#2 Blagojevich was convicted of attempting to use his office to personally benefit, also to gain a prosperous job or gain campaign funds in exchange for his actions.

Sounds like a lot of other politicians. Why was Rod singled out for punishment? Whose parade did he rain upon?

#3 He probably "knows where some bodies are buries" and he has nothing to lose at this point. The Bath House / Rhambo cartel doesn't play the same brand of hardball as the Clintons.
