Announces a new "tactical guided weapon" yesterday, openly takes a swipe at Mike Pompeo (meh) and publicly pops up at an air force unit to review "a flight exercise" (3 currency crash and dashes?) today. A lot of activity over 48-hours and low-key...kind of subdued...compared to the usual fire and brimstone outcrys.

I believe Kim wants to talk. But from a position of perceived strength. Who would expect anything else?

My tin foil hat says the Hanoi talks collapsed because Kim did not know if Mr. Trump would survive Mr. Cohen's ugly testimony of 28 Feb. (What I consider to be the critical drama of the "investigation"); and recently acquired an inkling that the Mueller Report was going to fizzle, albeit loudly.

And thence deduced that Mr. Trump was again a force to deal with.
