossible task.

Twitter currently has around 328 million users, with monthly active users in the US around 68 million.

Twitter, along with Facebook and YouTube, are instead building automation tools that quickly spot troublesome content. Facebook has roughly 7,500 people who screen for troublesome videos and posts. It’s also funded groups that produce anti-extremism content that’s circulated on the social network.

"The Spanish state has by all rights intervened in Catalonia's government and has established emergency rule," Puigdemont said in a televised address.

"We condemn and reject the anti-democratic and totalitarian actions of the Spanish state," he said, adding that Catalans should still turn out in force to vote in the referendum on a split from Spain that the central government in Madrid has declared illegal.

Russian airstrikes destroy 2 jihadist car bombs in north Hama
[ALMASDARNEWS] Russian jets have preemptively destroyed two al-Qaeda boom-mobiles in northern Hama Governorate. The jihadist group intended to use the devices against Syrian Army positions in support of a large offensive it launched yesterday.

According to sources, the two boom-mobiles were located well behind al-Qaeda’s front-lines in northern Hama by Russian air reconnaissance. Upon identifying the suicide vehicles, Russian precision munitions were directed onto them, destroying both.

Reports clarify that both boom-mobiles were not even en-route to their targets at the time of their destruction and that Russian airpower successfully interdicted them before Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham even initiated its offensive.

This serves to explain why no car kabooms were reported by any official sources yesterday despite that fact that jihadist forces launched a major offensive against the Syrian Army.

Jihadist militias such as Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham always use at least one to two boom-mobiles against pro-government forces during major offensive operations.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The leader of Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin Hekmatyar
... who used to be known in intelligence circles as The Most Evil Man in the World but who now seems merely run-of-the-mill evil...
has warned of public uprising against the groups pursuing violence as he insisted on elections as the only way to reach to power.

Hekmatyar made the remarks during a meeting with the tribal elders of five provinces in West of Afghanistan during his visit to Herat

province on Tuesday.

He said we call upon all sides to end the war and if this does not happen and those pursing violence continue to their armed insurgency then the people will be forced to start uprising against them.

The leader of Hezb-e-Islami did not name any specific group pursuing violence in the country.

However,
if you can't say something nice about a person some juicy gossip will go well...
he has long been criticizing the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
group for waging a baseless insurgency in the country, calling the move by the Taliban snuffies against the humanity and principles of Islam.

In the meantime, Hekmatyar said the only way to reach to power is through elections.

(IS) group, a monitoring said on Wednesday as they announced they were in the "final stages" of capturing the terrorists' Syrian stronghold.

Under siege in the northern city for three months, IS is struggling to defend its one-time bastion under a barrage of air strikes by the US-led coalition battling the Death Eaters in Syria and Iraq.

"Because of the heavy coalition air strikes, IS withdrew from at least five key neighbourhoods over the past 48 hours," said Rami Abdel Rahman, head of the Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

"This allowed the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to control 90pc of the city."

The SDF is an alliance of Kurdish and Arab forces the coalition is backing in Syria with air strikes, equipment and advisers.

IS pulled out of the north of the city and abandoned its grain silos and mills, and was now confined to the city centre, Abdel Rahman said.

The SDF said its forces had mounted a "surprise attack" on IS in the city's north.

[ALMASDARNEWS] The Saudi regime has once again demonstrated itself to be a threat to world freedom and peace as a government which enforces (within its own lands) and internationally promotes (through various lobbies and paramilitary proxies) an ideology that criminalizes children who dance in public.

Yesterday, Saudi regime police locked away

a teenager in the city of Jeddah for performing the Macarena (a Spanish dance that became very popular in the West during the 1990s) in front of stationary cars at a pedestrian stop. The event had occurred one year ago almost to the day.

The teenager, now in police custody, is being charged with violating public morals and disrupting traffic.

Not catching the would-be moral violating teenager on the day (August 20, 2016) of the deed, Saudi police nonetheless expended resources into conducting a methodical investigation, beginning about one week ago, to locate and detain him.

