#1 This was basically a continuing resolution bill with some additions. It passed 74-24 in Senate and 286-134 in House (not what the Regnum says). Biden signed it 23 March about noon.

The bill does not include augmented funding for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. That will have to done in a separate bill (or 3 separate bills).

#2 A fair number of people will be particularly upset that one of the provisions of this bill supports $3.5B for a new FBI HQ.

#4 The partial shutdown was early am on a Saturday and only affected agencies that don't work on Saturday. By noon on Saturday, Biden had signed the bill and the shutdown was over. Agencies that require work on Saturday were not shut down.
