IIUC, IMO this new Mil Strategy is consistent wid Iran's desire to restrict or isolate USN Nuclear CVNS + Gator Boyz to outside the Persian Gulf, i.e. in the Sea of Oman, Arabian Gulf, + beyond ASAP AMAP ALAP where destructive LR Air, Missle attacks [Conventional, or Nuclear?] can be effec conducted by Iran agz same widout Iran having to detonate Nukes-WMDS ON ITS OWN SOIL TO DEFEAT A US OR US-NATO LED GROUND INVASION.

It also explains Iran's prideful announcement that it can quickly produce large numbers of powerful Tactical BMS - read. anti-US Coastal + Beachead attacks.

Iran's plan is not to win agz a US or US-led ground invasion, but mainly "TO NOT LOSE", I.E.
