#2 Weakness emboldens thugs. Didn't we bomb the shit out of them over Lockerbie? Sept 2009, just last year Kaddafi was with Hugo Chavez and said "The worlds powers want to continue to hold on to their power. Now we have to fight to build our own power."

I think he's headed astray again.
