#5 If a paper is not peer reviewed it should be ignored. If it is peer reviewed and later confirmed to be bogus everyone that peer reviewed it should be treated with scorn and have their careers thrown into question.

In a proper world. As is they hope to get away with things long enough to cement the false data into the cultural zietgiest before being caught and they are lauded for their fraud.
