#4 The process is the punishment. Sure, they can apply, and give biometric samples, access to computers and cell phones, etc. Even if they give burners, there will be access to friends and relations, allowing our clever boys and girls threads to pull for connections, not all of whom will have scrubbed everything before Cousin Ahmed sent in his form.
