#2 Glenmore, you are most likely right. Why wouldn't we develop that capability. There seems to be evidence that Russia is targeting our grid and the Saudis oil industry. Russia's targeting of the U.S. grid. See Xenotime malware article yesterday.

If could be that it is as POTUS said. It could also be the industry crying wolf to direct more money their way to update and harden the grid.
