1) they are classified as spam by me and go directly to the spam folder without being read.
2) I drop that e-mail account and make a new one.
3) If it doesn't quit you get a court order against them.

Try to do what the others have done in using the military against its population will result in fracturing the services. You really don't want the competent middle grades against you, in or out of active duty.