As of the present time, the teenager has been directed towards civil prosecution authorities and awaits sentencing.

[DailyMail] A powerful 6.2 magnitude earthquake has struck off the coast of Japan near Fukushima.

Details of the extent of the damage have not yet emerged regarding the quake which hit 281km South East of Kamaishi.

The depth of the earthquake, which struck at 2.37am local time, was measured at 10km.

A similar earthquake back in 2011 killed four people and injured 10 more when landslides occurred and fires broke out as a result.

But experts are predicting today's quake should pass by without causing any harm.
Unless a heart attack can be attributed to the quake. It's the end of the world as we know it.

Invisible abuse
[DAWN] THE death on Saturday of a teenager who worked as domestic help in an upscale housing locality in Bloody Karachi
...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous...
continues to throw up distressing questions. The 17-year-old was found hanging from a fan in the home of her employers who claimed that she had did away with himself. This assertion was upheld by the first post-mortem carried out by a medico-legal officer at a large public-sector facility. The family of the girl, however, maintained that it could not have been suicide, and launched a demonstration against the police until the authorities ordered a second post-mortem. Consequently, it emerged on Tuesday that the child had been strangled to death. The four-member medical board, which included an additional police surgeon, also found marks of torture on the body, and has sent samples for chemical analysis so that it can be ascertained whether, as the family alleges, she was also sexually assaulted. Meanwhile,
...back at the alley, Slats grabbed for his rosco...
an FIR has been lodged under the clauses of the Pakistain Penal Code relating to premeditated murder, and the child’s employers have obtained pre-arrest interim bail.

The law must now take its course and a thorough investigation should be carried out. Additionally, it is important to find out why the first autopsy produced an inaccurate report. There may have been technical deficiencies, but given Pak society’s realities, another deeply disturbing dimension cannot be overlooked: those who work as domestic labour in this country are among the poorest of the poor, with rights only on the statute books, and next to no capacity at all to seek justice ‐ particularly since such workers tend overwhelmingly to be women and kiddies. This category of persons, because of social custom and their own powerlessness as society’s most vulnerable members, must toil on, often in conditions that resemble modern-day slavery than a situation with proper terms of employment. They suffer high levels of abuse that rarely come to light. In recent years, however, several cases from across the country have emerged where domestic help ‐ mostly children ‐ have been abused to the point of death. It is tragic that only torture or death makes it to the news; abuse that does not prove fatal or falls short of torture is simply accepted. Laws regarding labour workforce rights must be extended to this unrepresented though numerically large section of the population. Further, some sort of enforcement and redressal system must be devised immediately.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Trump administration transfers $20 million to PA for wastewater projects
[IsraelTimes] White House redirects funds for West Bank use that were originally designated for economic aid to Egypt

The Trump administration has directed an additional $20 million for the Paleostinian Authority, to go to wastewater projects in the West Bank, a White House official told The Times of Israel on Wednesday.

After funds initially allocated for an economic aid package to Egypt were frozen in August over that country’s poor record on democracy and civil liberties, the State Department and National Security Council decided six weeks ago to re-distribute that money toward West Bank initiatives, the official said.

If those specific funds ‐ which were part of a Fiscal Year 2016 budget allocation ‐ were not transferred, they would have evaporated at the end of September, when the fiscal year ends and such an appropriation would expire.

The White House source denied that the looming passage of the Taylor Force Act, which is set to be voted on in December, was the impetus for re-directing that money. The source cited the administration recently saying it "strongly supports the Taylor Force Act" and signaled that the president would sign it into law.

Jewish Insider, which first reported the re-allocation, had quoted an unnamed Congressional aide who said the White House "is trying to get money out of the door before Taylor Force goes into effect."

"The $20 million in question was part of the reprogramming out of the Egyptian account, a decision that was made on a totally different level," the official said on Wednesday. "The urgency was the end of September date, not the Taylor Force Act."

