#1 "Having the right", I assume means appealing to some standard of "righteousness"? I sincerely doubt if that has any relevance morally , and certainly NOT in a political sense. Neither side certainly cares a fig for righteousness and by whose standard may I ask is such a quality to be assessed or judged? The assertion is meaningless and hot air, and sure to be ignored as a waste of attention or air. It WILL be ignored. Syria HAS no sovereignty and it is a matter of National INTERESTS which define the problem.
I suggest that all concerned Deal in reality and forget "rights".

The blood of the Syrian people ? Give me a break. NO body cares. The Syrian people can have a grenade for Breakfast and Poison Gas for Lunch and the whole world will yawn.
Syria is a hole and the people of Syria are down in that hole sucking dirt and the whole world will sell them their breakfast AND their Lunch. And then the whole world will use the hole for a toilet. That is the TRUTH.
And the UN will waste its time sitting and talking and none of the participants in the hole can realistically OR will listen or notice.
The Moslem HOLE is the realty and reality is a Hole in Syria. Moslems are largely killing Moslems and Moslems are supply-ing the meat and the bullets. Islam is like that.
National Interests IS the game. and any illusory "rights" are written on your upturned arse. The Koran is a napkin for Dinner. Bon appetit'
Syria is a doomed hole. A Moslem hole full of Moslems. It will go one and on and on and on some more. Years and years....am I lying' to 'ya?
