#5 If there is a teachers union it will be interesting how this may play out. If I were the teacher I would get my own lawyer and put pressure on the DA and school admin to file attempted murder charges for the 'choke out'. She should fight fire with fire and say the last thing she heard was 'die bitch'. I would also demand the student be expelled from the school immediately and forever.

#6 Teachers' Unions are the mainstay of the regime. But, black victimhood is a fundamental part of ideology. But, so is global warming---which doesn't stop top party members jetsetting and the middle rank driving SUVs. So, Airandee, I guess the teacher will get enough $$$ to shut her up, and the student will be transferred.