The source also emphasized those funds would be routed to specific programs that were supported by Israel and designed to enhance West Bank Paleostinians’ quality of life.

"To be clear, this is not money that we are giving unfettered to the Paleostinian Authority" of the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
... a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial...
. "This is money that’s going to be used to complete very important sanitation projects that benefit the Paleostinian people," the official said.

"These projects that specifically improve the lives of the Paleostinian people are supported by the Israelis, because the wastewater issue is an issue for them, too."

The Taylor Force Act, which passed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee last month, would cut US funding to the PA if it doesn’t cease what critics call its program of compensating gunnies and their families.

The Paleostine Liberation Organization has condemned it, saying shortly after its committee passage that legislation was "unacceptable" and would violate Paleostinians’ human rights
One man's rights are another man's existential threat.
Named after a former US army officer who was stabbed to death by a Paleostinian assailant when visiting Tel Aviv in March 2016, the bill was added earlier this month onto a larger appropriations bill slated for a December vote, in a bid to increase its chances of passing the Senate during the current legislative session.

In a talk Monday to the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee’s annual meeting at the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, Trump’s special peace envoy Jason Greenblatt spoke about the administration’s hope to get more water and better sanitation in the Paleostinian territories.

An "area on which the United States and our partners are focused is wastewater treatment and reuse in the West Bank and Gazoo," he said, although he did not explicitly mention the $20 million that was being funneled for such projects.

Earlier this year, Congressional Republicans were highly critical of a similar B.O. regime decision to quietly authorize $221 million for Paleostinian programs during the former president’s final hours in office.

Trump officials went on to inform the Paleostinian Authority that it had frozen the funds just days after he entered the White House.

#4  How can you lower taxes and cut the federal debt when you're squandering money on Third World hell holes? And what guarantees are there that the money won't find it's way into the pockets of the crooks who run those places?

That's money that was collected from American citizens who would be better off if they could keep it for themselves and couldn't care less what happens when Palestinians flush their toilets. For all we care they can shit in sand and wipe their butts the old Arab way with their left hands because they hate us whether we give them the money or not.

International-UN-NGOs
Trump’s mindless bellicosity at UN
[DAWN] THE apprehension was justified. US President Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
’s disregard for institutions and fondness for reckless rhetoric meant that his maiden appearance at the annual UN General Assembly was a closely watched affair. Would the most isolationist and unilateralist of American presidents in modern history attack the UN itself, a favourite target of conservatives in the US, for the alleged wastefulness and anti-Americanism of the organization? Or would Mr Trump directly attack UN member states that have earned his ire for various reasons? The US president chose to spare the UN for now from direct verbal attack, but in his extraordinary threats against North Korea, Iran and Venezuela he undermined the very principles and values on which the UN was created. It was a grim day for diplomacy and global cooperation. A pattern of the nine-month-old presidency of Mr Trump is for him to say wild, deeply unsettling things before his cabinet and the White House staff try and walk back some of the most damaging comments. But this time, the damage will be harder to contain and perhaps permanent.

To be sure, the UN is a cumbersome, frustrating organization where global ideals and national interests routinely clash. For instance, year after year, decade after decade, Pakistain patiently reiterates its desire to have UN resolutions pertaining to the Kashmire dispute implemented. But the UN is also a vital organization for a range of humanitarian interventions and is a global platform from which legally binding measures can be taken to advance global security. While Mr Trump may not care to understand or accept that, it is nevertheless shocking when he threatens to obliterate an entire country from the speakers’ rostrum in the UN General Assembly, as he did North Korea on Tuesday. Historians scrambled to find another example of a UN member state, a superpower in this case, threatening to annihilate another member state, an impoverished nation of 25m people. The bellicose rhetoric against Venezuela was also unnerving as the US president only seems to recognise the illusory sovereignty of nations when it suits him. The problems in Venezuela are manifestly deep, urgent and complex, but the Trump administration’s stance on the country has the potential to unnerve an entire continent.

