#3 Maybe B's point is 3 groups of Sheriffs from 3 different Florida counties with(in spite of?) Federal aid were able to coordinate the seizure of some bad guys.

Within moments, the suspects surrendered.

Why couldn't 1 Florida Sheriff's dept stop 1 bad guy on Valentine's Day?
