#2 I'm worried the ripples from this could turn into tidal waves that not only causes massive economic disruption for the EU, but for the world. The global economic health isn't good right now and this could be the tipping point for the EU, then the US, then China and then Asia.

#3 The world has been suffering massive economic disruption since at least 2007, just papered over with lies, corruption and Quantitative Easing. Stein's Law says, what can't go on forever, will stop.

#6 Some Perts-Bloggers on the MSM-Net are worried that Darth Vlad = Russia will demand handover of sovereign Greek territory in return for Russian banks helping Greece wid its debt payments + recovery.

Meanwhile, NOT to be outdone by the Parthenon, as per PUERTO RICO'S Governor's statement that the PR Commonwealth can no longer pay its debts, SOME BLOGGERS ARE ARGUING FOR THE PR TO BECOME INDEPENDENT FROM THE US, THUS BECOM ABLE TO PAY OFF ITS DEBTS BY PRINTING ITS OWN SOVEREIGN CURRENCY AS OPPOSED TO TOTE RELIANCE ON USDS???

#7 What does it mean when a Commonwealth like PR goes bankrupt. Is the National gov responsible - they are not a state!
The only president I can think of is the proto-state of Franklin. It was just dissolved when their currency based on corn liquor didn't pan out.

#9 I too subscribe to the 'domino theory.' Not sure if it will be Italy however. The entire accord could collapse like a house of cards.

#10 3dc, a currency based on corn liquor would be more meaningful than the fiat currency we have now. And one based on rum might be the salvation of Puerto Rico.