On Iran, Mr Trump’s hard-line position has doubtless cheered up many conservatives in the US, but they have not been able to provide any proof of Iran violating the nuclear deal painstakingly negotiated by the P5+1. That deal was never meant to be a panacea nor was it supposed to address all of the global community’s concerns about Iran. So for Mr Trump to mindlessly attack Iran in bad faith is to send a signal that the US cannot be trusted to engage other countries responsibly or honourably. Mr Trump may not care about his behaviour, but the world certainly has to.

Afghanistan
Afghanistan Arms Civilians to Protect Mosques during Holy Month
[AnNahar] Afghanistan is arming hundreds of civilians nationwide to help protect mosques during one of the holiest months on the Islamic calendar after several deadly attacks on Shiite religious sites.

The government's move comes as it considers a similar proposal to arm 20,000 villagers to fight Islamist bully boys, highlighting the impotence of Afghanistan's army and police in beating back Lions of Islam and stemming the bloody violence.

The extra protection for mosques was announced on the website of Second Vice President Sarwar Danish. It also involves the deployment during the mourning month of Muharram of more troops and police around places of worship, particularly those of the Shiite Moslem minority.

Shiites, who number around three million in overwhelmingly Sunni Afghanistan, have regularly been targeted by Islamic State

jihadists and accuse police and troops of failing to protect them.

"After the recent unfortunate incidents the people should not rely on security forces alone to provide them protection. The people, especially the youth, in their respective areas, need to focus on securing the mosques during the Muharram days," Danish said after a meeting with top security officials and Shiite leaders on Monday.

Muharram, beginning this week, marks the start of the Islamic new year and the mourning period for the seventh century killing of the prophet's grandson.

The holy day of Ashura, which falls on the 10th day of Muharram, is a key date.

Acting Interior Minister Wais Barmak said the training of "hundreds of people" recruited by the ministry to protect mosques had almost finished.

They will support the additional forces to be deployed around "sacred places".

"Measures have been taken to distribute weapons, salaries and other necessary means to the newly recruited people," Barmak said, according to the statement.

IS in the past 14 months has claimed a series of attacks which killed scores of Shiites.

There were two major assaults on Shiite mosques in August alone. In Kabul a jacket wallah and gunnies stormed a building during Friday prayers, killing 28 people and wounding scores more.

Earlier in the month an IS attack on a Shiite mosque in the western city of Herat

left 33 worshippers dead and 66 maimed.

was due in court on Wednesday for the start of his trial on charges including conspiracy to commit acts of terrorism.

Federal prosecutors charge that the man, David Daoud Wright,
...who is in our archives as David Wright, along with several other David Wrights who were of interest to us before 2015...
along with his uncle and a friend, had first plotted to kill the woman who organized a 2015 "Draw Mohammed" contest in Garland, Texas. But they contend Wright's uncle, Osamaah Abdullah Rahim,
...in our archives as Usaama Rahim, beloved brother of a Saudi-trained imam and object after his death of a Black Lives Matter protest and halal BBQ in Ferguson, MO. He was all of two years older than his nephew, and no doubt just as useless...
lost patience and in June 2015 told Wright and the third man that he instead planned to kill coppers.

Law enforcement had been monitoring communications between the three and overheard the threat, prosecutors said. When police approached Rahim in a Boston supermarket parking lot to question him, he drew a large knife and officers shot him dead.
More from the Daily Mail, along with the usual photos:
David Wright is accused of conspiring with his uncle and a third man to kill Pamela Geller, a conservative blogger with is anti-Islam.

At his trial on Wednesday, Wright's attorneys sought to portray the the defendant as a lost young man who had poor judgment but is not a criminal. He weighed more than 500 pounds, lived with his mother and had no career when he planned the murder said Wright's attorney. The defense attorney went on to argue that in the online world of the Islamic State

group, Wright found acceptance and an escape.

