#2 SteveS, I think ours died around the time of the Clinton Presidency, when during the impeachment proceedings he was let off for lying under oath to a Federal Judge, after that all bets were off. -- Look what has transpired since with Obama - at least 10 impeachable offenses, not a movement by Congress. Yup, I agree the Constitution and the Republic is on its knees.
