#1 I suspect most of them have simply left for greener pastures. Lots more jobs in Texas and N. Dakota than the Rust Belt. Nothing sinister... unless the aliens have developed a taste for black folks.

#6 It's still interesting.
From memory, more voters in Milwaukee cast ballots in the 2004 and 2008 Presidential elections than there were 18+ year olds living there based on the US Census (for what that's worth). Kerry won the area in 2004 and 'The One' did the same in '08.