Wright also wanted to carry out other attacks in the U.S. and encouraged his uncle to kill coppers according to officials.

Wright, of Everett, is charged with obstruction of justice, conspiring to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization and conspiring to commit acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries. The latter charge carries a penalty of life in prison.

Wright encouraged his uncle to attack police and die a 'martyr,' instructing him to destroy his cellphone and wipe all the data from his computer said Siegmann.

Authorities say Rahim received instructions about the plot to kill Geller from Junaid Hussain, an Islamic State member and hacker who was later killed in an Arclight airstrike in Syria. Prosecutors say that Rahim then passed along Hussain's instructions to Wright.

Wright told another person online that he was one of dozens of Islamic State fighters in the U.S. who were ready to act according to Siegmann. The person Wright was chatting with was secretly working for the FBI and is expected to testify later in the trial.
Another one who unknowingly confesses all to the FBI.
The third man, Nicholas Rovinski of Warwick, Rhode Island pleaded guilty in September to conspiracy charges and faces a sentence of between 15 and 22 years.

Iraqi warbirds hammer ISIS positions in Kirkuk
Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) Tens of Islamic State militants were killed, while a workshop for vehicles booby-trapping were destroyed as Iraqi jets launched airstrikes that targeted the group’s haven in southwest of Kirkuk, according to the military media.

A statement by the Defense Ministry’s War Media Cell said, “based on information from the Joint Operations Command’s, Iraqi fighter jets carried out several airstrikes that left a workshop used for booby-trapping vehicles, two weapon stashes and a rest house destroyed in Hawija.”

“The air raids also left tens of militants killed and several booby-trapped vehicles and weapons destroyed,” it added.

Earlier this week, the group lost three of his main leaders in Kirkuk during September during accurate air raids that targeted its rest houses and camps in Hawija or regions in its vicinity, according to Jabar al-Maamouri, a paramilitary official.

Hawija and other neighboring regions, west of Kirkuk, have been held by IS since mid-2014, when the group emerged to proclaim an Islamic “caliphate” in Iraq and Syria. The group executed dozens of civilians and security members there, forcing thousands to flee homes.

Further reinforcements from the Federal Police were sent earlier this month from Baghdad to the town, as the military command declared, late August, the end of operations in Tal Afar, the militants’ last haven west of Nineveh, and the approach of the launch of offensives for Hawija.

Iraqi forces enter Annah

Annah (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi army forces invaded on Wednesday the first of three Islamic State bastions in western Anbar and near the borders with Syria, military and paramilitary sources were quoted saying.

Iraqi army forces invaded the town of Annah, hours after recapturing neighboring Rayhanna area, a military source told Baghdad Today. He said troops invaded the town from the Shuqaq al-Sakaniya (residential apartments) entrance, having pounded IS locations with rockets.

Abdullah al-Jugheifi, a senior commander of mobilization forces backing the government troops, was quoted saying that government troops took over al-Senaa and Shuqaq neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, the Defense Ministry’s War Media Cell said warplanes from the United States-led coalition killed 16 IS members and destroyed an ammunition storehouse in two raids on Annah.

Iraqi Army
On Tuesday, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi declared the launch of an operation to clear Islamic State havens in western Anbar, starting with the town of Annah. He promised “a new victory”, adding that IS “will not reap but a humiliating defeat and death”.

Iraqi joint troops managed earlier this week to liberate Akashat region, between Rutba town, on borders with Jordan, and Qaim, on the borders with Syria.

Anbar’s western towns of Annah, Qaim and Rawa have been held by the extremist group since 2014, when it occupied one third of Iraq to proclaim a self-styled Islamic Caliphate. Iraqi troops were able to return life back to normal in the biggest cities of Anbar including Fallujah, Ramadi and others after recapturing them.

Fighter jets from the Iraqi army and the international coalition regularly pound IS locations in the province.

