#3 I was going to say that nothing says the guy's Muslim, but then I saw his last name. "Hossain" sure sounds Muslim to me, while "China" and "Moti Dorji" do not.

My suggestion: tie him down on a stainless steel table with a drain, then slowly drip acid on his scrotum -- one drop every minute or so -- until he's castrated.
