#2 Anti-Semitism is unacceptable. Farrakhan is the moral equivalent of a leader of the KKK.

Many Jewish people believe that Jews and African-Americans got along fairly well before Farrakhan came along.

#3 The Republican Jewish Coalition mostly works at the grassroots level, Besoeker, with 44 chapters throughout the country, a policy center and a PAC. They claim responsibility for increasing levels of Jews voting for Republican candidates since the nadir in 1992. But yes, at the moment there are only two Jewish Republicans in Congress, both in the House. Unfortunately Josh Mandel, treasurer of the state of Ohio, failed to beat Senator Sherrod Brown’s reelection bid in 2012, but he’ll be trying again this November.
