#1 Given the way the laws go in this country and how common sense is less and less a part of determining their application, could the officer sue the Madison PD for excessive force or something?

#2 He/she could probably sue because they didn't warn him/her strongly enough to make sure that there were no air cartridges in the Taser before testing it.
