#7 Call Both of them to testify under subpoena at the same time in the same place. Under oath. Send the Federal Marshals, and the Marines from the garrison at 8th & I if necessary, to enforce their appearance.

#8 Let the Judge call them both to review what he said given the claim ~~the dog ate their homework~~ they lost the original 302. The judge has the discretion to jug one or both for up to 179 days for contempt.
