#1 Does he have any idea how MANY holidays they have?

Last time I was in a Muslim country there was some kind of holiday or festival or somethingorother almost every week.

#6 Close the schools all the time. Home school your kids. Better education but probably won't save money, since the unions would require the teachers still be paid.

#8 The claim is that Muslim students comprise 10% of the district population. And it's only two days, each one Eid al something, supposedly the most important days on the Muslim religious calendar.

#10 Other than Christmas (which these days isn't really a religious holiday ) which Christian holidays does the school system observe? And Thanksgiving isn't really a religious holiday either.

When I went to a Catholic school, we got off for all the Catholic holy days, but that was different.