ISIS troops generate smoke to mask movements near Annah

Annah (IraqiNews.com) ISIS News Today: Islamic State militants used burned petroleum to blur vision for assaulting aircraft as operations continue to clear their havens in western Anbar.

Iraqi website SNG quoted a source at the Anbar Operations Command saying that the militias dug canals in the ground, fill them with black oil and set them on fire.

Meanwhile, Mohamed al-Basri, a senior leader at the Popular Mobilization Forces, the paramilitary troops fighting IS alongside the government, said the majority of fighters killed in operations in Annah were mostly Iraqis.

A few hours earlier, Iraqi forces invaded Annah, the first of three Islamic State bastions in western Anbar and near the borders with Syria, military and paramilitary sources were quoted saying.

The invasion came hours after recapturing neighboring Rayhanna area, a military source told Baghdad Today. He said troops invaded the town from the Shuqaq al-Sakaniya (residential apartments) entrance, having pounded IS locations with rockets.

Christian Numerologist Says World Will End On Sept. 23
[PHILADELPHIA.CBSLOCAL] If you had plans for the weekend, a Christian numerologist says you won’t get to them because the world is about to end.

David Meade, a self-proclaimed "researcher," is predicting that a series of apocalyptic events will begin on Sept. 23 and, "a major part of the world will not be the same."

According to Meade, the mysterious rogue planet Nibiru, also known as Planet X, is on a collision course with Earth, which will bring world-ending tsunamis and earthquakes. The numerologist claims the dates of recent events like the Great American Solar Eclipse and Hurricane Harvey’s flooding of Texas were all marked in the Bible. Meade now says his "Planet X theory" lines up with more bible codes and ancient markers on the Egyptian pyramids.

NASA has already dismissed the prediction; calling the whole thing a hoax. The space agency has reportedly known about the Nibiru conspiracy theory for years and shot down the talk of Armageddon in a 2012 statement.

"If Nibiru or Planet X were real and headed for an encounter with the Earth ... astronomers would have been tracking it for at least the past decade, and it would be visible by now to the naked eye."

#6  I heard that Christian means follower of Christ (of course MSM knows nothing about Christians other than to dredge a fake up for smearing the true ones). So what did Christ say when the world will end?

Mathew 24:36 But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

And he was not talking about the end of the earth, only the second return of Christ for a 1000 year reign. And Noah is said to be the last just man on earth before the flood.

#9  Luke 21 says the signs are hopeful for believers, saved from God's wrath, but a warning to the evil they cannot escape or control it. The astrologer makes fallacious conclusions but the conjunction of planets is interesting. The Virgin and the Lion of Judah converge as they did 9-11 in 3 B.C. leading him tools conclude this was Jesus' birthdate....further confirming Satanic rage as the age to come means his reign is ending. But if men's hearts fail them for fear when the stars fall from the sky on September 23, I will eat my words if I am not in NK's missile range.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Elite Syrian forces make massive advance up west Euphrates bank amid major ISIS collapse
[ALMASDARNEWS] The elite Tiger Forces of the Syrian Arab Army have made a massive advance against ISIS in northwest Deir Ezoor Governorate and are now on the verge of reaching Syrian troops in southeast Raqqa Governorate.

Today, the Tiger Forces kicked off a major operation, assaulting far beyond the northwestern limits of Deir Ezzor city and moving up the length of the western bank of the Euphrates River.

According to military sources, the Tiger Forces liberated the towns of al-Tabni, al-Turayif, al-Buwytiyah, Khan Zahra and al-Masrab during the course of this push.

Furthermore, the elite formation also secured the strategic Salim mountain range and the Manjm al-Malah salt mines area.

By this advance, the Tiger Forces have reached the strategic town of Shamiya and are now somewhere between 25 to 30 kilometers away from reaching Syrian Army troops stationed in southeast Raqqa Governorate, themselves being near another strategic town ‐ Ma’adan.
