#1 Universities have become such incubators of political correctness and "leftism," it difficult to imagine an environment that would be receptive to what Scales says regarding embedding military studies in large public and some private universities structured in the ways that he suggests. The culture of universities needs to be changed and that would be extremely difficult but needed.
